“Mike woke up as a Beastmaster in a world where danger lurked in every corner.

The world was being invaded by monsters from another realm, and the citizens were forced to fight for their own safety.

Just as Mike wondered if he could survive in such a dangerous place, he received a system based on his attractiveness.

With the system’s help, his attractiveness began to rise every day.

When Mike’s attractiveness peaked at 9,999, not a single human tried to flirt with him.

Days went by as such until one day when a rare divine beast swift passed him and stopped in front of him willingly.

“Ding! Congratulations. You’ve tamed the legendary divine beast Green-Eyed White Dragon!”

Mike stared dumbfoundedly at the huge dragon in front of him.

Just like that, Mike tamed his first divine beast.

It didn’t take long for Mike to realize that his attractiveness only worked on divine beasts.

“Ding! Congratulations. You’ve tamed the legendary divine beast Tempest Battle Eagle!”

“Ding! Congratulations. You’ve tamed the legendary divine beast Black Flame Phoenix!”

Gazing at the Starbucks café at the airports had become a ritual for her. A desperate attempt as she hoped against hope to see him again, probably get one more chance to kiss him again.

Looking at the store all lost, she walked ahead, but stumbled and bumped against someone.

The cup of coffee that he had in his hand spilled all over just like the first time when she had met him.

“Jesus Christ”, he muttered.

The moment she heard the voice she looked up and saw his face. It was the same face that had promised to stay next to her, till death did them apart.

Tears flooded her eyes and she could barely speak, “I knew you would come back for me Raymond”. She raised herself on her toes in an attempt to kiss him, but he blocked her lips with his palm.

“Whoa, whoa, Miss !!! I guess you have mistaken me for someone else.”

“What are you saying, Raymond? It's me, your Akira. The love of your life, your fiancée,” she said and stretched her hand showing the ring on her finger.

He stared at the ring for quite some time and then looked at her face apologetically and said,

“Miss please, I am already a married man.”

And then he silently walked away.

I don’t need companions. I don’t do party play. But… the game forces party play?

Cole is a novel author.

He enjoys writing novels and even reading other's works as well.

But that's just it.

Reading and writing novels.

Those are the only things Cole enjoyed in his whole life.

And as the time goes by, even doing those are becoming boring for him.

But then one day, Cole recieved a mail!

The mail said that his work has been chosen!

In a contest? No.

Cole's novel was chosen by a Higher Being to make it a reality!

“What kind of bullshit is this?”

“Whoever sent this must have few loose screws in their head.”

Though, Cole didn't took the mail seriously.

“Huh?”

That is until he was sent in to his own novel!

Cole became Raven Obadiah of his novel!

Who is Raven Obadiah?

No Idea! He's just an Extra in the novel!
