Chapter 82 - 077 Aren't you leaving, waiting to have a late-night snack?
Yi Weiyang smiled kindly, "Who said I was kicking you out? I'm moving with you. I just finished a phone conference. In some time, we're moving houses."
"Tong Airui, it's all your fault! Why do we have to move?" Yi Luowa looked at Tong Airui unhappily.
Tong Airui glanced at Yi Weiyang, looking extremely aggrieved.
Yi Luowa raised her hand and nudged his shoulder, "I'm talking to you! Why are you looking at my second uncle?"
"..." Tong Airui looked at her with an innocent expression.
"Luowa, be polite! The decision to move was mine, it has nothing to do with Airui," Yi Weiyang said, looking toward Aunt Li at the door. "Let's eat, I'm hungry." freewebnσvel.cøm
Yi Luowa scrunched up her little face as she took the food box from Aunt Li's hands, "Second Uncle, I'll feed you."
"Let Aunt Li feed me. You young ones must be starving. You and Airui eat together," Yi Weiyang gave Yi Luowa a knowing look.
Seeing Yi Luowa pout again, Tong Airui quickly said with a smile, "Second Uncle, I'm not hungry. Let Luowa feed you first. I've asked our family to make soup for you; you can try it later."
Yuan Hang hurriedly opened the food box, taking out all the plates and bowls and putting them on the table.
Yi Luowa pursed her lips, "Considering this table full of food, I'll let it slide for now."
Tong Airui chuckled, "Thank you for letting it slide. You feed Second Uncle first."
"This kid really makes people's heads ache. Luckily, Airui has a good temper and doesn't hold it against you," Yi Weiyang shook his head helplessly.
Yi Luowa pouted, "He has a good temper? I don't see it. Second Uncle, I also had the restaurant make soup for you. Which one do you want? There's carp tofu soup and a light detox soup."
"Both are your thoughtful gestures; I'll drink a little of each," Yi Weiyang smiled. "After feeding me the soup, you two can eat together, alright?"
Yi Luowa nodded, took the bowl of carp soup Aunt Li handed over, and sat down by the bed. "I don't know when I'll be able to let you eat properly. You're on liquid food every day. How can you take it?"
"I'm not hungry at all."
Yi Luowa tested the soup's temperature and brought the spoon to her second uncle's mouth, "It's not too hot. Have a sip first."
Yi Weiyang took a sip and nodded repeatedly, "It tastes nice. Later, you and Airui should drink some too."
Yi Luowa chuckled, "Second Uncle, don't underestimate Tong Airui. He may not look like much, but the dishes his family makes are incredibly delicious. I stuffed myself full at lunch today."
Tong Airui once again looked at Yi Weiyang with a wronged expression.
Yi Weiyang scolded mockingly, "When will your mouth stop giving me trouble!"
Yi Luowa wrinkled her nose playfully, "Oh, I'm giving you trouble now, huh? Then why don't you go back to Xia Wu yourself? I'll stay in F country so you don't have to see me giving you grief."
Yi Weiyang helplessly looked at Tong Airui, "See that? She's always like this! I say one thing and she retorts with another!"
Tong Airui laughed, "She's still good to you. When I talk, she retorts ten times more."
"You dare to want someone like this? I'm even afraid she'll anger your mother into illness..."
"Drink your soup." Not waiting for her second uncle to finish, Yi Luowa brought the spoon to his lips, forcing him to take another sip.
"At our place, she's very well-behaved, gets along with everyone. It's just me she doesn't get along with."
Yuan Hang looked at his master's utterly aggrieved expression and nearly choked from trying to suppress his laughter. Master, you truly have no shame!
"Then we're both in the same boat. At home, she only bullies me!"
As soon as Yi Weiyang said that, Yi Luowa fed him another spoonful of soup. "I've been tolerating you both all evening; hurry up and finish your soup and stop talking!"
Tong Airui chuckled, picked up a napkin, and gently wiped Yi Weiyang's mouth. "Second Uncle, let's stop talking for now, lest she starts mistreating you."
"Playing the good guy now, huh?" Yi Luowa shot him a sideways glance, then continued feeding her second uncle the soup.
Tong Airui patiently waited for her to finish feeding Yi Weiyang, then sat down with her to eat dinner together.
Yi Luowa ate half a bowl of rice before putting down her chopsticks.
Tong Airui glanced at her, "Not appetizing enough?"
"You forced me to eat so much at lunch; I can't eat dinner now," Yi Luowa said as she grabbed a napkin to wipe her lips. "Do you have heat rash on your waist?"
"No," Tong Airui shook his head.
Yi Luowa narrowed her eyes playfully at Yuan Hang, standing nearby.
Yuan Hang quickly explained, "I didn't lie to you; it's really all red. Luckily, it's not heat rash, but Seventh Master said if this continues, it's bound to turn into one."
Yi Luowa smirked mischievously, "It's not bothering us. Let him suffer for all we care!"
"I think so too!" Yuan Hang nodded in agreement.
"Second Uncle, see? They've already teamed up to bully me," Tong Airui complained to Yi Weiyang like a child.
"It's wrong for them to tease you, but you really should take care of yourself. Avoid going out too much in this hot weather," Yi Weiyang sighed. "If I'd known Luowa would kick you hard enough to hurt you, I wouldn't have let her learn Taekwondo."
Tong Airui set down his chopsticks and looked up at Yi Weiyang, "It's good for girls to learn some self-defense skills so they won't be bullied."
Yi Luowa burst into laughter, "Can we be honest here?"
"I'm being honest," Tong Airui chuckled, "Your strength isn't quite there yet. Once I recover, I'll teach you slowly. Or I could have my mom teach you; she's really skilled."
"Fine! Teach me, and I'll keep practicing by beating you," Yi Luowa replied with a big grin. "Dinner's over—why aren't you leaving? Waiting for a midnight snack?"
