His expression changes but it was too late, Ghost slashes him with his martial arts one last time before falling.
Sean can’t help but laugh, the person was already knocked down but he doesn’t want to lose like that.
He catches Leo’s strike, preventing him from continuing, he also pinches the Assassin Mantis once again.
"Okay, I know that he made you look like a fool but it’s your fault, if you want to fight Bones, then expect something like this to happen." Sean shakes his head and pushes him away.
Healing Ghost, he brings him back to City Z1, he looks like a dead doll being hoisted by him.
"Why don’t you wake him up?" Asks John, seeing him approaching.
"Hahaha, this guy will definitely try to fight again, I feel bad for those from City Z1, many of their fighters have similar traits with our main combatant, making it easier for us to deal with them." He turns to Raleigh and chuckles.

John suddenly asks. "Can anyone of us challenge you if either of us becomes champion?"
Sean stops, he smiles. "You got guts, I’ll tell you that but I accept this condition, in fact, as you had seen those martial arts that my students used, I can teach them to whoever becomes a champion, don’t worry, I’m the one that created them."
Waving his hand, he left, John looks at his member and shouts.
"Cheryl, don’t hold back! Show your might!" He shouts knowing that in terms of combat strength, Cheryl is weaker than Mountain.
Cheryl doesn’t know why John was cheering for her but she still get excited, like most girls in their city, they have a secret crush to John.
"I’m Cheryl Kimono of City Z2, sixth place holder, iron ranker, pet beast, Rare Grade Paper Mistress!"
Then a lady wearing a dress enters the same time as Cheryl, she was wearing a mask that hides her face but just by looking at her, she looks clearly human.
’A humanoid mystique creature? That’s interesting!’ Sean’s eyes lights up.
Then with his signal, Leo charges at Cheryl, he sends the Assassin Mantis to test the abilities of the mysterious humanoid pet beast.
The Assassin Mantis cuts the humanoid pet beast into multiple pieces, Sean was shocked, he was about to stop the fight when the pieces of paper drifts together and reforms into the humanoid pet beast.
PAK! The Assassin Mantis was slapped and it was heavy, if it weren’t for its wings beating quickly to stop itself, it would’ve been out of bounds.
’A mystique creature that can’t be cut! Hahaha! This is definitely going to be exciting as expected!’ Sean laughs inwardly.
Leo’s expression turns grim, this is one of the opponents he doesn’t want to fight.
He decided to deal with Cheryl first before focusing on the humanoid pet beast.

He twists his upper body causing Cheryl’s expression to change, she quickly backs off, trying to get some distance but Leo didn’t attack her with his elbow but his foot.
It was a trick, he was attacking her with his foot, the blow sends her flying.
He charges at her with intense gaze, she’s unbalanced!
Unfortunately, before he can use the strongest move in his arsenal, the humanoid pet beast arrives and slices at him with a sword.
"Lady!" Cheryl was grateful to be saved by her pet beast.
Leo touches the hand that was sliced and it was bleeding, it was a small cut, not even piercing his muscle but still, for him, it was already surprising.
Other than his muscles, his skin is also tempered by his training, to be able to pierce through his skin, it seems that he can’t underestimate that sword of hers.
"Thanks, Lady, by the way, had you dealt with that sneak mantis?" Cheryl asks.

’An intelligent mystique creature that can make decisions on her own and has the ability to analyze the battlefield!’ Sean realizes that Rare Grade seems to be not enough for something like her.
Leo also realized this as he knows three mystique creatures that had their Grade suppressed by their rank.
His expression turns fearful as he quickly sends a message to his pet beast and the two of them join team together.
Seeing him acting like this, John and the others watching were confused.
Sean sends the information to Wuk and have him explain it to the team captains.
"He’s afraid." Hearing a voice behind them, they were confused and they turn their head, only to see Wuk calmly standing there.
They were shocked by the revelation that he can speak.
"That pet beast shouldn’t only be at Rare Grade, it’s rank is suppressing it, Leo knows this because he knows three mystique creatures that are also at the same situation."
John takes a couple of deep breath to calm his emotion down.
"I know that this is the case for Lady but to think that Leo knows three other mystique creatures with such rare conditions." John marvels.
"All of those three mystique creatures are too powerful for Leo and he had developed some sort of psychological trauma on them." Wuk signs.
The first mystique creature is him.
The second is Jasmine.
The third is Golden.
All three mystique creatures had fought the entire group during sparring and the difference between them is just too glaring.
’That idiot, he’s not going far if he continues to fight defensively.’ Sean frowns as he watches the fight.
CQC is a martial art derived from pure offensive attacks, it enhances the senses through spiritual sense, making it easier for one to focus in attack.
Acting so meek wouldn’t help the user and would even be detrimental for his situation.
Leo continues to dodge the shuriken with the help of his Assassin Mantis, his eyes are blood red like a trapped beast.
He looks around to find an opening but was too afraid to create one.
Suddenly, he notices the vigilant eyes of Cheryl but in those eyes, he also sees himself, cowering like a scared child.
Like a lightning bolt, he freezes, he can’t help but recall his past, his training and all the battles he had been through.
’No! Sean-sensei said that CQC is a pure offensive martial arts! If I want to manifest an aura in the future using this technique, I must abandon my fear in battle!’
Taking a deep breath, he adjusts his mindset, he’s still cautious against Lady but he’s no longer afraid.
Raising his two hands as guards, he leans his body forward, his pet beast lands on top of his head.

Leo is still afraid, he can see that, so rather than outrightly facing his fear, he decided to use the tactic of blinding himself so that he can’t see nothing.

Leo charges towards Cheryl, he decided to finish her off before focusing on Lady.
Lady dashes towards him with her sword but when she swings it, the sword got blocked by a small scythe.

Cheryl and Kei crashes into each other, neither side wins but this was already enough for the latter.
’That pet beast isn’t abnormal in offense!’ His eyes lights up and he once again went in offense.
He finds his drive back, meanwhile, Lady was being blocked by the mantis, she’s quite good with her swords and can create shuriken made of paper but they were all blocked by the Assassin Mantis.
Leo frowns, he realizes that the body of his opponent is now harder than before.
He immediately realizes that she’s practicing a defensive type martial arts but he wasn’t worried.
He had fought tougher opponents before.

Onslaught!
The same move that he used against Rocky, attacks in an incredible speed with precise and sharp movements, mainly targeting weak points.
The barrage of strikes overwhelms Cheryl, she didn’t expect that Leo would strike her without care.
She’s a girl!
She’s unaware that the strongest amongst their group, excluding Sean, is Missel, a female, not only that, the strongest amongst the non main combatant is Emirose.
There’s also the existence of a prodigy, Kommi, all three are girls and they are always breathing down on their neck.
They never think of them as lesser and every sparring match, they would attack them while thinking they would lose.
Seeing that she’s staying tough after getting hit multiple of times, Leo charges tactic.
Hidden Elbow!
He tries to slice her but failed to do so, Hidden Elbow can work on pure muscles but now that Cheryl’s body is covered with vital force, it can no longer pierce through.
He clicks his tongue and decided to break her.

The strike makes her spit blood and lose consciousness, she was truly outmatched.
Lady was enraged, her body dashes towards Leo, no longer caring about getting sliced.
Her body was once again sliced by the Assassin Mantis but reforms once more, this time, Sean notices something that people doesn’t.
Leo takes a deep breath and decided to confront his fear head-on.

Lady raises her sword to block his attack, only to be hit by a spinning elbow strike.
She first thought it was a punch but it didn’t reach her, just as she was about to slice, she saw him raising his foot and once again tries to block.
Her head was crushed by tremendous force, the punch wasn’t meant to attack but to measure the distance between them, the fake kick was the trick and the spinning elbow was the true attack.
Even without her head, she still manage to move her body and slices him.
Leo was injured but wasn’t heavily, just as she was about to continue, the hand holding her sword was cut off.

Even with his injury, Leo is adamant in using his offensive style.
Knees and elbows seems to fly everywhere, together with his pet beast, the two of them works together to destroy Lady’s body.
