After losing her first love due to a traffic accident, Ibuki Sumire transfers to Tokyo. She wanted to escape, to run away from everything that happened. To start over in a place that didn't have him. But a series of clues lead her to investigating the case behind the accident.

In that place she learns about the masks people wear. The masks people wear to disgui se their feelings. Sometimes you have to look past what you see on the surface.

There she meets him, the person who helps her move forward. But Sumire quickly learns how alike they are. His cold personality is different than the kindness she is used to. However, he is the only one who understands her feelings.

It keeps going around in circles, like a drop of paint. Round and round - an endless stream of pain and lies. But, that stream ended the moment she laid her eyes on his paintings.

Such rich and vibrant colors, it felt like his emotions exploded. Yet, in the corner of his studio, she found it. The real him, a sakura painting of two people walking hand in hand.

A gentle and sweet feeling, something she has never felt before.

She turned to her husband and smiled, "Mr. Lu, we are at work, didn't we already agreed to behave while we're here?" "I want to have an affair with my secretary." Lu Yifeng said calmly. "Can I?" Xia Meilin narrowed her eyes, "No." He stood up and walked toward her which made Xia Meilin take a few steps backward away from him when she saw the dangerous look on Lu Yifeng's eyes. She stopped when she felt the cold wall against her back. Lu Yifeng ended up cornering her. "I'm the President of this company, I do whatever I want to do, including having an affair with my secretary." Xia Meilin refused to back down that's why she ended up glaring at him. "Do you want to get beat up by your wife?" The side of his lips curled up into a smirk, "Will she now?" He cupped her chin and bowed his head to place a soft kiss on her lips. "Then stop acting as my secretary. You're my wife, it's your job to watch over your husband. If you want to have a salary, then I can give you all my money." A faint blush appeared on Xia Meilin's cheeks after she has been kissed by him. She pouted and turned her head away, "I just want to try how it feels to work as your secretary."

A festive day, a week have the kingdom of Polestin celebrated for their victory with the crimson general leading their army.The soldiers who served have been guaranteed a spot inside a local bar of the capital city.Clank!“The Crimson General despite being a woman is a talented warrior! Three cheers for the general!”“That woman saved me when I needed it! All hail the general!”“She's like a sister to all the soldier! All hail our general!”Every warrior kept on drinking as the news reached them that the war with their neighboring kingdom was over, the ruler raised their white flag as they asked for mercy- being beneath the crimson general.“General!
