A Blind Swordsman's Sword Coffin-Chapter 631 - Liu Yunxuans Secret Realm
“Don’t forget our agreement, kid. If you do... the consequences will be severe.”
To their surprise, You Ming did not press further regarding the Abyssal Demons.
He turned and left, leaving the other three behind. They looked at each other, while Liu Yunxuan hung his head with a strange look in his eyes.
After You Ming disappeared, they all collapsed to the ground, panting heavily. It felt like a brush with death.
You Ming hadn’t even questioned them about the damage to the Demon-Subduing Altar.
Liu Xiaochen stared blankly and murmured, “H-he... left?”
His limbs had only just healed, but his face was still mangled. Not because he couldn’t heal it, but because he didn’t dare.
Next to him, Liu Yunxuan sat slumped on the ground with a distant look in his eyes. He was in a daze. No one knew what You Ming had said to him when they were alone.
Rage burned through Liu Peiyuan. He rose, stone-faced, vital force surging through him as he glared at the other two.
Boom!
The surrounding space shattered under his aura.
Liu Yunxuan only snapped out of his daze when he sensed Liu Peiyuan’s power bearing down on them.
Having witnessed the terrifying might of You Ming, the Blood Sovereign, they finally understood just how grave their mistakes were.
Liu Xiaochen gulped. He quickly kneeled and hung his head. “Ancestor Liu, I—”
Boom!
Liu Peiyuan kicked him hundreds of zhang back. He crashed through the pavilion and slammed into the mountain behind it.
Before Liu Yunxuan could react, Liu Peiyuan appeared in front of him and slapped him, sending him tumbling through the air. Liu Yunxuan’s vision spun. His cheek swelled so badly that half his face went numb.
Pfft!
Blood sprayed from his mouth. Half his teeth had shattered.
Whoosh!
Liu Peiyuan appeared in front of Liu Yunxuan once more. Liu Yunxuan begged for mercy. “Ancestor! I—”
Liu Peiyuan raised a hand to silence him. While Liu Yunxuan was still spinning in mid-air, Liu Peiyuan slapped him again.
Slap!
The slap was filled with vital force. Liu Yunxuan’s vision exploded with stars, his cheekbone cracked, and his remaining teeth shattered.
The entire realm watched as Liu Peiyuan split into two and pummeled them both. His blows were even more savage than You Ming’s.
The other Liu family members, already traumatized, were terrified. It was too gruesome. Unlike You Ming’s viciousness, this was pure rage.
Fifteen minutes later, almost every mountain peak lay in ruins, the ground covered with deep craters. Every pavilion and tower in the realm had been destroyed.
Liu Peiyuan’s spirit light clone disappeared. His face was splattered with blood. Beneath his feet, two half-dead figures lay at the bottom of a hundred-zhang-deep crater. They didn’t even look human. All their limbs had been broken, not a bone intact. Their cheekbones were so sunken they were unrecognisable.
Liu Peiyuan gasped for breath, his withered face contorted with murderous rage. Had they not been his own kin, he would have turned them to ash already.
Those two felt terrified after seeing only a fraction of You Ming’s power. If You Ming had truly wanted to kill, no one would have survived, and his methods would have been a thousand times worse than this.
“Hoo... Useless, incompetent trash!”
He huffed coldly, then turned to leave. As for the buildings and mountains that he had destroyed, he completely ignored them.
The two in the crater had stopped breathing...
With a sweep of his sleeve, he returned to the dilapidated main pavilion.
A white-haired elder appeared at the edge of the crater and looked down worriedly. “Ancestor Liu, how... how should we treat them?”
Liu Peiyuan glanced at him. “Treat them? If they die, just bury them. They’d cause less trouble that way. Bunch of idiots. Parasites. Send word that from today onward, he’s stripped of his patriarch title. Tell him to get the fuck out. He can die for all I care.”
Liu Peiyuan swept his sleeve again, blowing the elder hundreds of zhang back.
The white-haired elder stood stunned, at a loss. Several Liu elders rushed to his side with questioning looks.
The elder was furious too. “What are you looking at? What’s the use of looking at me?”
They glanced at each other, helpless.
Seeing their blank faces, the elder snapped, “I don’t blame Ancestor Liu for being so angry. You really are useless parasites. Why are you still standing here? Save them! They’ve stopped breathing! Their primordial souls could dissipate at any moment now.”
They scrambled to comply. The elder sighed and disappeared. The Liu family... was in shambles. It was already immense luck that they still existed.
As the rest of them scrambled to deal with the aftermath, Liu Peiyuan sat in the center of the main pavilion, surveying the opulent structures with resignation.
His mind raced. You Ming’s restraint meant he and Liu Yunxuan had struck some sort of deal. Or rather, Liu Yunxuan must have agreed to certain conditions.
You Ming didn’t kill Liu Yunxuan or Liu Xiaochen, but the lesson they received today was one they’d never forget.
Liu Peiyuan sighed. He closed his eyes and massaged his aching brow.
He extended his divine consciousness outward like a tidal wave and soon noticed something odd.
A light barrier shielded the rear of Liu Yunxuan’s residence. A spatial fragment was concealed within one of the rooms.
Liu Peiyuan narrowed his eyes, huffed, and disappeared.
He tore through the barrier and saw what lay inside the spatial fragment. Even after thousands of years of cultivation, the sight made him gasp.
His eyes flashed coldly, and he gritted his teeth, growling under his breath, “The Liu family... is rotten to the core. Animals.”
