The common characteristic is that there aren't many people left in the villages. The young have gone out to work, and the children are studying in the city, leaving only some elderly folks behind, resulting in a lack of liveliness.

Much like Qin Family Village, which is only bustling during the New Year when the young return home. Usually, the village just has about a dozen old folks, many of whom don't even live there permanently and have moved to town.

Qin Huai and the group drove from Yunzhong District to the funeral home, a journey of nearly two hours, and from the funeral home to the village took another hour. By the time they had inspected three villages, it was already dark. Luo Jun, while looking at the villages, merely observed and didn't even ask about the cost of renting the space, eventually settling on the poorest and most run-down village.

Luo Jun's reason was that this village had a large space, and once the stage was set up, there would still be plenty of room for chairs, making it convenient to watch the shows. If there's still room after setting up the stage, they can set up another for other performances, like cross-talk, skits, or stand-up comedy.

Zhou Hu didn't understand but expressed he had resources.

With enough money, any type of performer could be invited.

With the venue settled, the remaining tasks were trivial, like setting up the stage. Luo Jun didn't bother with these matters, and Zhou Hu wasn't familiar either. These days, there aren't many theater troupes performing in townships and counties, but in truth, there are still quite a few. In rural areas with a strong theater culture, troupes are invited to perform during celebrations or funerals, from a half day to three days, with fees ranging from a few thousand to tens of thousands.

Many troupes roam various places, earning a good income by the year's end, as they are very professional at setting up stages.

Zhou Hu had access to several small theater troupes.

These days, few families hire theater troupes for funerals, but it's not unheard of, and Zhou Hu, being a professional funeral planner, had encountered many instances.

"Mr. Luo, it's getting late, already past 7 PM, and driving back to the city will take about three hours. You wouldn't get home until almost 11 PM."

"Why don't we call it a day? You've decided on the mourning hall and village; the rest are just minor details. We'll strive to give you a complete plan within a week. Please add me on WeChat, and you can raise any requests at any time."

"Technically, I should treat you all to a meal today, but it's already quite late. I've ordered food at a restaurant near Yunzhong District. I have some business to attend to in your area as well. So, later we'll head back together, and I'll deliver the food to your home, Mr. Luo. Please help yourself and don't be too critical."

"Later, I'll send you details of the troupes via WeChat. You can see if you like any. If not, set your conditions, and our company can find one from out of town!"

Cheng Gong looked at Zhou Hu with admiration, full of appreciation in his eyes for his resourcefulness.

"Don't send the details; I'm tired of looking at them." After a whole day of driving and scouting, Luo Jun was both tired and irritable, "Let them come and perform at my house."

"I want to hear their singing skills."

Zhou Hu was surprised and said, "Of course, that's possible."

"It's just that coming and going for an on-site performance takes quite a bit of time, and these troupes charge by the day without any trial performances. The cost might..."

"Money is not an issue." 𝘧𝘳𝘦ℯ𝓌𝘦𝒷𝘯𝑜𝑣𝘦𝓁.𝒸𝘰𝓂

"But the troupe costs might require upfront..."

"We can settle upfront."

Faced with such a wealthy benefactor, what else could Zhou Hu say? Of course, he could only reply:

"No problem, Mr. Luo, rest assured. I'll go back and arrange it tonight. When would you have time?"

"I have time every day."

"I'll arrange for the troupe to perform at your home tomorrow! But wouldn't the loud sound disturb..."

"The upper and lower floors are all mine."

Zhou Hu's voice rose even higher: "Don't worry, I'll ensure everything's arranged for you tomorrow!"

Qin Huai and the group drove back.

The meal Zhou Hu ordered was quite sumptuous, with no fewer than 15 dishes, at least 10 of which were high-priced. For this meal, the restaurant had even delayed its closing time. Most restaurants around Yunzhong Restaurant, except for late-night spots, close around 10:00 to 10:30 PM. Qin Huai and the others returned to Yunzhong Restaurant at 11 PM, and the staff and owner had put in extra half-hour of work for Zhou Hu.

There was so much food that Qin Huai and Zhao Cheng'an helped to carry it, taking two boxes home as well.

Eating dinner past 11 PM isn't very healthy, but it was still fine. Luo Jun didn't adhere to scheduled meals, and Chen Huihong was typically unconcerned about meal times as long as it was free. Shi Dadan, Gong Liang, and Cheng Gong were quite idle, while only Qu Jing, Qin Huai, and Zhao Cheng'an couldn't dine at Luo Jun's house.

These three had work the next day, especially Qin Huai, whose work started around 4 AM. For him, 11 PM was a terribly late bedtime.

The restaurant owner clearly recognized Qin Huai and was surprised to see him picking up the food, exclaiming with the staff, "I can't believe Master Qin ordered takeout from our shop!"

Zhou Hu was puzzled by the owner's remark and looked at Qin Huai curiously but didn't give it much thought.

People who don't live or work near Yunzhong District don't understand the weight of the four words 'Master Qin.'

Zhou Hu dropped Qin Huai and Zhao Cheng'an at the district gate. Hearing his car, Zhou Hu didn't show any intention to leave after dropping them off, just waving with a smile.
