A Bastard's Allure-Chapter 90: Horny Kings
King Magnus had been eyeing Lady Leana for a long time now, trying to get a glimpse of her beneath the veil. She sure was beautiful even from afar. Unable to contain his curiosity any longer, he excused himself from the high table and made his way to where Leana was standing.
The herald’s son was still talking to her but she didn’t pay him any attention. Her eyes were on the door Elena and Gabriel had just left on.
"Looking for someone particular My Lady?" Magnus asked to get her attention. Her eyes subtly settled on him before shifting to the door again.
’That was cold!’ Magnus thought, twirling the glass in his hand. Didn’t she consider the fact that he was a king?
"I am king Magnus of Althenia," he introduced himself to get her attention again. The herald’s son excused himself, leaving in a hurry.
"Oh, king Magnus!" Leana faked her surprise. "It’s a pleasure to meet you." She offered a curtsy.
"The pleasure is mutual, Lady...?"
"Leana. Lady Leana of the wastelands," she introduced herself. Magnus took her hands in his and planted a kiss on the back of her hand.
"Who thought the wastelands would produce such a gem," he said, following with a wink.
"Your words flatter me, Your Majesty," she faked a blush as well. Such was the power of being a demon!
"A dance perhaps," Magnus suggested.
Allicent wanted to decline the offer but maybe this would buy Gabriel and Elena some time because Andrian was also eyeing her from the high table.
"I don’t mind," she said, flashing her white pearls at the king. Placing his glass on the table, Magnus led her to the spacious floor, holding her waist as she started swaying to the music.
"You know any Althenian dance?" He asked when she twirled and rested on his strong arms. Allicent could have smirked his face if she had the chance. Althenian dances were known to be seductive, almost setting one into the mood for sex.
"I do," she replied. His eyes glowed in surprise and bewilderment. "You want me to show you?" She asked, winking her eyes seductively.
And without waiting for his response, she moved, her back facing his chest as her ass grind over his pants to turn Magnus on in an instant. He tried to say something but the words were stuck in his throat.
Leana turned around to caress his face with her fingers.
"Fuck! I’m rock hard!" He whispered in her ear. She leaned closer, her tongue slightly licking on his ears.
"You want some more?" She asked. She gently pushed him away and left the hall through a door on the side. Excited, Magnus followed.
They both found themselves in the guest room, kissing passionately with lust. Leana took him by the collar and pushed him on the bed. She undid three of his buttons on his shirt before pushing him down with her finger when he tried to kiss her again.
"I like being in charge," she said.
"I’m okay with that," Magnus replied burning in lust. She looked even more beautiful with her veil off. Why was she hiding her beauty when she could take away someone’s breath without even trying?
Leana took a rope on the corner of the room and tied his hands on both sides of the headboard. He bit his lower lip seductively, now crucified on the bed like Jesus.
"You nasty bitch," he said when she sat on top of him. "Ride my..."
A knife to his throat made him swallow the rest of his words instantly. The lust he had immediately got replaced by fear. He could feel the cold metal pressed on his Caucasian skin.
"What do you know about this marriage?" Leana asked.
"Don’t tell me you like my son." A blow landed on his face, filling the corners of his mouth with blood.
"That’s not a blow from a woman," he argued, licking the blood on his lips.
"Then you haven’t met the right women," Leana replied, pressing the blade harder on his skin until a line of blood formed on its edge.
"Please don’t kill me," Magnus begged.
"Answer the question!"
"It’s all a plan to take hold of Mysthaven! Once my son and Elena get married, we had planned to kill Andrian Thornhart and take over the kingdom!" He spilled the beans.
Leana’s breath hitched, her eyes blaring at Magnus. They were always after power, the humans. Such vile and insatiable creatures they were.
"Please let me go! I promise I won’t tell anyone. I’ll leave the city as fast as I can."
"Poor choice of words," she said before she sliced the throat of the human. He choked on his own blood, his eyes watching Leana wipe the blood off her blade as the life slowly slipped out of him. 𝚏𝐫𝚎𝗲𝕨𝐞𝐛𝕟𝚘𝐯𝚎𝗹.𝕔𝐨𝗺
Leana chuckled at the funny way he had died. His eyes were staring at her in disbelief, as if defying death itself. She smoothened her skirt and walked out of the room when...
"Lady Leana?" Someone called her just as she was locking the door. For once, her heart raced in anticipation. On turning, she saw Andrian walking towards her, his hands rested on his back.
"Your Majesty," she offered a curtsy, her eyes looking everywhere else but him.
"That’s not necessary," Andrian dismissed it with a wave of his hand. "I saw you walk out of the throne hall with King Magnus. You’re alone?"
She looked at him briefly. "His Majesty wanted to take a piss," she lied. "I’ve been waiting for him here but he’s been long gone."
"That’s weird because I didn’t see him on my way here. I checked every room." He smiled but it only acted to make her more nervous.
His eyes traveled across her face before he added. "You’re even more beautiful without the veil."
’Another horny king!’ Allicent rolled her eyes inwardly. She could give him the same treatment but Elena would never forgive her if she found out she was the one who killed her brother.
"I only wear it because my father asks me to."
"He’s afraid you’ll fall for a king," Andrian implored, her blush making him smile triumphantly. Little did he know...
"I know this is much but can I ask you to stay behind once the wedding is over?"
She raised her eyes alarmed by his request. "I’m sorry but I have to consult with my father first."
"Your father... Ah, yes," Andrian seconded, scratching the back of his neck. God! He sucked when it came to women. "It’s a surprise he’s still alive. The last time I had seen him, he could barely stand."
"We thank the gods," Leana replied. "If you’ll excuse me."
"Of course," he said, letting his eyes travel her length one more time. On the hem of her dress, though red, he spotted a red substance.
’Weird’ he thought, watching her until she disappeared on the corner. ’Thank the gods?’ Wait. Why did that sound familiar? Only vampires and demons believed in many gods. Humans only believed in one, even the Althenians! Something didn’t feel right about this woman. He could feel it in his guts.
For some odd reason, he decided to walk into the guest room. The sight of a tied King Magnus staring blankly at the door while the sheets were stained red was what welcomed him.
"That demon bitch!" He said out loud, now seething in anger. He stormed out of the room spotting two knights walking his way.
"You?" They halted and offered him a bow. "I want you to bring a woman dressed in red and Lord Brumfort now, either dead or alive! No one should leave the palace gates!" The knights hurried to carry out the orders.
Gabriel was kneading Elena’s peaches when she held his head. But like a tick, he didn’t want to break from the sweet experience.
"Did you hear that?" She asked when she heard a faint sound of marching knights.
"I’m not buying that," Gabriel replied, breathing against her skin. She closed her eyes tightly when he resumed his little torture, the sensation slowly settling at the pit of her stomach.
The sound came again, louder this time. Even Gabriel heard it. He rose, his eyes trained on the slightly open door.
"Knights! They’re searching all the rooms," he said.
Elena’s heart raced. What could they possibly be looking for?
"It’s mother!" He added, now seething in anger. "I told her to wait."
"You mean your mother?" Elena asked as if he had stated the impossible.
"It’s a long story," Gabriel said, now tying the stripes on her chest. "We need to leave before they find us." He held her by the hand but she halted.
"If you go out looking like this, they’ll easily spot us," she reasoned.
"I almost forgot." Gabriel locked the door and made her to sit on the chair in the middle of the room. He held her hands tightly, giving her a reassuring nod. They heard the door from the next room slam open! Elena’s heart raced on her ribcage.
"Repeat after me!" Gabriel said. Left with no choice, she nodded faintly. Gabriel muttered some alien words with his eyes closed. She followed suit and repeated after him before she heard the sound of the door slamming against the wall!
