Bai Yan finally understood, hurriedly forming the Demon Contract and placing it before Satan.

Satan quickly signed the Demon Contract with his True Name, causing Bai Yan a moment of envy, wondering when he could forge his own True Name...

"Former Master of Abyss, Satan, greets the master."

Satan bowed, simultaneously pulling a pitch-black shadow from the Void.

"This is the Abyss Will. Come and greet your new master."

Only when Bai Yan genuinely became the Master of the Abyss did he understand why Satan made rapid progress after settling his wishes.
