Anti Netotare Villian-Chapter 50: Loyalty
Chapter 50: Loyalty
Right after Riech’s request, a man clad in all black silently stepped back into the kitchen. Moments later, he returned, carrying a small glass jar. Inside it, a tiny black creature, no larger than a ladybug, twitched slightly. The man carefully handed the jar to Riech.
’Well, I could simply convince Roosevelt to trust her, but...’ Riech mused, staring at the tiny parasite. ’I have my fair share of trust issues as well. Having her ingest this soul parasite will give me absolute control over her. I’ll be able to monitor her every move.’
With that thought, he removed the cap from the jar and let the small insect crawl onto his palm.
The Soul Parasite was generally harmless in its natural state. It didn’t pose any threat unless it was bound to someone by an external force. However, unlike ordinary insects, the Soul Parasite possessed a terrifying ability—it could take control of a human host, embedding itself within their body and influencing their actions like a true parasite.
Once bound, it could not be easily removed. There were only three known ways to rid oneself of a Soul Parasite:
1. The Binder’s Release – The safest method was for the same person who implanted the parasite to remove it willingly.
2. Overwriting Control – A person with a higher level of control over Soul Parasites could forcibly override the previous binding and remove it. However, this method was incredibly risky. If even a slight mistake was made, the parasite could detonate inside the host’s body. If it was lodged in the brain or heart, the explosion would be instant death. Otherwise, it could also release poison if it was a high-ranking soul parasite.
3. Extreme Heat or Poison – This was the most dangerous but self-reliant method. If one could raise their body temperature to an extreme degree—enough to burn the parasite to ash before it could detonate—they could kill it. Alternatively, injecting a precise dose of poison could eliminate it. However, only warriors at an **S-Class** level had the strength and resilience to survive such an ordeal. For most people, this method was nothing short of suicide.
The Soul Parasite had two primary uses:
1. Control – It could be implanted in someone else to force obedience, allowing its master to monitor and influence the host’s actions at will.
2. Power Boost – A person could willing to implant a Soul Parasite in themselves to push their physical and magical limits, often unlocking power beyond their normal capabilities. However, this method was highly unstable. In most cases, the parasite caused **more harm than good**, often resulting in severe internal injuries or even death. Only those with mastery over Soul Parasites could use them on themselves without major drawbacks. For novices, attempting this was nothing less than reckless self-destruction.
As Riech examined the tiny creature in his palm, a sly smirk crept onto his face.
"This will do just fine," he murmured.
Lisa’s face paled as she stared at the tiny parasite squirming in Riech’s palm. She knew what was coming—she would have to swallow it to prove her loyalty. Refusing wasn’t an option. If she resisted, they’d kill her without hesitation or worse and it didn’t take much brain to understand that.
Her hands clenched into fists as she tried to steady her breathing.
Meanwhile, Riech examined the creature with an intrigued look.
’An A-rank Soul Parasite,’ he noted, his gaze locking onto the small, protruding tusks jutting from its mouth. They had a faint reddish hue—an indicator of its potency.
Without hesitation, Riech extended his index finger and touched the parasite lightly. The moment he activated his skill [Neuroleech], a faint arc of energy flickered between them. Instantly, the parasite froze in place—its will overwritten.
Now, it was under his complete control.
Almost immediately, he felt his mind link with the parasite. He could now see, hear, and feel through its senses as if watching a live feed from a high-tech surveillance system.
Roosevelt, who had been watching the process unfold, was visibly stunned. His eyes widened in disbelief.
"Master... you can control a Soul Parasite?" Roosevelt asked, his voice filled with pure bafflement.
"When did this happen? Who taught you?"
Riech smirked. "When? Let’s just say... I’m a natural."
Roosevelt inwardly scoffed. ’What a load of crap.’
His shock was justified. Mastering the art of controlling Soul Parasites took years of dedicated training, and even then, it was a skill typically reserved for Assassins and high-ranking spellcasters.
He knew for a fact that Riech couldn’t control Soul Parasites before. They had tried in the past—and failed. Yet here he was, casually dominating an A-rank parasite in mere seconds without any prior training.
It was unnatural.
But there was no time to dwell on that now.
Riech turned his attention to Lisa and extended his hand toward her. The parasite wriggled slightly in his palm.
"Eat it."
Lisa stiffened. Her breathing became uneven as thoughts flooded her mind. She could still turn back... right?
No.
She had no choice.
If she wanted to live—if she wanted a future—she had to eat it and prove her loyalty.
’No need to worry... He won’t harm me... unless I disobey him.’
Taking a deep breath, she steadied herself. Then, locking eyes with Riech, she hesitantly reached out, pinched the parasite between her fingers, and—before she could overthink—shoved it into her mouth.
With her eyes tightly shut, she swallowed.
The moment the parasite slid down her throat, it moved.
Fast.
It slithered its way into her nervous system, embedding itself deep within her brain, following Riech’s silent command.
A faint pulse echoed in his mind as the link fully established—

A system-like notification appeared in his consciousness. freёnovelkiss.com
Riech could feel it. The parasite had fused with her mind. She was now under his complete control.
He smirked.
"Now," he said, glancing at Roosevelt. "Do you believe her loyalty?"
Roosevelt, after a brief pause, nodded. He had no further complaints.
Riech leaned back, satisfied.
"Good. Now, shall we proceed with the discussion?"
