Boiling Beast Bloodline-Chapter 1300 - 362: King of Alchemy_3
Chapter 1300: Chapter 362: King of Alchemy_3
"Deal!" Liu Zhenhan nodded, "But... I have a request!"
"Shoot!"
"I need you to guide my Wind Mages and Alchemists on how to inscribe formations, like the ones on Ancient Power Fire Guns and Magic Cannons, so they possess a strong propelling force!" Liu Zhenhan said, "This is my only request!"
"You’ve asked the right person. I can hang around Emerald for a while and teach your Alchemists a thing or two! Just looking at your weapons and magical equipment, I’m pained at the thought of how much great material you’ve wasted!" Master Aymar’s words left Ruona looking quite unamused as she pouted.
"Master, thank you so much!" Liu Zhenhan gestured awkwardly at the Fairy Dragon.
"Richard, I must also ask, just how many top-notch materials do you have?" Master Aymar couldn’t help asking, "I get the feeling you’re sitting on a mountain of top-grade alchemy materials. Seven degree gold and Mailman Crystals in such terrifying quantities! And then there’s Magical Metal like Vibranium!"
"Not too many. I won’t even start with Magical Metals like Vibranium, but I do have several tons of Ant Iron scavenged from ancient city ruins, a metal with no resistance to magic, plus a great quantity of Quark Mercury. This stuff is mercury earthworm excrement that solidifies permanently after the first forging. For a tall and strong archer, a bowstring made of this mercury would mean super long-range shots!" Liu Zhenhan counted on his fingers, "Regarding Magical Beasts, I have five Acathurtes, including a Scorpion Dragon Overlord, one Hydra Xu Dela’s skeleton, one Komodo War Behemoth’s corpse, one Flame Emperor’s corpse, and one Six-winged Flame Demon’s corpse..." Liu Zhenhan trailed off, as he himself started to lose track, and turned to ask Ruona, "What else do we have, Nana?"
"We’ve got one Saline Kull Bull, one Fei Wenli Python skeleton, three Hellhounds and a Winged Pegasus. And if we go down a tier, we also have the skeletons of a hundred Featherflame Serpents, and the remains of several Bato Demons," Ruona recalled carefully, "Oh right, and there’s a skeleton of an Earth Element Giant Dragon—your latest trophy!"
"That many... that many?" Master Aymar was breaking out in a cold sweat.
"It’s a shame, really. There should have been an Evil-eye Tyrant, but it got wasted," Liu Zhenhan chuckled sheepishly.
"No wonder Master Puskas brags about you every time he mentions you," Master Aymar finally understood.
"There’s nothing to brag about." Master Saint Chiao laughed heartily, visibly delighted, while Joan of Arc sneakily glanced at Liu Zhenhan then quickly looked away.
"Forgetting about that, I wonder what good a Desert Giant Dragon’s Dragon Ball is for? And what about Origin power? My Gerein has been gnawed down to a skeleton—If I extract its dragon bead, could it lead to any dire consequences?" Liu Zhenhan smacked his head, staring intently at Master Aymar and then looking at his father-in-law.
"Can I take a look?" Master Aymar rubbed his hands together excitedly, "I really feel like I’m dreaming—the way ultra-premium materials are just spilling out of your mouth one after another!"
"Of course." Liu Zhenhan smirked to himself, reminded of a story he once heard during counter-interrogation training in the army. During WWII, a special ops officer captured by the enemy remained resolute and wouldn’t divulge military secrets no matter the torture but was driven to correct some trainees being taught incorrect military theories after being locked in a classroom days on end.
That’s professional integrity, or perhaps, an occupational hazard.
This Alchemist thinks he can just create something for Emerald and leave without a trade? Fat chance!
"Guoguo, go get our Dragon Ball," Liu Zhenhan twisted the little creature’s face.
With a pert buttocks wiggle, Guoguo immediately hopped to the ground, swaggering to a water basin, grasped a bubble-laden belly band and, after fumbling in the pocket, gave Liu Zhenhan a wry smile and spread its little paws.
"It’s lost?" Master Aymar’s face took on a shade of green, appalled. A Dragon Ball, something so precious, just kept in a pet’s belly band?
Guoguo tittered with sly amusement, opened its mouth, and spat out a loquat-sized yellow pearl that glittered like a morning star.
Contained within the Dragon Ball was a mist of earthy yellow gas reminiscent of a sandstorm, gently undulating within the orb and stirring a powerful elemental force that deeply touched everyone’s inherent desire for power.
The Dragon Ball seemed to encapsulate an entire Desert World.
"Frost Snow Pichu Beasts are especially voracious because they have two stomachs—one of which they can use to stash things. I hope you don’t mind." Liu Zhenhan was thrilled to see that the Alchemist’s gaze had once again become fixated.
