Chapter 209: Chapter : 209 : Introducing Nayla!

Aiden stepped through first—boots solid against the familiar floor, Fluffynugget on his shoulder, a tired but triumphant smirk already curling his lips.

Luna was glued to his left arm, fingers digging in possessively, tail swishing high like a victory banner.

Her ears were perked forward, blue eyes bright with the promise of food and home.

The rest of the dungeon party spilled out behind him in a loose, laughing cluster.

"Finally—"

"I’m starving."

"If I don’t eat in the next minute, I might actually die."

"I call the stew."

Aiden barely had time to blink before the sound hit him fully.

The room erupted with his wives and children calling him.

Every single person in the room dropped what they were doing.

Zerra stopped mid-pace, eyes wide.

"He’s back."

Valeforia exhaled like she’d been holding her breath for days. "Finally."

Xylendra was the first to move, boots already pounding across the floor.

Valeforia’s eyes were bright with relief.

Zerra didn’t bother with subtlety—she all but sprinted.

At the far end of the table, Lysandra stood abruptly, Leona shifting in her arms.

Leona squirmed immediately. "Mummy! Daddy! Daddy’s back! Take me—take me!"

Lysandra laughed, her own worry melting away instantly. "Alright, alright," she said warmly, already moving. "We’re going."

Aiden straightened instinctively, grin sliding back into place as he took in the chaos.

"Miss me?" he asked smugly.

Zerra reached him first and punched his shoulder—not hard, but firm. "Don’t ever do that again."

Xylendra exhaled, resting her forehead briefly against his other arm. "You took too long."

Valeforia crossed the room in three long strides, smirk already sharpening.

"Took you long enough, pretty boy."

Edda froze with a fresh tray of honey-glazed rolls balanced in both hands. Then she smiled—slow, warm, dangerous.

"About damn time."

Then he turned, eyes locking on Edda—who was still holding the tray like it was a lifeline.

"Edda," he said, voice dropping into pure, shameless tease. "Please tell me you made those ribs I’ve been dreaming about. The ones that fall off the bone. The ones that make grown men cry. Because I am starving, wife."

Edda’s cheeks went faintly pink, but she lifted her chin. "I made everything you like. And more. But if you keep talking instead of eating, I’ll feed it to the hounds."

Aiden groaned dramatically.

"Marry me again."

"You already did that," she shot back, smiling despite herself.

Luna—still clinging to his arm a heartbeat ago—sniffed the air once.

Her ears shot straight up.

Her tail froze mid-swish.

Then she let go of Aiden’s arm like it had suddenly caught fire.

Without a word, without even glancing back, she bolted straight for the table.

Thristle barked a laugh. "See? Even the wolf chooses food over loyalty today!"

"Food then My Lord." Venya laughed as she rushed toward the table.

Vaara was already halfway there, shoving past Serica. "Move—those rolls are mine!"

"Mii~"

Even Fluffynugget left his shoulder and flew toward the table.

Serica sighed. "Children. All of you."

But she was walking faster too.

Edda watched Luna slide into a chair like a starving animal, already reaching for bread, and shook her head with a fond smile.

Arisha, Vegia and Selvara reached the table without making any fuss.

Vegia was already ladling stew with alarming efficiency. "This smells divine."

Vaara sighed blissfully as she sat. "I missed this."

"He’s losing them," she said, loud enough for Aiden to hear. "Already."

Aiden scoffed. "Temporarily."

Edda raised a brow. "Sure."

Then Lysandra reached him.

Leona practically vibrated in her arms.

"Daddy! Daddy! Daddy!"

He reached out, cooing nonsense syllables, and scooped Leona into his arms in one smooth motion.

"There’s my fierce little dragon," he murmured, pressing kiss after kiss to her cheeks.

"Did you miss me, princess?"

Leona nodded so hard her little braids bounced. "Lots and lots."

Lysandra leaned in, smiling softly, and Aiden took the opportunity to steal a quick, warm kiss from her as well—right on the lips, lingering just long enough to make her blush.

"Missed you too," he whispered against her mouth.

She smiled back, eyes warm.

Leona giggled between them. "Ewww, Daddy!"

Aiden laughed, bouncing her gently.

"You’ll understand one day, little menace."

Leona wrapped her arms around his neck tightly. "I was worried!"

"I know," Aiden said gently. "But I promised, didn’t I?"

She nodded hard. "Daddy always comes back."

That hit him right in the chest.

Liri, Ivy, and Noir hurried over next.

Ivy grabbed his sleeve. "Onii-Chan! You came back!"

Liri nodded quickly. "We were waiting."

Noir hovered close, then spoke softly. "I was worried." 𝒻𝑟ℯℯ𝑤𝑒𝑏𝑛𝘰𝓋𝑒𝓁.𝒸𝑜𝘮

Aiden crouched slightly so he could look at all of them. "I know. Thank you for waiting."

He ruffled Ivy’s hair gently, smiled at Liri, and gave Noir a reassuring nod. "Sorry it took so long."

Before anyone could reply—

The air shifted again.

A second presence stepped through the portal.

Tall. Confident.

From behind him came a new voice—rich, velvet, amused. "And what a lovely family gathering this is."

The portal snapped shut with a final shimmer.

Nayla stepped fully into the room, tall, radiant, the ivory-and-gold gown clinging to every impossible curve like it had been painted on.

Her midnight hair spilled over bare shoulders, crimson eyes glittering with mischief and warmth.

She lifted one elegant hand and waved cheerfully at the entire stunned household.

"Hello, everyone~♡ I’m Nayla."

Dead silence.

Then—

Lysandra blinked. "Who...?"

Noir’s mouth fell open.

Liri tilted her head.

"She’s... really shiny."

Zerra crossed her arms, eyes narrowing—then widening as she took in the sheer scale of Nayla’s figure. "Holy hells."

Valeforia simply stared at the deep plunge of Nayla’s neckline, then up at her face. "Okay, I’m impressed."

Leona, still perched in Aiden’s arms, looked Nayla up and down very seriously.

Then she pointed one finger. "New Mummy."

The room exploded.

Lysandra choked.

Zerra barked a laugh.

Edda’s eyes went comically wide.

Nayla’s lips curved into a wicked, delighted smile.

She glided forward—hips swaying hypnotically beneath the flowing silk—and hooked her arm through Aiden’s free one, deliberately pressing the soft, heavy swell of her breasts against his bicep.

The silk did absolutely nothing to hide how full, how warm, how perfectly obscene they were.

"Dear husband," she purred, voice dripping honey, "why don’t you tell them properly?"

Aiden sighed—long-suffering, amused, already resigned.

Edda looked around at the rest of the wives—all of whom were staring at the newcomer with varying degrees of exhaustion, jealousy, hunger, and acceptance.

Then she asked, deadpan:

"Is this how it always goes?"

Every single wife—Luna included, mouth full of bread—nodded in perfect, tired unison.

"Every. Fucking. Time."

Nayla laughed—bright, delighted—and leaned down toward Leona, who was still studying her with wide, curious eyes.

"Ohhh... she is so cute," Nayla cooed, voice dropping into something dangerously soft.

"Hello, little dragon. I’m Nayla."

Leona stared for one long heartbeat.

Then she gave the sweetest, most heart-melting smile imaginable.

"I’m Leona," she announced proudly.

"This—" she pointed at Lysandra "—is Mummy. And this—" she patted Aiden’s cheek "—is Daddy. I love them lots."

Nayla’s eyes melted into pure adoration.

"Ahhh... aren’t you adorable," she murmured.

She reached out and gently booped Leona’s nose. "I think we’re going to be very good friends, you and I."

Leona giggled.

Nayla straightened and turned her attention to the other children.

"And more cuties~"

She smiled at Ivy, Liri and Noir.

"I’m Nayla. What are your names, precious ones?"

Ivy beamed, bouncing on her toes. "I’m Ivy! Onii-Chan’s little sister!"

Liri fluttered closer, shy but brave. "I’m Liri... his daughter."

Noir peeked out from behind Liri. "N-Noir... um... hi. His daughter, too."

Nayla’s expression softened even more.

"Beautiful names for beautiful girls," she said sincerely. "I’m very happy to meet you all."

Then she turned toward the remaining wives—Zerra, Xylendra, Valeforia and Edda.

"And you must be the rest of Aiden’s remaining wives," she said, eyes sparkling.

She studied them each in turn—appreciative, warm, completely unashamed.

Her gaze finally settled on Edda.

"And... you must be Edda."

She stepped closer, inhaling deeply.

"Everyone was talking about how divine your cooking is. I can smell why."

Edda blinked, flustered. "T-Thank you...?"

Aiden chuckled and squeezed Nayla’s arm.

"She’s an Ascended Jin Sovereign," he explained briefly, voice warm.

"Former guardian of the third dungeon floor. Granted wishes. Bound herself to me. Got a very dramatic ascension. And now she’s family."

He shrugged. "Same as always."

Nayla leaned against him, breasts pillowing against his arm again, and smiled at the room.

"I come bearing no gifts except myself," she said playfully. "But I can grant any wish you like. No limits. With price. Though smaller wishes have no need for prices."

Zerra snorted.

"Yeah? Then I wish for more ribs."

Nayla laughed.

"Done."

She waved one hand lazily.

A fresh platter of ribs materialized on the table—still sizzling, perfectly glazed.

The entire room groaned in collective hunger.

Edda stared.

Thristle was already piling her plate. "Welcome to the family, boob-queen."

Nayla preened.

Aiden sighed happily, Leona still snuggled against his chest, Nayla pressed to his side,

Luna happily eating beside Vaara, the rest of his wives settling in around the table.

He looked around—really looked.

At the chaos.

The laughter.

The warmth.

At his family.

"Alright," he said, voice low, content.

"Let’s eat."

"The ribs doesn’t taste the same," Zerra whined.
