One day, I woke up only find out that I’d become a Demon Lord, an individual responsible for protecting a dungeon. The world I’d been spirited away to was one filled with violence. Gigantic monsters wandered through it and competed with each other each and every day for the right to survive. I had no choice but to strengthen my dungeon’s defenses in hopes of living another day—or at least that was what I’d thought. For some odd reason, I instead ended up spending my days in relaxation and bliss.

I possessed the weakest character in a survival game. Before the game started, 97% of the viewers bet that I would die. But I am confident. Because I am here, this character will survive until the end. I know the information about this survival game. *** After working hard, I became the guild master of the No. 1 guild and one of the top rankers. I gained reliable comrades and allies. “Rudel, you’re a really good person.” Lilith, the beautiful female character who always trusts me unconditionally. “Let’s eat that deer.” Gio, the battle member who, despite being half-naked and always hungry, holds immense potential. All I did was strive to survive. But some wanted more from me. “If you don’t have anyone else in mind… you could accept me.” The No. 1 male character in appearance clings to me, nearly in tears. When I woke up, I found myself inside a spaceship.

I guess you guys think I’m talking nonsense here, but I also have absolutely no clue about what exactly happened to me.

I was really close to completely losing it, but fortunately, I managed to notice that this place was really similar to the world featured in a game I was playing recently.

Am I dreaming? Nope, it’s no dream. Maybe I actually got sent to a different world or something?

But didn’t those things usually involve getting sent to a magical world with elves, dwarves, dragons and whatnot?

In any case, I don’t know what caused this, but I guess I’ll just have to suck it up and live properly in this world from now on.

It’ll be okay. I got my trusty spaceship so I can probably make some money. It’ll work out! It has to!
