Left disfigured after an unfortunate accident, Shen Lang, a doctor, has become so ugly that no one dares to look at him. This makes him decide to become a noble spirit instead and save lives along war-torn borders. He lives a lonely life, remaining single until a bomb takes his life.

He transmigrates to another world and in this life, he has the body of an absolutely handsome man. However, the said owner of this body is a live-in son-in-law, one who was chased out for being a useless moron, of a wealthy merchant.

In order to fulfill his goal of living an extremely relaxed life, Shen Lang finds his way to become the new son-in-law of the ‘Goddess’ of the much more influential Palace of the Earl. Yet the only way he can truly live a relaxed and enjoyable life is to eradicate all his enemies, and all those who seek to bring the Palace of the Earl down!

At dawn.The light of dawn lingered, hesitant to arrive, while the remnants of the setting sun had long faded into darkness. Within the city shrouded in thin mist, the hidden churches in the shadows, veins clinging to the cracks in walls, the gnawing sounds echoing from the sewers, and the murmuring shadows...A lantern bearer strolled forward.

So to begin, this is technically a skyrim fanfic.Why isn't it in the fan-fics then?Simple! It's based on a game and I don't feel that counts as a fan-fic.Second, I've read like a few skyrim stories here lately. I liked them, as a bethesda fan boy... Well, now I need to take a crack at it. I literally start a new game of skyrim every new year. Its my tradition, so I felt I had to do this.If its bad, ah well. If its good, GREAT! Overall though, I feel we need more skyrim based stories or fan-fics. It has the perfect setting for the transmigration genre. Now read at your own risk.
