Using that, I’ve been doing practice swings every day, and I’ve also become quite good at hand-to-hand fighting techniques such as Karate, Boxing, and Kempo. Then again it’s only martial arts where you strike your opponent…but, I never learned Judo or Aikido, unfortunately.
