Once all people received Souls and incredible powers. Some were lucky enough to obtain the Soul of an ancient and powerful creature, but fate was not favorable to all.

The world began to change, and creatures evolved. But, it was not the beginning of a new era. It was the end. A couple of months later, a dark mist appeared and destroyed the world. It was a dictate of destiny from which no one could escape.

Wain Norheim was the world's best assassin and the only one who didn't get a soul. However, he was destined to gain the power to confront fate.

Escaping through a portal into another world, he unknowingly began the apocalypse. Even the world failed to expel him.

Bai Yang is the youngest son of a rich family who grew up spoiled, unambitious and having no one expect anything from him. He doesn’t really mind this though, because he’s still able to live a simple and happy life.

Fang Ka, a man who became a necromancer in another world, made a shocking discovery: his consciousness was still linked to the internet networks of his previous life. By connecting online users’ minds to the undead he summoned, he turned what should have been a grim army into something far more dangerous—and unpredictable.

Riku Hayashi was a high school student who was addicted to playing mobile games. During his free time in the school, he was playing a zombie apocalypse game known as Armory: Dead Zone Protocol.While playing it, there was a scream from the outside. Zombies came out from nowhere and were on a rampage, killing every student on sight. As he was attempting to flee, he tripped and knocked himself out.When he woke up, he found himself inside of a bloodied classroom and a floating holographic interface. And it was familiar. It was the same interface in the game he was playing.There, he realized that he had somehow gained access to an in-game system where he could level up, gain experience points, and purchase a variety of weapons, from handguns to military vehicles.
