And he looked back to see that she was biting her lower lip as though she greatly enjoyed that kiss.

He smirked again and whispered in his deeply seductive voice, “I like my name even more ever since I started hearing it from your beautiful lips. And I like it even further when you say it in that hushed tone.”

Anastasia had no idea what Caspian was hinting at yet.

So he dropped some more hints, “Wife, weren’t you asking me what the first night meant? Let me show you.”

I am taking inspiration from the original plot, but I am not planning mirroring it 1:1.- Of the returning characters, some may have altered personalities, although I will try my best to remain true to their book counterpart. But I will also think up ”what would they have done“ scenarios and modify their personality to match the alternative world we are in. I hope you will still enjoy it; that is my goal. To entertain you.- There is no transmigration, no isekai tropes, no reincarnation, no knowledge of in-lore events, none of that. The main character is someone who is born in-universe.

The female partner had plastic surgery done for the novel’s male lead, and then divorced her husband. The ex-husband blackened in the later stages of her life, becoming a big villain in the novel.

And she, for betraying her husband, and angering the only relative he had, was finally retaliated by the blacked-out boss, and is killed in a mental hospital. Orz

Fortunately! She transmigrated just in time and the big guy hasn’t turned black yet.

So Ling Zhen turned into a healing little fairy, sang sweet songs and danced fairy dances, touched her head and cooked lovingly.

Appease his violent mood, change his paranoid thoughts, reform his antisocial behavior – at last! Transformed a black bomb into a good young man with a docile temperament and a positive attitude!
