Billionaire's Pleasure-Chapter 149: Blessings
She finally became calm and her cries turned to sniffles, then quiet snorts, before she eventually buried her face against his chest and took a few little, sluggish breaths to regain her voice back. After a short while, she calmed down, and her sobs changed to sniffles, then quiet snorts.
"Are you feeling okay?" He inquired while still carefully rubbing her back in a soothing manner.
"Yes, it’s just that... you’ve been so wonderful to me, and everything is happening so rapidly, and I’m not ready for a kid, but there’s a certain amount of time left for me to be pregnant before it suddenly arrives. Everything is moving so quickly." Sharon hurriedly responded, "No, she will be here, and I haven’t even settled on a name for her yet," before she began to sniffle.
Charles made an effort to be flexible by adding, "Well, we can choose a name, and if you don’t want to look at houses right now, we don’t have to."
She looked up at him, her eyes swollen and red from crying, and said, "No, we can’t put it off any longer, I don’t want to be so big, and fat, I can’t change things around the way I want them." She was sobbing.
"All right, let’s get started searching and talking about potential names for the kid." Charles assuaged her fears by assuring her that they could give the baby any name they wanted. After that, he gave her a bear embrace, placing his chin on the top of her head, closing his eyes, and releasing a long, deep breath as he did so. She wasn’t particularly awful in comparison to other hormonally pregnant women, but the terror he experienced when he saw her start to cry made him realize that he would rather be confronted by a million men brandishing weapons than be unable to console her when she was upset. He decided that he would rather be in that situation than not know how to comfort her when she was upset.
"All okay, it makes sense." Sharon apologized profusely to her boyfriend before going in for a passionate kiss, saying, "I’m so sorry, I didn’t mean to cry." as she wiped her cheek with her hand. "Let’s go to bed; I need some time off," she said.
Charles made up his own lines. He was capable of carrying it through. He had a lot of experience being sexual, so it came naturally to him. He was very good at it. It was more frightening for him to learn how to deal with the pregnancy hormones and negotiate a new relationship while trying to avoid messing it up. He felt like he was in over his head.
He was sure that whatever it was that they were building between each other would last as long as they paid attention to it and didn’t let it slip away from their notice. It’s possible that they didn’t fully understand how everything would play out in the end.
In spite of his concerns over the future, he did not feel any remorse as he followed her into the bedroom since he was confident that he had arrived just where he was supposed to be.
Sharon said, "I couldn’t be happier with our decision to purchase this house." They had just moved in, and although it had taken some time to unpack and organize things while she was so close to giving birth, she felt that it had been beneficial to wait for the appropriate place to give birth because they had just moved in.
The backyard was huge, and it featured a covered sitting area, a swing set made of wood, and a hot tub on the back deck, where there was also space for outdoor eating or a grill. The interior of the house looked immaculate, but it was not brand new, so there was no need to be anxious about a child or a cat ruining everything. Since she moved in, her cat had only sometimes ventured out from the relative safety of beneath the bed; however, she was well aware that it was only a matter of time until he worked up the gumption to do so. Even though there wasn’t a dedicated dining room, the kitchen was so big that it could easily fit a sizable table there for when guests come over for holidays or other special events. In addition to that, it featured two separate living areas, three bedrooms on the upper level, and two bedrooms on the lower level. When the child became older, they could convert one of the bedrooms into an office, and the other into a playroom. It was nice and warm. In spite of the fact that it was located in a residential neighborhood, it had a corner lot, was hemmed in by trees, and provided a sense of relative seclusion. They were isolated from their next-door neighbor by a barrier that consisted of a fence, bushes, and trees; the garage, not the house, was situated in the area that was closest to the barrier.
As a consequence of this, they received the feeling that there was more calm and tranquility in the environment. There was a little park in the area, and the locals had pooled their resources to construct an indoor swimming facility that was accessible at any time of the year. She had no complaints. Even though it wasn’t a ranch or a rural home, it felt natural for the time being to raise children in this setting, and it was close enough to the state parks in the area that she could always take a drive there.
She had the urge to find Charles, so she got up and made her way downstairs from the nursery, where she had been folding sheets and putting baby things in the dresser. On the way down, she stopped in the kitchen to grab some food before continuing her search. While he was cleaning up the garage and arranging his tools and supplies, he accidentally dropped a wrench on his foot, which caused him to cuss.
Sharon advised him to put on some shoes before beginning work in the garage as she observed him touching his bare foot. She suggested this while she was standing there watching him.
He informed her, "That would require thinking ahead about the risk of hurting my toes with a wrench," and he gave her a closer look when he observed her hand on her abdomen and her peculiar stance.
Sharon moved one foot forward before looking down at the puddle of water that was forming at the base of her legs where they were resting on the cement floor.
"Is it possible that your water might be breaking right now? He inquired while his eyes grew increasingly wide. "All right, before I start to worry about it, tell me what I should do."
"Let’s give it some more time." She reasoned as follows: "I suppose that I would like a cup of tea; would you like one? Let’s take a seat for a bit here, and if the situation gets out of hand, we can always retreat inside."
Charles stared at her for what seemed like an eternity with a blank expression on his face while blinking at her seeming calm.
"Sure...."
Because he didn’t want to say or do anything that would make her angry, he made the decision to just go along with it. He was relieved that he had given her the opportunity to calm down because just a few hours later, when she was almost biting his arm, she was pushing a baby out while standing next to the side of the hospital bed and refusing to move, and her fingers and nails were driven into his skin. He was glad that he had given her the chance to calm down because just a few hours later, she was almost biting his arm because she was pushing a baby out while standing next to the It was also painful.
"You can do this; give birth to your daughter in two more pushes that are really forceful," the doctor told to her. 𝒻𝓇𝑒𝘦𝘸𝑒𝒷𝓃ℴ𝑣𝘦𝑙.𝒸ℴ𝘮
She was motivated by the midwife who worked at the hospital. She was on her knees on the ground, wearing gloves, and had some linens spread out on the floor and some next to Sharon on the bed so that they could help collect any debris that could fall to the ground. She was helping Sharon clean up the mess.
Sharon came dangerously close to screaming in Charles’s ear, almost causing it to ring with her words, "I can’t do this."
After advising Sharom that it was already too late, the midwife encouraged her to begin pushing as soon as possible. She pushed her hands up between her knees as the head started to emerge from the birth canal. "Just one more powerful push, and you’ll reach your goal."
Sharom exposed her bottom and began moaning, which caused the baby to fall out due to the force of gravity. After one last powerful push, the shoulders and body were delivered into the hands of the waiting midwife, and as she did so, she almost yelled out in triumph.
The midwife noticed that Sharon was beginning to shake, so she pulled the baby closer to Sharon’s chest and instructed her to sit back on the edge of the bed.
"We won’t have much more time; the placenta is the only thing we need to wait for at this point. Look at your child; she is beautiful; please hold her. Have you all decided on a name for the band yet?" Sharon was cradling the baby to her bosom when the midwife asked her a question as she was quietly examining the newborn. The midwife was trying her best not to disturb either the new mother or the infant.
"Her name will be Cristine," Sharon screamed and wailed when the newborn started nursing on its own, without any assistance or support from Sharon or anybody else.
The midwife smiled and added, "That’s good, let her continue to breastfeed."
Sharon gave a slight nod while continuing to gaze at the baby in complete and total wonder despite the fact that she was completely speechless at the time.
While Sharon is eating, Charles kept his arm on her and monitored what she was doing. It had been a turbulent, passionate, and peaceful period of time. On the other hand, he would not give up even a single second of it.
At long last, Charles remarked, "There is just one thing that’s missing." Sharon move her head in his way and pondered aloud, "What is it?"
"You haven’t married me yet."
"Oh. Do you think she’ll be able to make it in time to be the flower girl?" Sharon smiled and laughed.
Charles gave an affirmative response, "Absolutely," and afterward, he felt content. At long last, he had the impression that there was nothing missing from his reality.
