Houjou Yuuji, 30 years old, jobless, hikkomori for 10 years. Using his parents’ death as the impetus, he decides to rid himself of his hikkomori life and leaves the house. What awaited him, however, was a different world that he was not used to, creatures strutting about that he didn’t recognize.

This is the story of a man transported to the another world, as he lives in relative peace with his beloved dog Kotarou – his house, with electricity, water, gas, and the internet somehow still connected.

One day while exploring the forest near his house he finds a girl named Alice, and becomes her guardian. Thus, 4 years after he is transported to this world, Yuuji resolves to venture into his first town.

Starting from today, I am retired. But what should I be doing? I neither have the skills, nor the mind to do business, my only advantage is this pair of hands which have taken this world. What a headache…

Note: The usage of the term “retired” here doesn’t mean retiring from old age, work etc. It’s a specific term to refer to not involving oneself in the affairs of a certain society.

The protagonist, a famous writer in his previous life ― now transmigrated as the Young Lady Gong Zhuoliang from a large wealthy family, found out that this pitiful boy was not only harassed by his step mother, but he was also treated and raised as a delicate girl by his own family ever since he was a child. But not only that, he, as a guy, was even forced to wear a bride’s wedding clothes to substitute his sister.

He originally planned to expose his ‘Mother”s family to his ‘Husband”s family, and allow them to come deal with his family, However, discussing about the pros and cons with his ill Husband had confused him so much.

Reluctantly, he began to live his ‘sexual life’ with his Husband.

Fortunately, although this man is quite frail and autistic, he’s really good-looking, and the other is really set on being a caring husband for his wife. Therefore, either Xiao Gong’s mood would be bad or good, he would immediately close their door, and then push Qiao Xianggong down the bed to do this and that again and again…..
