The two kept screaming their heads off. Their voices filled the hospital hallways, signaling the doctors and nurses.

In another part of the hospital, a guy who had been in a coma for thirty days woke up because of the noise. It was a miracle!
The team looked at the two individuals with frowns. On instinct, Max slapped the back of Kai's head. Not the current Kai, but Kaiden's body.
"Wrong person, idiot!" Zheng exclaimed.
"Sorry," Max muttered. "For some reason, my hand just gravitated toward his head."
Jimmy shook his head and pinched Kai's side. "Shut up," he said.
Just then, some doctors arrived where they were, appearing breathless. "Is everything okay?" he asked.
Coach Xu Wei stepped forward and nodded. "Yes, doctor," he said. "I think the kids are just pretty shocked. Are the results already in?"
The doctor nodded. "Yes," he said. "The two boys are lucky. The truck missed them by a few millimeters. All the scans are fine. However, I would suggest they stay a little bit more so we can monitor then for unwanted complications."
Coach Xu Wei sighed in relief. "Then, does that mean that he can play?" he asked, nodding toward Kai's direction.
"I don't see no reason to stop," the doctor said. "In fact, he has great bones! He's quite strong for someone so young. It would be up to him in the end."
"Thank you, doctor," Coach Xu Wei said. "I'll have the two of them stay the entire night before we leave in the morning."
The doctor nodded, glancing at the two boys, who were still shocked out of their minds, before leaving with the other doctors and nurses.
As soon as they were gone, Coach Xu Wei sighed. "Well, you heard the doctor. Rest well for now. You have a game on Sunday," he said.
Kai's eyes widened. "Me?" he exclaimed, pointing to himself.
Marcus clicked his tongue. "Did hitting your head make you forget or something? Of course, YOU are going to play. You won the challenge, after all."
"Oh, but I can't do that," Kai said before he could stop himself.
Kaiden's eyes widened, and he looked at Kai with a pointed stare.
"Okay, he really needs some sleep," Max said. "We'll see you tomorrow. We'll rest, too."
Coach Xu Wei nodded, gesturing for the other boys to go. Then, he glanced at the two of them. "I'll be here. I'll call your guardians. Do you have your parents' numbers?" he asked Kaiden.
Kaiden was about to respond, but Kai beat him to it.
"I live in an orphanage!" he exclaimed.
Coach Xu Wei scratched the back of his head. "You're really different today."
"I don't have any," Kaiden responded. "I'll be fine on my own."
"Oh," Coach Xu Wei muttered. "Then, I'll take care of all the medical expenses."
He turned to Kai. "I'll be out for a while to contact your grandma."
"Grandma Bingbing?" he exclaimed, suddenly standing. He nearly stumbled.
"Woah!" he exclaimed. "It's been so long since I've walked. For some reason, I like sitting better."
Coach Xu Wei shook his head. "Take a lot of rest, kid. We need you on the game this Sunday."
With that, he left the two of them stuck in deafening silence.
Just then, Kai felt something vibrate in his pocket. He frowned and grabbed the phone.
"Dang, you have the latest model?" he asked, scrutinizing the piece of gadget.
"It was gifted by the mayor," Kaiden said, massaging the bridge of his nose. His head was hurting a lot, and he might just collapse again soon.
"Baby?" he muttered. Kaiden's eyes widened, but before he could stop Kai, he had already answered the call.
Lina's worried face came into view.
"Oh, thank goodness!" Lina exclaimed. "I nearly had a heart attack after receiving Max's text message."
Kai smoldered. "Oh, hello there, mamacita."
Lina frowned. "Kai?" he asked. "What's wrong with you?"
"So, you're my baby, huh?"
Kaiden gave his everything to go to Kai's bed and turn the call off.
"Hey!" Kai exclaimed, glaring at Kaiden. "I was talking to the pretty girl."
"That pretty girl is my girlfriend," he grumbled.
"You mean OUR girlfriend?" he smirked.
"Kai!" Kaiden exclaimed.
Kai clicked his tongue. "Don't call me that anymore," he said. "I'm not used to it. You might as well call me Aiden at this point."
"Aiden," he muttered. "You're right. I'm also used to Kai now. So, let's go back to each other's names?"
"Yeah," Aiden said, scratching the back of his neck. "That would be for the best. I think we're confusing a lot of people already."
Kai nodded. There was silence for a couple of seconds before Kai spoke once more.
"Now," he said, still trying to comprehend the situation. "What are you doing here?"
"I live here," Aiden responded.
"You're still living with Rui?" Kai asked.
"Rui? Is that the puny guy who claimed to be my cousin? If so, then no."
Kai sighed in relief.
"I live in a church now, with nuns and all that stuff. It's actually pretty dope."
Kai pursed his lips. "And you were looking for me?"
"Sort of," Aiden responded. "I wanted to meet you and get some answers. However, I was never deliberately trying to look for you. We just ran into each other today."
Kai's frown deepened. "Now, you got what you want," he muttered, shaking his head.
"What I want?" Aiden asked.
"Yeah," Kai said. "You got your body back."
"Crap," he cursed, suddenly feeling panicked. "You're going to be playing in the quarter-finals. You're going to fulfill my dream. You're going to be with my girlfriend," he ranted.
"This is a nightmare," Kai muttered, placing his hands on his head and ruffling his hair. "Then, I'd go and live with the nuns, forget the entire year I played basketball. Forget that I've made a name for myself in the basketball world…"
"Wait, wait," Aiden said, confused by what he was hearing. "You're acting as if I want to stay in your body."
Kai frowned. "Don't you?"
Aiden laughed. "Of course not, you idiot! I love living with the nuns!"
