"But that guy at least has the strength of the Golden Domain. None of us here are his match," Luo Nuo said with a furrowed brow. "If we rely on numbers to win, it could provoke a Druid intervention, as the Druids regard him quite highly..."

The dark-haired youth didn't continue, but everyone present knew the consequences of alarming Commander Veronica.

"It's not that complicated," Elman smiled and said, "Aren't the Erune envoy here? If that young man is a noble, he might be part of the envoy — but even if he's not, their own issues should be handled by themselves."

Faina's sapphire eyes brightened slightly upon hearing this. "Right!" The noble lady praised, "Why didn't I think of that? In front of the Empire, those timid Erune officials can only submit."

She then gave a light huff, "They need to be properly educated on how to manage their subordinates!"

"But who will go?" The girl asked again.

Elman shrugged. He was the Viscount of Eagle Domain but also the Captain of the Imperial Guard, making it unsuitable for him to interact with foreign diplomats.

"I'm not suitable either," the dark-haired youth beside him shook his head. "As a Royal Alchemist, I cannot engage with foreign diplomats."

"No way, do I have to go myself?" Faina widened her eyes, clutching her chest as she asked, "I-I have no experience in that area—"

"I'll go." A voice quietly said.

The noble girl turned around to see a woman in a purple gown step out from the hall — she stood there, quietly replying with a word, her demeanor tranquil and mysterious, like a mandala flower growing in the darkness.

The woman smiled faintly, her gaze lingering on Viscount Elman.

"Delphine!" Faina exclaimed in surprise. "Will you help? That's wonderful! Do you have a plan?"

"Elman's plan is already well thought out," said the woman in purple, glancing at the young man beside her. "Besides, Faina agreed, didn't she?"

"But you're the Prime Minister's daughter, the Empire's Flower of Wisdom. Compared to Viscount Elman, I trust you more, Delphine; and everyone knows you have a passion for the Viscount. Who knows if you're supporting his view - I'm not assured!"

Elman chuckled lightly, casting a playful glance at the woman by his side, then turned back, focusing on the noble daughter.

Delphine shook her head gently and replied softly, "Then let's have the Flame Temple exert pressure on the Erune people."

"Oh?" Viscount Elman raised an eyebrow slightly, observing the Prime Minister's daughter — she noticed his gaze and looked up to offer him a subtle smile.

"Flame Temple?" Faina asked in confusion. "Will the Flame Temple listen to us?"

"I heard that the Erune cast a Spell akin to the Holy Hall's Heavenly Armament," Delphine said, quietly returning her gaze and gently brushing her long hair over her shoulder. "But the truth is irrelevant; what's important is how we describe it."

"A good plan," Elman said with a smile. "I heard that this time the Flame Temple's leader for the Black Forest is the priest known as the Greedy Anman. So long as he catches on to something, even if he doesn't die, he'll lose a layer of skin."

"Besides," the young Viscount continued, "it wouldn't hurt to muddy the waters as much as possible. There are many forces here, and a bit of conflict isn't entirely unexpected."

Delphine nodded.

"Great!" The noble daughter also became excited, as if she could already see Brand's impending doom. She excitedly punched the air, feeling a sense of vindication, "Let's do this; let's take action right away!"

The dark-haired youth was worried about their real mission. "Speaking of which, the forces entering the Black Forest are growing, we, Bujia's wizards, the Flame Temple, even the Erune are here, and the Lionheart Sword is clearly our Holy Relic." He said with some concern.

"Why worry so much, Luo Nuo," Faina sighed in exasperation, feeling her enthusiasm was halved by this downbeat youth. "With Lord Veronica here, what's there to fear?"

"Bujia's wizards are just here to watch," Elman added, "as for the Flame Temple, the Lionheart Sword is closely linked to the King of Flames. As for the Erune, do we need to care about what those country bumpkins think?"

The dark-haired youth nodded.

"But is the Lionheart Sword really related to the anomaly of the Trade Wind Ring?" the youth asked again. "Previously, the Astrologers detected that divine artifact reaction should be in the southeast of Denell, near Chablis, right."

"The implications of divine artifact reactions are too vast to pinpoint an exact location," Delphine finally spoke quietly. "Thus, entering the Black Forest south of Chablis and finding nothing is quite normal."

"Could they have been taken by those bone skeletons?" Faina thought of the Madara army they encountered on their path.

"The Holy Sword is sentient," the young Alchemist replied. "Whether it's the Lionheart Sword or the Flame Blade, both symbolize light and justice — Undead encountering them would turn to ashes; they wouldn't be interested in these swords."

"So now the only hope is the Trade Wind Ring." Delphine answered.

As their topic turned from punishing Brand to the true purpose of their journey, they fell silent, contemplating. Just then, a group of knights hurriedly rushed in from outside.

These knights first noticed Viscount Elman, the Captain of the Imperial Guard, and promptly paused, saluting, "Captain!"

"Viscount!"

Elman ceased his thoughts, raising his head to look at them. "What's wrong? You're quite tense."

"There's been an incident, Viscount!"

"An incident?"

"The T-Trade Wind Ring has undergone changes!" The knight gasped for air as he answered.
