The Ice Golem roars as it raises it’s hand and ice spikes flies towards John like gatling.

John frowns, the ice spikes didn’t stop the tornado and it pierces through it, not cancelling each other out but this also made it possible for them to reach him.

The Four Winged Goliath Eagle appears in front of him and uses two of it’s wings to block the ice spikes.

John looks at the Ice Golem, it’s much stronger than he expected, he had only registered the Snow Fairy as the threat because he knows just how powerful Excellent Grade mystique creatures are.

Realizing that both Witch and John was actually looking down on him, Raleigh becomes furious.

John was so polite to him and always regards him with respect so he always thought that he was trying to butter up with him considering his strength.

Now, he realizes that John wasn’t even a hint of afraid against him, he’s just really polite and respectful to others, excluding those from City Z3, he seems to have an inherent dislike against them.

"Enough!" He shouts as his Forest Horned Horse glows brightly with green light.

With the scattering of seeds, plants and trees starts to grow rapidly everywhere, covering the entire arena.

The snowy arena is now transformed into a small forest.

The Forest Horned Horse falls to the floor, weakened after using such a skill.

The trees around him covers him as he recovers, using this opportunity, Raleigh dashes towards the two, his mask covering his entire body.

Sean notices something and smiles, as expected of an elite soldier, he knows how to use his weapon efficiently.

Jericho wakes up groggily, he looks at the arena with confusion.

Sean told him what happened, his expression turns into forlorn, he really can’t match any of the three.

Probably Cladiius can, with his elephant, he can also speed blitzed the rest.

Too bad that he fought against Golden, the thick muscles of his elephant can’t defend against the fangs since it has a direct effect against flesh.

In the arena, the expression of the two teams changes, they were taken by surprise, especially John.

He looks at the tree around him, he knows that if someone or something use these trees, they can reach him.

He can’t also fly up, not because his mystique creatures can’t but because they are unable to see their targets in such thick foliage.

This causes a dilemma for him, suddenly, his ear twitches as he jumps out from his Griffin.

A long vine nearly pierces through him, the Griffin cries as it crushes the vine with it’s talon.

"Prince, cover me, Hurricane, destroy the surrounding trees!"

The Four Winged Goliath Eagle cries and summons two tornadoes that destroys the surrounding plants.

John, on the other hand, uses the plant on the floor to hide himself.

He knows that with the commotion Hurricane causes, it would be bound to attract attention.

Prince, flies up, hiding it’s back with it’s wide wings, even the audience has a hard time seeing what’s above it, creating an illusion that John was still on top of it.

With the thick forest, not many audience can see through what’s happening, causing some of them to feel dissatisfied.

"Interesting, I never thought that soldier boy actually has such tricks on his sleeves but no matter, it can’t stop me."

She puts her hand behind the Snow Fairy, the latter spreads her arms, scattering ice elemental energy everywhere.

Using this energy, the Ice Golem breaks the trees that was trapping it.

Suddenly, a vine flies towards the Snow Fairy but before it can reach it, a barrier appears.

"My, my, a guerilla warfare? Do you really think that we’re helpless against such strategy." The Witch continues to smile but her words carries a mocking tone.

She then summons made out of spiritual energy, Sean who was using his spiritual sense to watch everything was shocked.

He believes that he has never seen anyone use such ability in this world every since he arrived here.

"Principal, what type of power does this witches from City Z4 use? I can sense them morphing spiritual energy with some sort of mysterious power."

The principal looks at him and sighs. "Don’t think of copying their power, their power comes with a price, unlike your path, the extreme yang, their power comes from external force, Witches lose their humanity greater than most extraordinary paths does."

This doesn’t really answer his doubts, she also knows this and continues. "You can think that their powers is like the demonic version of psychic power, they offer their souls to a powerful entity that doesn’t exist in this reality but if they want to continue to grow stronger, they would need to continue offering something."

’An entity that doesn’t exist in this reality? As expected, this world carries more mysteries than I first thought!’ His eyes lights up with excitement.

Meanwhile, after summoning the two serpents, the face of Witch becomes pale, she seems to be running dry.

The two snakes charges towards the thick foliage and attacks a person.

Raleigh curses inwardly, he’s confident of his hiding abilities, with his experience and training, no one can easily spot him in a forest.

Even his Living Armor had evolved to mimic the colours of his surroundings.

’Run as you might but there’s no escape against my life extinguishing serpents.’ Witch sneers.

This move is actually similar to that of a skill but she can’t control it, they serve only one purpose and that’s to drain the vitality of living beings.

The Ice Golem and Snow Fairy are both elemental creatures, carrying no vitality.

She’s on the contract with the entity that created these creatures, that means that they can only attack the nearest living being.

This was a double edged sword, can’t be used in a battlefield since it attacks every living being wether friend or foe.

Right now, she doesn’t need to worry as she has no allies present nearby.

The Ice Golem charges towards Raleigh, smashing the trees on his path.

The Snow Fairy stays to guard Witch.

Seeing the giant Ice Golem that’s at least standing at five meters, the expression of Raleigh becomes grim.

This is the type he doesn’t want to fight, elemental, sure you can drain their energy by destroying their bodies but unless you can use elemental attacks too, you won’t be able to deal with them quickly.

Retreating, he escapes deeper into the forest but the two serpents continues to chase after him.

The growing green bodies are quite bright and their entire being is made up of spiritual energy, this makes it easier for the Ice Golem to follow them.

Witch sits down and starts recovering, summoning two life extinguishing serpents drains her, she needs to rest.

John, unaware of what’s happening, continues to silently wait for his enemies.

Hurricane had destroyed all the trees nearby and the arena isn’t that large, it would only be a matter of time before they encounter each other.

His expression changes, he hides his presence more deeply as he senses the floor trembling.

Two bright green figures chasing after a blurry individual appears on his sight.

The figure being chased is quite familiar to him and he immediately commands his two pet beasts to attack.

Multiple wind blades and sonic attack was thrown towards the three figures.

He doesn’t know what the two green snakes are but since it doesn’t belong to him, it’s a threat.

BOOM!

The sonic attack was one of his trump card and he hopes that it takes down Raleigh in just one shot.

Knowing the danger coming from behind him, Raleigh suddenly accelerates and leaps to one of the trees, his armor acts like a hook.

He barely dodges the attack, in fact, he senses John’s location since earlier, that’s why he’s retreating to this place, hoping that his wind element would destroy the two snakes.

Before John even release his attack, he had already acted, not knowing but just predicting what his next move was.

Just like he expected, John won’t waste such an opportunity and attacks.

It was all within his expectations but what happens next wasn’t.

The two snakes reforms their bodies and the two of them splits, one flying towards John’s group and the other continues to chase after him.

Since his ambushed failed, John went back to his Griffin and climbs atop of it before flying up.

The snake actually follows after him and it chases towards him, radiating intense desire.

"Kill it!" His expression hardens and orders his two pet beasts to destroy it thoroughly, the wind blades rips the snake’s body into tiny bits.

But those tiny bits reforms once again, John frowns and pats the back of his Griffin, it’s eyes lights up before releasing a loud screech.

John has to cover his ears, while Hurricane has to fly up just to escape the range of this attack.

Everyone not strong enough feels dizzy, even Witch was affected and she can’t help but kneel, that attack was powerful.

It directly attacks your mind, Sean easily destroys the incoming sonic attack with his aura.

The Aura of Destruction can destroy anything as long as he’s strong enough.

The black aura protects everyone around him but his display instantly attracts the attention of those that managed to protect themselves from the Prince’s cry.

Raleigh freezes, if it weren’t for his armour, he might had fallen to the ground.

He frowns and touches the trees, they move at his will and he uses one of them to slingshot him towards Witch before the snake chasing after him can recover.

This bold move actually surprises Sean, he knows a hidden trump card that Raleigh has put in the forest and he thought that he would wait for it to take effect before going back to offense once again.

Raleigh crushes in front of Witch, before he can attach her, the Snow Fairy blasts a cold wind towards him, freezing him.

Just as he was encased in ice, it starts shaking and cracks starts to appear.

"Reinforce the ice!" The Snow Fairy raises her band and two balls of ice elemental energy appears in her hand.

She throws it towards Raleigh, the latter breaks from the ice.

BOOM!

A large chunk of ice appears in the arena, even dwarfing the trees.

Sean raises his eyebrow as he looks towards the ground beneath Witch.

"Such a stubborn guy, can you still keep going, Snow?" Her Snow Fairy nods her head.

Transforming the arena into their domain had taken quite a large amount of energy and continuously firing such attacks has further exhausts her reserve.

If it weren’t for Witch support towards her, she might had unable been to go on.

They still have one last trump card and once she uses it, there wouldn’t be any energy left.

*Crack* The sound of cracking appears.

Just as the two were shocked, a sharp object appears and stabs Witch on her chest.

Snow pushes her, getting stabbed herself but as an elemental, this wouldn’t really affect her.

Raleigh appears, this is the second reason why nearly all the soldiers sign a contract with Living Armor, it’s versatility in any given situation.

Sean had seen everything, with his experience in watching in a view like a god in Beast World, his usage of spiritual sense can even be compared to that of a gold ranker.

After transforming into a silver ranker, his improvement isn’t just his battle prowess but his overall abilities.

Raleigh hands into into pikes, if firsts bore through the thick floor and his Living Armor transforms into a large shield, giving him some time to dig down.

It seems that his martial art is the advanced Military Stance and some sort of spearhand.

With Living Armor, it looks like his hands truly transformed into a spear, no wonder he was deemed the strongest in the top ten cities, he’s not the strongest in terms of pure physical strength, he’s not the fastest, he doesn’t have incredibly powerful pet beasts but he’s an all-rounder that can adapt to any situation.
