Bored Gamer in Other Worlds-Chapter 997 One Moon
Chapter 997: Chapter 997 One Moon
"Don’t let anyone disturb the young master’s sleep. No one is to enter beyond this door. Treat the young master’s words as the same as mine, Sun Cai." Lady Shen Miao instructed her servant Sun Cai.
"I understand, Lady Shen." Sun Cai said with her head bowed in shame. She realized that she had most probably lost her master’s favor because of how she acted earlier.
Nevertheless, she was motivated to right her wrongs by following the new commands to perfection. Sun Cai would not sleep tonight just to ensure the completion of her quest.
"..." Lady Shen then returned to her secret chambers and was soon meditating in a lotus position.
She reviewed the encounter from start to finish and all she could ever gather from our bored gamer’s calm demeanor was the flawless persona of a peerless and aloof expert.
But this conclusion was rather contradictory to that guys ordinary cultivation base.
In fact, Lady Shen would even go as far as decide that that mysterious young man did not have any strength to kill a chicken at all.
"But my intuition shouldn’t be this far wrong." Lady Shen mused in her lonesome. She would have no doubt paid some more mind on this situation if not for the untimely arrival of a dire predicament.
"Argg!" The beautiful lady puked blood and water and a purple shade covered her body from head to toe. Vines then sprouted from around her and it captured her body in an epic sexy pose.
This was a whole like what happened to Sun Cai before but more enticing to the eyes. Alas, the same erotic imagination could never be said to Lady Shen in particular.
"AHHHHHHHH!" The vines gripped her until it drew out blood, flesh and gore.
If she was not an accomplished cultivator today then she would have easily been turned into meat paste in just 1 breath alone.
Luckily for her, Lady Shen was already at the Life Destruction Realm which has the ability to live up to 1,000 years if she so wished to do so.
She had been grappling with this illness all her life but she has yet more fight in her to give. She would never give up no matter what.
"AHHHHHHHH!" Her screams resounded loud and long and it took a few hours before the curse finally receded to nothing. Shen Miao gasped in pain and worry.
She carefully scoured her storage ring for some pills to cure her open wounds but she was surprised when she saw something quite amiss inside it.
"This... is..." Shen Miao paused. There was in fact something added into her secret space which was not there prior. It was nothing but a piece of paper but what was written there was what she had been waiting for all her life.
"Peace lily."
"Dracaena."
"Venus flytrap."
"Devil’s ivy."
"Hibiscus petals."
.
..
...
It was a list of ordinary ingredients and at the bottom of the paper was a recipe on how to mix and conjure them into a bowl of soup.
"I need to only drink it for one month straight and I can finally be free from the curse?" Shen Miao read and found this to be very unbelievable.
One should know that she had even scoured, hunted, and drank the bloods of ancient dragons in order to find freedom from this affliction and yet nothing happened whatsoever.
To note that all these so ordinary items could heal her was truly unimaginable to the extreme.
"WHOOSH!" Lady Shen disappeared at once to find the ingredients herself. She left a letter to her master and went on unimpeded on a private journey.
Life moved on inside the Soaring Immortal Sect and so did our bored gamer’s day as well.

"I’m hungry. Go and fetch me some food, little girl." Clark ordered. He did not even have to go out of the room and just said his needs from the inside.
"..." Sun Cai followed the order without any word. She was intent on doing good this time around. She did not want to disappoint her master one more time.
Our avid gamer ate and had his fill and yet the table was still full of many delicacies and much more was still coming at he ate.
"Enough food for now. It’s time for me to exercise and stretch my legs." Clark sighed and went on to walk around the sect.
Sun Cai followed like a dutiful maid and would often times introduce a few trivial knowledge unto the ears of our very own protagonist.
"This is the training field, young master. And it just so happens that today is the inner disciple exam. Do you want to see the contest?" Sun Cai asked.
"No need. I do not take pleasure in witnessing how ants battle." Clark said as he tried to do a bad impersonation of the xianxia mc that he wanted to copy this time around.
He would have moved on from the spot if not for something else that he discovered.
"Ahhh... yes... Before I forget, summon all the outer disciples that had been with me yesterday. I have something to impart to them."
And so from that day onwards, our bored gamer taught a few dumb kids and imparted a few tricks in cultivation. And he was not at all lenient in his ways.
"Young master, is this really training or torture?" One of the twelve cried in agony. Around him, 11 of his friends were busy throwing punches and kicks on his hapless body.
And they were all of them not pulling any punches in the ordeal.
"There is not creation without destruction first. Persevere and you will ascend to the summit of power." Clark responded.
He remembered that his favorite xianxia mc in the past was fond of teaching dumb kids and so he tried to imitate the ways of an fictional character.
This was his play to while the time away during his years of stay on this world.
"Hit him harder!" Our bored gamer ordered.
"Young master! No!" The disciple almost fainted on the spot.
