Above The Sky-Chapter 1889 - 389: Pioneer Platform
The defeated should not become an obstacle for the undefeated.
Immortality is self-centric, it is singular. If there are multiple immortalities within the Guiding Star, it would mean that there are multiple different ’Ians’ as masters.
However, the Guiding Star does not need many masters, just ’the one now’—the only, eternal ’Ian’ of the present. As for the defeated Ian, they have voluntarily relinquished the name Ian, they are now dead and thus will not linger as Lost Souls to haunt the next one.
"I see."
Slowly opening his eyes, Ian exhaled a breath, clenched his fist, and murmured: "Every Ian believes they will win... even if they are dead, they have not given up this ’hope’."
"We all hope for Ian to achieve the final victory, and for this victory, we would even sacrifice ourselves, strip away our uniqueness, to prevent our proven failed immortality from affecting the latter selves."
"But all of me..."
"The reason I consider us all ’me’ is precisely because we all possess the same, everlasting, indestructible essence."
"We all hope..."
Looking up.
All the Ians looked up.
The Fae, Emperor Dragons, and Pioneers all looked up, gazing towards the direction of the Imperial Capital.
There, a vortex of light had already formed; from a cosmic perspective, a gigantic vortex of light appeared at the center of the Terra Continent, spinning rapidly like the great vortices on a gas giant planet, releasing incredible energy.
And from the cosmos, the light coming from afar grew stronger, with the Calamity of Light gradually intensifying, moving from a forewarning to the actual Calamity of Light.
It was not just Ian.
All Fifth Energy Level beings looked towards the direction of the battle between the two Sunbirds.
Everyone.
On the Terra Continent, everyone harbored their own aspirations, their own dreams. All entities at the Fifth Energy Level, all the powerful beings, and even some at the Fourth Energy Level, possessed the resolve and will rivaling that of Michael and Axel.
And what about me?
Ian asked himself.
No matter how many times he tossed and turned, he would not forget, would never forget the dream that spanned countless epochs, countless generations, and across innumerable dimensions.
There’s no need to question it, to ponder over it.
All the Ians looked up.
Their gaze was not focused on the battle between the two Sunbirds—merely an event repeated many times, happening on the ground, among the struggles and roars of prisoners.
But his target was...
"To head above the Sky."
Boom!
The Domain of Void, soul, and Aether that transcends space-time swiftly pierced through three bodies situated in different regions, as the azure light of the veins pulsed like massive arteries, releasing unbelievable vitality and Spirit Energy.
This was a network spanning the Domain of Void, reality, the New Continent, the Silverpeak Domain, and the Holy Mountain, a resonance traversing space-time under the Guiding Star.
The vibrating power flowed, converged, and finally crystallized at the Guiding Star.
Ian raised his hand, lifting his core, his essence, this star guiding the infinite beyond.
Derived from the Spirit Energy of the Fairy Body, from the power of the Glass Emperor Dragon’s body, and possessing both as the Pioneer of Iron, their powers began to resonate, to fuse.
Gravity, magnetic fields, and the power to control thermal energy... numerous sharp and sturdy fields emanated from the Guiding Star, forming an extremely solid, sky-blue crystal.
A gigantic, orderly Metatron cube.
Light and Aether within the Metatron cube continually refracted, repeated, eventually transforming into straight azure beams, emanating from every sharp angle of the cube, piercing space-time like rays, reaching infinitely afar!
The Metatron cube continued to change, shifting. Sometimes it turned into an octahedron, sometimes transforming into a tetrahedron, a cube, or even a dodecahedron or icosahedron. It might even decompose into countless tiny five Platonic solids, with each regular cube faintly revealing a phantom.
The sharpest, with the smallest potential, yet the most fierce and terrifying Swarm, was the tetrahedron.
The Spirit Disaster that devours Terra, races towards the Cradle’s end, powerful yet unaware of the truth, was the cube.
Extinguishing stars, turning into light, reversing to charge against the Calamity of Light, the Star Extinguishment halting at The End was the octahedron.
Eternal and indestructible, spanning numerous dimensions, passing on beliefs and dreams from generation to generation, Perpetuity was the dodecahedron.
Now... integrated with all, condensed with all technologies and efforts, the Arcane was the icosahedron.
But mere Arcane does not represent Ian.
He is everything, both Spirit Disaster and Swarm; both Star Extinguishment and Perpetuity. He is the founder of Arcane, yet not just the founder of Arcane.
He is infinite possibilities, a prisoner aiming to break free from shackles, a madman unwilling to be confined by The End, eternal and indefatigable, yearning for the Sky above, gazing up at the stars!
Numerous Phantasms and polyhedral cubes rotated around Ian, constructing extremely complex geometric structures, some resembling shields, some like swords, some akin to firearms, and others resembling paper and pens, varied and diverse.
They are all part of the Metatron cube, yet each stands alone.
But ultimately, they gathered back, returning to the primordial form of the Cross Star Crown, resting atop Ian’s head.
Ian closed his eyes.
Behind him, grand, towering phantasms filled with majesty and terrifying presence emerged one after another, yet gradually dissipated.
This is his Aether True Body, built with the immortal and indestructible essence of ’heading above the Sky’ at its core, constructed on the foundation of the Guiding Star, representing his true self.
A creation summoning all Ians, all Pioneers, those who have walked the long journey for themselves, allowing ’our power’ to manifest once more in the world.
Its name is [Pioneer Crown].
Or rather...
[Pioneer Platform]!
