Alex’s face which had been practically glowing with anticipation, immediately went flat.
"What the hell? Spatial storage? Really?!" He hissed "So you’re telling me I just risked my fucking life for a pocket? Basically a fancy pocket?!"

"You... Sigh. You know I was sorta expecting something cooler, like maybe super strength or laser eyes or..."

After she finished speaking, a surge of intense warmth suddenly exploded from deep inside his chest. The sensation instantly spread through his entire body. It felt like his entire body was dipped into a warm pool during the coldest of winters.
He could feel his muscles tightening involuntarily as the wave of warmth flowed through his body, rushing from his chest into his shoulders, down his arms, and all the way to the tips of his fingers.
Soon, the sensation ended as fast as it had begun, leaving Alex in a daze state. After a minute Alex slowly regained himself and looked at his body which was brimming with power. He felt like his sight had turned sharper, capable of seeing things from far distance. His ears clearer, capable of catching sounds from distances that a normal person would find difficult. Hell, even his body felt stronger... Faster and strangely lighter. With how much his strength had increased by leaps and bounds, Alex was confident that he could handle twenty men for now. Maybe even more.
Wanting to test his newfound strength, Alex gently lowered Nyx’s head away from his chest onto the couch, and stood up. He clenched his fist tightly, punched the air and felt just how much faster and stronger it had gotten.
With a satisfied smile on his face he nodded at the tiny chibi, who had been watching this foolish man punch the air like an insane person with no goal in life.
"Dammit. This is really amazing! I can literally feel stronger. Oh my gosh with this strength I should be a match for that baby faced bodyguard. Shit this is amazing."

"Sorry about that. I was just so excited with this newfound strength."
Then remembering about the new skill he decided to give it a try.
"Hey system, about that spatial storage stuff. How do I use it? What I mean is how do I activate it."
[I understood it the first time you said it. Anyways, are you dumb or just pretending to be this dumb? I literally said you can activate it through mental command. Like just look at the object you want to store and think about storing it. It’s as simple as that. It’s not exactly rocket science]
Without paying attention to the systems insult and only focusing on the important part of her speech. Alex finally understood how the spatial storage skill worked. Then he looked around the room, searching for an easy object to test the skill on. It’s not like he thought the skill was defective or any of that. He just wanted to see how it works.
Finally he sighted the empty glass cup lying on the small glass like table beside the couch.
"...Alright. this should do."
Alex focused on the glass cup, trying really hard to imagine it vanish into the strange hollow part that had settled deep within his mind. Without a sound, the glass cup folded inwardly. It looked like gravity was distorting the space around it, then finally it vanished completely, leaving no trace of the cup ever being there a second ago.
"What the hell?"
He quickly looked around the table and rubbed his eyes to make sure what he was seeing was really true. The glass was gone. Completely gone.
The chibi pointed at his head proudly.

Alex nodded and focused again, suddenly he found his consciousness inside a white, silent void. Floating right in the center was the glass cup from earlier. The space looked a bit small, roughly the size of an elevator. With a thought he brought his consciousness back.
"...Holy shit! Ok that was crazy."
[I know right? Told you it was pretty cool, but a fool over here was wishing for super strength or laser eyes...]

After waiting for the shock to fade away, he decided to bring the glass cup back. So he tried focusing on bringing it back. With a slight distortion of space, the glass cup appeared on the table again. Alex stared at it for several seconds before letting out an excited whistle.
He knew that he had been too hasty to judge the skill without considering how beneficial it actually was. With this skill he could rob banks... I mean help world hunger by storing food.
"Alright. I take it back. This is better than laser eyes. But hypothetically could I put a person in here?"
The chibi didn’t hesitate

"F*ck that’s amazing." He yelled then checked on Nyx to see whether he woke her up. Instead she continued to sleep like a log.
Alex sighed then focused back on the tiny chibi.
