The sound of the engine was getting closer and closer. Tang Yiyi listened to the noise, her eyes growing increasingly bright, and followed it all the way. The husky saw that she was ignoring him and got furious! It had mercifully agreed to the contract, and yet its master ignored it! What about the promised gourmet food? Liar! Big liar!
It stood there sulking for a while, and when it saw that Tang Yiyi had already walked far away, a sense of panic suddenly hit! Thinking of the tender meat Tang Yiyi had previously given it, and all the gourmet food it saw when forming the contract, the husky immediately felt a strong reluctance to part with her. It then chased after her without hesitation!

Tang Yiyi definitely didn’t want it to mess up at a crucial moment, so she quickly reassured it that once the task was done, she’d get it some good food, then urged it to hide. With her promise, Milk Tea nodded reservedly and then swiftly slipped into a dense bush. Watching as most of the garbage had already been dumped, she couldn’t afford any further delay. Taking a deep breath, Tang Yiyi let out a scream and suddenly lunged forward, creating a commotion: "Help! Please help me!" She cried out "frantically" while scrambling off the ground and staggered forward.
The two men on the truck hadn’t noticed her initially, but they were startled upon suddenly hearing the scream, immediately looking over at her. Once they got a clear look at her, their expressions changed. One of them opened the door, preparing to get out of the truck, saying, "Why is there a woman here? She looks injured; we need to hurry and help her!"
The other man wasn’t concerned about these details. He squinted, his eyes scanning Tang Yiyi’s attractive face, full chest, slender waist, and long legs, and then he suddenly grinned: "Not bad, she looks pretty pitiful; we must hurry and help her." Though he said this, he forcefully pulled back the anxious man, preventing him from getting out and saying, "The truck can’t be left unattended, you better stay, and I’ll go check it out."
Surprised, the man looked at him, not understanding why this person had suddenly become so kind, but with one look, he realized the man was leering at Tang Yiyi not far away. His expression changed drastically, and he hesitated, "Brother Wang, that woman looks quite young; you really shouldn’t mess around."
This comment angered the man, who glared at him with squinted eyes and sternly warned: "Sun Jian, if you don’t want to die, don’t meddle! Just stay on the truck! If you ruin my plan, don’t even think about living to return to Safe City today!"
Sun Jian clenched his fists tight, but thinking about Wang Jian’s methods, he ultimately didn’t dare obstruct. Instead, he squeezed his eyes shut, unwilling to watch. Wang Jian glanced at his cowardly demeanor with disdain, sneering before jumping off the truck and striding towards Tang Yiyi.
