Brothel Manager : Unexpected Encounter with A Hidden Family Heirloom-Chapter 458 - : Luna’s Marraige
As Nive's father begged her to finish the task quickly, Nive killed her pride and locked Bella and Lily with cuffs. After closing their mouths with glue tape, she personally dragged them outside and tossed them in the back seat of Das's car.
Inside the police station, Das sat quietly while sipping hot coffee brought by subordinate Salim. Nive came back and stood before Das with her head facing the ground.
After finishing the coffee, Das stretched his hands towards Nive, gesturing for her to do the job. With eyes filled with tears, she bent down before Das and unlocked his cuffs.
"Faruk, these cuffs are really uncomfortable. I won't like getting arrested next time. Do you understand?" Das said in a playful tone as he stared at Nive's face in close proximity.
"Yes, master." Faruk, the Abdullah family patriarch, replied in a serious tone.
After staring at Nive for a minute, Das stood up from the wooden table. Faruk, give a million to this subordinate. Salim, is that enough for you?" Das asked the middle-aged, slender man who brought coffee for him.
"No, nooo, sir, it's just ten bucks. Why are you giving a million?" Salim hurriedly dropped to his knees, as he did not understand what was going on.
"That money is for your help in spreading information. Do you want me to pay for coffee as well?" Das asked with playful anger.
"No..., sir, thank you for your generosity." Salim kowtowed hurriedly.
"Ember, I don't know what you do with these officials, but give a promotion to this lady." Das spoke while pointing at Nive.
Ember silently nodded without replying. But her gaze lingered on Nive's body.
"Cherry, give me your mobile." Das asked with a smile as he turned his gaze towards Nive's sister, the chubby lolly who gave a candy to Das.
With shaking hands, Cherry hurriedly passed her mobile from a distance.
Das entered his personal mobile number and passed it back to her. "This is my number. If you ever need anything, give me a call. I won't forget my promises." Das replied with a smile and took a step forward to leave.
Before leaving, he stopped in close proximity to Nive. "Good work." He whispered in her face and left, walking outside. Including Ember, everyone followed him.
As Das stood outside, Faruk took charge and hurriedly ordered everyone to get back inside their cars. While holding guns and batons, the mob turned around to leave as they saw Das standing outside without a scar.
All the hundreds of cars began receding from the end. Soon, a parade of cars occupied the streets of Mumbai.
"Thank you for coming." Das replied to Ember, who is staring at Das from the side. Experience more on novelbuddy
"Pleasure is mine. I really can't compare your past with where you are now. I still remember you standing at Reddy family function as a party coordinator. Time really changes fast." Ember uttered with a smile.
Das turned his gaze toward her and exchanged a smile. "Do you have anything to say? I need to leave now." Das asked as he stood in wait.
"Not so fast, Das. If you leave now, you will regret it for a long time." Ember replied with a playful smile.
"What do you mean?" Das questioned with a serious face.
"The Reddy family fixed a marriage for Luna. Tomorrow morning is the marriage ceremony at the hillside temple. Don't be late." Ember replied with a playful smile as she saw anger building up on Das face.
"Thank you for your information. I will definitely bring a good gift. It would be better if you stayed away from the mob." Das replied with a smirk as he stepped forward to leave.
"Wait, do you have any free time?" Ember asked hurriedly with a shy smile.
"Take a break, lady. I need a war to be fought. After the war, set a date and a good place. I hope your husband, Richard, is doing well." Das replied sarcastically and left, walking towards his car.
An unknown number of cars were marching on the roads of Mumbai. As the traffic police had already received instructions, all the roads connected to the Abdullah family were kept clear.
With loud sirens, firing bullets, and shouting Das name, hundreds of cars marched forward. The streets of Mumbai were shaken by the loud noise.

"Sister, why did you mess with him? He seem very powerful." Cherry uttered as she tucked the clothes of her sister Nive, who still stood in the same position without moving.
"It seems like he is an important person to the Abdullah family." The commissioner spoke in a dispirited tone.
"Sir, how did you become a commissioner? That young man is the master of the Abdullah family. Didn't you see how everyone kneeled before him?" Salim spoke while holding a silver coloured briefcase.
The commissioner couldn't refute Salim, as he accepted his narrow sight.
"Nive, because of you, I lost my position. I gave you this job on your father's personal recommendation. Truly, you repaid me very well." The commissioner spoke in helpless anger and left outside.
Nive's father, Raj, approached her in slow steps. "Why did you do this? Didn't I say to release him?
From now on, the entire department will set us in isolation for your drama. Do you know how many officials are going to lose their jobs? As you are my daughter, I can't hate you. But your acts of today will pain me for the rest of my life." Raj spoke emotionally and left to apologize for his seniors.
"Sister… sis… Don't be like this. You didn't do this on purpose. Please sit with me." Cherry still tugged at Nive, spoke with tears in her eyes.
After a long thought, Nive moved onto her desk and wrote a letter non-stop. A few teardrops fell on the letter as she filled it with heartfelt words.
"Salim, give this to the commissioner. I'm resigning from the job. Also, I'm sorry, Salim. I should have listened to you." Nive spoke stutteringly as she held back her emotions.
"Madam, this is not right. Please think about it thoroughly. You are the most sincere officer I have seen in my career. Why don't you..." but Salim got interrupted with a question from Nive.
"Who is this young man? Even the chief minister's daughter personally came for him in minutes. Which wealthy family does he belong to?" Nive asked in a serious tone.
"No, madam. You got it completely wrong. I inquired with the mob when I went outside previously.
He is the legendary Mafia boss of Mumbai. His name is Mohan Das. He is not a rich young master of a wealthy family. He is an orphan. As far as I remember, he started his career as a brothel manager. Later, he legalized Mafia in this city and took everything under his control.
But I really don't know how he connected with the Army commander or the Chief Minister's daughter." Salim replied without leaving any details.
Nive got struck to the ground after hearing all the explanations. She couldn't believe the playful young man who sat in his station until now has this type of background.
