Nightwalker leader Qino sat in his wheelchair, his left shin surgically replaced with a mechanical prosthetic. He claimed aside from feeling a weight difference between his feet and losing the ability to scratch them, there wasn’t much distinction.

Flicking the ash from his cigarette, he spoke with resolve, "Could we honestly transfer three million people before dark or abandon them entirely, leaving them to their fate?"

"This isn’t just a matter of three million people," Lu Tianye turned his gaze towards Lin Xian, who sat silently in the corner, "According to Crescent Moon Operation’s intelligence, Dawn City and other locations including Reykjavik, Tianji Qionggu Strait direction’s Dawn Center, South America Ushuaia’s Phoenix City, North American Alaska United Front, Oceania Noah, and Republican Sanctuary Islands—these directions might face threats in the next couple of days."
