Li Chen arrived at Pinnacle Estate with Zhang Mei and Madame Zhang. As he pushed Madame Zhang inside, she inquired, "What are we doing here?" Zhang Mei answered as she walked closely, "We will be staying here, Mom, until further notice." Madame Zhang asked, "Whose house is this, Mei?" Li Chen replied, "It’s mine, but Zhang Mei is my friend, so you are welcome here." Madame Zhang expressed her gratitude, saying, "Oh, I see. Thank you, Li Chen."

Madame Zhang was amazed by the beauty of the villa’s interior. Li Chen said, "I have to go somewhere; please show Aunt Zhang to her room." Zhang Mei thanked Li Chen, saying, "Thank you so much, Li Chen. I don’t know what I would have done without you." Li Chen smiled and walked towards his bedroom.

Zhang Mei laughed and opened the door to a room that had been arranged for Madame Zhang, saying, "Mom, this is your room." Madame Zhang looked around and complimented, "It’s beautiful... but you shouldn’t hide your feelings, my dear. If you like him, you should show him before other women snatch him away while you sing the friends tune." Zhang Mei insisted, "I don’t think he is ready for a relationship, Mom. Anyway, let’s forget that. Let me go and make dinner; I will make your favorite." Madame Zhang agreed, "Yeah, yeah, go. I need to rest." Zhang Mei helped her mother onto the bed, tucked her in, and then walked out.

Li Chen, in his room, decided to call Chen Yunlong. Chen Yunlong answered quickly, and Li Chen, with a tinge of urgency in his voice, said, "I think I am being followed."

Li Chen, with a subtle smile, introduced the two, "Zhang Mei, this is my mother, Sun Lixia. Mom, this is my friend Zhang Mei."

Sun Lixia offered Zhang Mei a warm smile, "Nice to meet you, Zhang Mei. You are beautiful."

Zhang Mei blushed, humbly responding, "Not as beautiful as you."

Li Chen apologized, "Sorry, Zhang Mei. I won’t be available for dinner. I am leaving now, but Xu Zhonhao and Tang Ziyi will be here soon."

Understanding, Zhang Mei said, "No problem, I understand."

Li Chen stood up and said, "Let’s go, Mom." Sun Lixia also rose, smiled at Zhang Mei, and remarked, "Hope to see you again soon."

Sun Weilong informed them, "Dad and Sun Gang are already inside. Sun Fang has not arrived, but we can go in. I will explain everything to Dad."

Sun Lixia agreed, "Sure." Li Chen remained silent, maintaining an indifferent expression. Sun Weilong led the way, and they proceeded to the living room, where Grandpa Sun and Sun Gang were engrossed in small business talk.

Grandpa Sun said, "Lixia, my princess, is it really you?" Sun Lixia affirmed, "It’s me, Dad." She then turned to Li Chen and introduced him, "This is my son, Li Chen."

Grandpa Sun walked to Li Chen, patted his shoulder, and remarked, "He looks just like you." Sun Gang, looking at Sun Weilong, demanded, "Dad, what’s happening?" Sun Weilong suggested, "Please, let’s all sit down so I can explain everything." Sun Gang’s facial expression soured with anger. He never expected that his long-lost aunt could be found, and to make matters worse, Li Chen, the person he had tried to kill, turned out to be his cousin.

As they sat down, Grandpa Sun looked at Sun Lixia once more and said, "You are an exact copy of your mother." His words were accompanied by tears streaming down his cheeks. Sun Weilong intervened, saying, "Dad, don’t cry. Your blood pressure will rise." Sun Gang demanded, "Dad, I asked what is going on."

Sun Weilong exhaled and responded, "I will let your aunt explain everything." Grandpa Sun turned to Sun Weilong and asked, "How long have you been hiding this?" Sun Weilong explained, "We needed to be sure first." Sun Gang skeptically said, "You have done DNA testing. What if it’s someone who did plastic surgery to look like Grandma so they can scam us?" Grandpa Sun snapped, "Shut up, Gang. You think I can’t tell if this is my daughter."

Sun Gang persisted, "Dad, you’ve looked for her for over 40 years, and now she pops up. It’s suspicious." Sun Weilong then handed a document with DNA results to Grandpa Sun. Grandpa Sun remarked, "I don’t need this to confirm. She looks exactly like my late wife."

Li Chen remained silent, not because he was listening to the conversation, but because as soon as he saw Sun Gang, he sensed something—a dark cloud surrounding him. Li Chen had never seen anything like this and internally asked God of War for guidance. God of War responded, "It’s a spell. I have seen something like it once." Li Chen nodded and said, "I see."
