Ancient Tears BloodLine-Chapter 1432: Stunning other warriors!
Battlefield
When I got closer to the front, my gaze fell on the foreign creatures fighting against the warriors. My arrival drew the attention of the creatures.
Unlike the long-handed foreign creature from before, these creatures came in different shapes and sizes. One of them was three meters tall.
A team of warriors was fighting against this one particular creature. As my gaze swept across the battlefield, I found the same situation everywhere.
Shriek!
Suddenly, a four-legged foreign creature charged toward me. My gaze sharpened. I realized the strength of the creature was at the Silver Mark.
I rotated the staff and shifted my hand toward the center. I covered the staff in purple lightning force.
Boom!
In the blink of an eye, the four-legged creature, over four meters in size, appeared before me.
I felt as if a small hill had manifested in my path. The terrifying thing was the creature’s face.
It looked exactly like a human face; my heart stirred. Fortunately, I composed myself. Then I swung the staff; it swept toward the side of the creature’s body.
Boom!
The foreign creature didn’t take the attack seriously. Its humongous body collided with the staff.
Boom!
A deafening noise sounded. The staff strike left behind a terrible lightning power, tearing through the flesh and bones of the creature.
Puchak!
Weird black blood splattered across the ground.
Shriek!
The foreign creature let out a strange sound. It lost its composure. For a second, it even forgot about its human enemy.
Boom!
I moved. My staff swept in a wide arc before striking the unguarded creature. In a flash, the staff delivered a terrible blow.
Puchak!
Blood gushed forth from the wound. Seeing that, I continued to land a few more strikes. The massive body of the creature made it hard to kill in a single move.
Puchak!
The staff landed one blunt blow after another. The body of the foreign creature finally broke. The purple lightning force surged inside and started rampaging through its organs.
The four-legged creature finally smelled death. Charred smoke rose from its body in the blink of an eye.
A few minutes later...
The massive body of the creature crashed onto the ground. It had taken me a couple of moves to kill the Silver Mark foreign creature. If it were a human warrior, the strike would have killed him many times over.
Gasp!
The next second, I heard a loud exclamation. I turned and saw that both the human warriors and the foreign creatures were looking at me.
This type of foreign creature was different; it usually could only be killed by more than one Silver Mark warrior.
But I had killed it alone. Suddenly, I felt a terrible killing intent coming from the foreign creatures.
"Hey, he is Zack Lockwood. The rising star of the Thunderflame Faction," a warrior from the human bloodline faction said.
Hearing that, others had looks of understanding on their faces. There were warriors from other universities as well.
They showed killing intent in their eyes. If they could kill Zack Lockwood, they could claim massive rewards.
Boom!
Following the words spoken by the human warriors, the creatures started charging toward their main target.
The name "Zack Lockwood" was now on their kill list. For the foreign creatures, killing him would bring more rewards than killing any other warrior.
On the other hand, my perception was active. I could feel killing intent from both sides.
I held the staff tightly. Seeing the number of foreign creatures, it was going to be a difficult battle for sure but I was ready.
The warriors saw that half of the foreign creatures were all heading toward Zack Lockwood.
The pressure on the rest of them was greatly reduced. The warriors from the Thunderflame faction and the neutral faction were all grateful.
Even the warriors from the hostile university set aside their enmity. The presence of Zack Lockwood truly helped them.
Boom!
I started swinging my staff. The foreign creatures were trying to stomp me. I side-stepped to avoid their massive bodies and targeted their flanks. The bottom end of the staff contacted their skin.
Boom!
The purple lightning power exploded, leaving a hole at the point of contact. Weird black blood emerged like a torrential rain.
Puchak!
Blood dyed the ground.
But I didn’t have time to relax. The other foreign creatures targeted me. It appeared they didn’t have weird abilities like the black element, but their body surfaces appeared to be slippery. I dared not touch them. 𝒇𝒓𝙚𝒆𝔀𝓮𝓫𝒏𝓸𝙫𝓮𝓵.𝓬𝙤𝙢
Boom!
My staff slammed into the head of another beast. The lightning power exploded on the creature’s face. The creature was hit hard and fell to the ground.
In the blink of an eye, my staff struck all the surrounding creatures.
With exceptional perception, I caught every detail. My mind was filled with information, allowing me to avoid every strike aimed at me.
On the other hand, the warriors observing Zack Lockwood’s fight were dumbfounded. They only saw purple streaks of light moving here and there.
Yet, the foreign creatures fell to the ground one by one.
"What kind of movement technique is that?" a warrior from the elemental faction asked.
"It isn’t a movement technique, but a staff imbued with purple lightning power," a warrior with discerning eyes said.
Gasp!
Hearing that, others sucked in a cold breath of air. They had never seen such a staff technique before, mostly because warriors rarely selected a staff for combat.
But these warriors didn’t know: Zack Lockwood was just swinging the staff normally. He hadn’t even started using an actual staff technique yet.
Puchak!
I noticed the foreign creatures were unable to fight back. It was time to end their lives.
A sharp gleam appeared in my eyes.
I immediately performed a staff technique. The next second, I drove the end of the staff into the head of a foreign creature.
The movement carried immense momentum coupled with purple lightning power.
The destructive power doubled.
Boom!
The strike crushed the head, and blood spurted. The lightning power surged inside and scorched the internal organs. All of this happened within seconds.
