Chapter 21: in less than a second!

And finally, it was the turn of the last person—a muscular young man, his face covered in scars as if he had been born on a battlefield:

"My name is Dark, 19 years old, at the second level of the Spiritual World."

After they all finished introducing themselves, Kali looked at them, then smiled and said:

"Alright, now that we've gotten to know each other, let's get to the main point."

He raised his hand, and suddenly, five long staffs appeared. They were pitch black, emitting a strange purple glow.

"This staff is called the Kasasia Staff. It's a very powerful weapon, capable of stunning anyone below the fourth layer of the Spiritual World. Once someone is stunned, they will immediately lose consciousness."

The students touched the staff cautiously, sensing the strange energy emanating from it.

"But there's a problem..." Kali continued with a sinister smile.

"The staff can only be used five times. Every touch counts. If you waste your strikes, you lose your chances."

Everyone fell silent, realizing the gravity of the challenge.

"As for the test, it's quite simple... You will all enter the White Grassland again, but this time, all five of you together. All you have to do is use the staff on each other... And in the end, only two will remain."

The students exchanged glances, the tension in their eyes evident. This was no longer just a battle—it was a test of intelligence and strategy... Every wrong move could mean instant defeat.

And amid this tension, Elliot stood there, smiling...

"It's time for some fun."

The five students stood in the White Grassland, their eyes scanning for any movement. Each of them was trying to devise a strategy to survive and be among the last two standing.

But before anyone could move, something completely unexpected happened...

"System Activation: Maximum Speed - Five Seconds!"

And suddenly...

Elliot vanished.

It wasn't a normal disappearance... It was as if he had never existed in the first place! Even the staff in his hand disappeared along with him.

"What?!" Raid shouted in shock, his eyes gleaming with fear as he frantically looked around for any trace of Elliot.

But before anyone could comprehend what was happening...

Strike!

Strike!

Strike!

Strike!

Strike!

In less than a second, they had all collapsed to the ground... completely paralyzed, their eyes wide with absolute shock!

All they felt was a light touch... then darkness.

In less than a second, Elliot had stunned them all...

When the five seconds ended, Elliot's body reappeared in his original position, standing calmly, while the grass around him floated in the air as if an invisible explosion had occurred.

His cold eyes fixated on the fallen bodies around him, while the black staff remained in his hand... He had used only five touches, five strikes, five moments... He ended everything before the battle even began!

"A new level of dominance..." Elliot whispered to himself as a system message appeared before him:

🔹 "The five seconds have been successfully consumed."

🔹 "You are the first person to complete the stunning test in less than a second!"

🔹 "You have received a secret reward!"

Elliot stood quietly, while the air was thick with an indescribable sense of awe...

From a distance, Kali watched him, his eyes carrying a hidden astonishment.

"This boy... He's not normal at all."

Elliot stood amid the floating grass, his body shrouded in an aura of absolute dominance. He had barely caught his breath when the system window appeared before him again.

🔹 "Congratulations! You have reached Level 2!"

🔹 "New Feature: You can now disappear for 6 seconds."

Elliot's eyes widened slightly before he muttered in a low voice, "So system missions are hidden..."

He hadn't expected that simply using his system's power during the test would directly lead to his advancement! But what shocked him even more was that the higher his level, the longer his disappearance time...

"If I reach a higher level... Can I disappear forever?"

Elliot smirked coldly as he considered the possibilities.

Before he could delve deeper into his thoughts, Kali approached him with steady steps, his eyes observing Elliot closely.

"Congratulations, Elliot," he said firmly, then added, "Since you eliminated everyone in an instant, there is no need for a third test."

Elliot raised an eyebrow slightly but quickly masked his expression and replied coolly, "So... does that mean I won?"

Kali nodded and said, "You are now one of the two who will be personally trained by the Grand Elder."

Elliot was silent for a few seconds before a faint smile appeared on his lips. "It seems things are starting to get interesting."

From a distance, the other students were still on the ground, unable to comprehend what had just happened. How? How had this boy taken them all down so quickly?!

It was... terrifying.

Elliot stood firm, unaffected by the stunned gazes of the students. He looked as if he had expected to win from the very beginning. Kali, on the other hand, did not hide his admiration but quickly regained his composure. He turned to Elliot and said in a serious tone:

"Since you completed the test alone... we must consult the Sect Master."

He paused for a moment, then continued, "There should be a third test... Wait here for a while, we will return soon."

Elliot nodded silently, watching as Kali and his assistants quickly departed, leaving behind an empty battlefield.

Five minutes later, the scenes shifted to a new location... the Sect Palace.

The palace was an awe-inspiring architectural masterpiece, its details exuding an undeniable majesty. The walls were adorned with ancient carvings reflecting the sect's long history, and towering columns decorated the grand entrance. Above all, a massive statue of a dragon coiled around the palace roof, its ruby-red eyes glowing as if watching anyone who dared to enter.

Inside, Kali stood before the Sect Master, trying to mask his unease, but his words betrayed him as he spoke in a low voice:
