Years ago, Earth was indoctrinated into the “System.”Earth was not the only place with the System, however. With the System came the other races, Invaders. The Invaders had one goal, to obtain ownership of this new habitable planet. This created a bloodbath, and for years the war raged.This didn't really have much to do with Derek. Derek was kind of a loner. Yeah, he enjoyed the occasional chat or drink with others, but he never stayed in one place too long or really got to know anybody new.Derek did happen to be rather strong. After the years of fighting monster and Invaders alone, he had become quite adept at surviving. One thing that helped keep him alive was his refusal to get involved with others. He rarely cooperated with teams.One day, Derek broke his rules and decided to lend some help, as the mission didn't seem too hard. He should have stuck to being alone.

Nova scrambled backwards, panting hard, her short locks clinging to her damp forehead as she watched this predator stalk towards her. The vibrant and lively forest hushed, almost holding its breath to watch the scene unfold. Great, she had an audience for what would surely be a gruesome death.Death looked... a little... rugged and in nothing but a loin cloth, defined by slabs of muscle, a trail of hair leading down to such a small piece of cloth to hide a large-A spine-chilling growl snapped her gaze back up to meet his golden-red eyes, fiery, and intense, glaring at Nova as he slammed his hands either side of her head. Pieces of bark crumbled down from the impact.“I told you not to run...” He threatened, his eyes piercing hers, his voice more guttural than she'd heard from any male. His eyes clenched shut as his body trembled. “My instinct is to always stalk, always chase... until I get what I want..”Their faces were inches apart. She could feel his hot breath fanning her face. The forest was humid and hot, and his body was so close to hers that it was almost unbearable. The gruff voice, those words and the intensity of those eyes that reminded her of sunsets caused goosebumps to flourish across her arms.“What do you want?” Nova swallowed, not recognising her voice. She was so out of her depth. His chest rumbled, and more bark crumbled down from behind her head.“You...”Her breath hitched.“To. Do. As. You're. OP Returnee from a Xianxia World, she doesn't lose any of her powers. Expect little to no stakes, just awesome showcases of power and a main character that constantly breaks all rules established.-An active main character which will be the main focus and point of view. I dislike passive main characters and I won't give focus to random side characters for dozens of chapters like other OP MC stories do. But there will still be a big cast of colorful characters that will give life to the world, or worlds.-She will be a prideful, arrogant, and ruthless cultivator at the beginning, and will slowly mellow down once she gets used to how Earth society works. However, she takes pride on her own strength and her acomplishments. Though, her love for the people important to her is boundless.-Despite being so strong, she still desires to grow stronger. Our main character will continue cultivating and using the new powers she finds to her advantage. Basic LitRPG Progression combined with Cultivation of the Heavenly Dao and all of that.-Lots of God Slaying.-Girls Love, our Main Character will not actively seek girls, but if the opportunity arises, will not shy away from being with one, or even falling in love. There will be occasional slice-of-life and romantic moments if that's your thing. -Polyamorous Relationships between the main character and many girls. However, it will be more of a side dish rather than the main dish, and I will make sure it doesn't become suffocating to read. Action and Progression are the focus. Nonetheless, a fair warning that there IS romance. And in many ways, and not just traditional ones. After all, some love interests will be from different cultures and worlds. -Ultimately, I am writing this story for my own amusement and fun, so please don't feel offended if something happens that you dislike. I am not writing this story for anybody or for any audience. -Chapters almost every day.My Grammar is not the best, and I am not a native english speaker, so I'm doing my best to improve.
