By Seeing Beasts' Training Paths, My Beast Became Invincible-Chapter 52: A good point farm
"I’m going to die?" Rocky slightly scratched the back of his head in confusion.
Rocky never imagined a situation where he would lose all his points.
His current points were 800; he only needed 200 more to make sure he survived today.
It wasn’t a big problem when there was still plenty of time remaining.
He even believed he would earn around 500–600 more points before the end of the day.
(Impossible... So why would I lose points?... Unless there’s a rule I still don’t know about.)
Rocky gazed at Alina for a moment and asked,
"How many points do you have now?"
Alina sniffed softly before replying in an even voice,
"50 points."
Rocky frowned.
"That’s way too little. How are you going to earn 950 points with the time left? We still need to rest and eat. Otherwise, you’ll fall into an exhausted state the next day. There’s no way you’ll earn enough points for the following day in that condition, even if you somehow manage today. Do you think you can pull it off on the third day? The fourth day? You’ll only get weaker as time goes by."
"Those harsh days will kill you."
Well, actually, Rocky’s words weren’t wrong.
They were simply true.
It was a crucial detail he had already predicted after reading the rules of this world.
That was why he had been earning points leisurely in this arena instead of acting recklessly.
He didn’t want to die early just because of some thoughtless actions.
Alina’s face darkened as she listened to Rocky’s words.
She had never thought that far ahead. And judging by what she had done in just half a day, she had made a lot of stupid decisions.
But what choice did she have? Her beast wasn’t even a fighter. Meanwhile, to earn points, she had to kill monsters.
Obviously, her raven wasn’t a killing-type beast.
That game wasn’t meant for her and her beast.
She was only a support.
"So... what am I supposed to do?" she groaned helplessly.
Rocky clicked his tongue and extended his hand toward Alina.
"I told you already, Alina... we’re a team."
[Do you want to share your points with Player Alina?]
(Yes, give her all my points.)
Ting!
[You have successfully shared 800 points with Player Alina.]

[300 days – Day 1: 12:00 remaining.]
Currents points: 0 points

"W-Why?... You’ll die." Alina’s pupils widened when she saw Rocky’s stupid action.
It looked exactly like what she had foreseen.
Rocky shrugged.
"It’s a so-called investment."
He added,
"I don’t think you’re a jinx. Whatever everyone says about you, I don’t care. To me, you’re a lucky charm."
Alina’s heart skipped a beat when she heard that. She was completely speechless.
She had never met someone who would give her a compliment like that.
(He’s an idiot?)
She groaned softly, trying to erase the strange discomfort in her chest.
Rocky nodded slightly and said,
"We’ll rest here for now. When the sun sets, we’re going to hunt monsters. I already spotted a horde about 300 meters from here. I think they’ll be good point farms for us."
Three hours later, after taking a break, they moved to the spot Rocky had mentioned before.
He stood on top of a cliff along the coast.
Meanwhile, Alina stood beside Rocky, observing the scene ahead.
She frowned when she saw chains of massive rocks scattered across the area.
The rocks themselves didn’t surprise her — but the gigantic crabs sleeping among them did. It was clear that place was their lair.
"What’s your plan? Don’t tell me we’re going to attack them. From what I see, there are at least 500–600 crabs. We’ll just get ourselves killed if we fight them."
Rocky nodded.
"Yeah, we’d definitely die. But I’m not planning to fight all of them. I just need enough points for today."
Without hesitation, Rocky took out two pills.
Red pills.
Fire pills.
He handed some pills to Alina and said,
"Use them properly on your beast."
Alina frowned in confusion.
She had never seen pills like that before. She wondered what her beast would become if it ate them.
Then, just a few seconds later, she found out when Rocky used his.
Rocky’s body enlarged at a ridiculous speed as pitch-black fur rapidly formed over his skin. At the same time, the obsidian gauntlet materialized over his hand — and the longbow did the same.
Not only that, intense heat radiated from beneath his fur before bursting into flames.
Alina stepped back in fear and tension when she witnessed Rocky’s cool appearance.
She could never have imagined a human possessing such a powerful skill.
Rocky pulled the bowstring tight before releasing a deadly arrow toward the crabs’ lair.
BOOM!
[You have slain a Spiny Carapace Crab.]
[You have received 10 points.]
Rocky didn’t stop. He continued to shoot the next one.
Boom!
[You have slain a Spiny Carapace Crab.]
[You have received 10 points.]
The horde of crabs began to wake up, their eyes widening in shock as their fellows were torn into pieces by the massive arrows.
They quickly scattered, searching for the enemy who had attacked them so cowardly.
Boom!
[You have slain a Spiny Carapace Crab.]
[You have received 10 points.] 𝒇𝓻𝓮𝓮𝙬𝙚𝒃𝒏𝓸𝙫𝒆𝙡.𝓬𝓸𝒎
...
Boom.
[You have slain a Spiny Carapace Crab.]
[You have received 10 points.]
Rocky wouldn’t let this chance slip. He had to take this short window while the monsters still didn’t recognize who was attacking them.
But after nonstop shots of deadly arrows, Rocky began to show signs of exhaustion.
Indeed, Matt’s skill always consumed a huge amount of mana, especially when he used a lot of other skills along with it.
Rocky disabled his Matt form and landed on his feet.
He was breathless while his sweat nonstop overflowed.
He looked up and saw hordes of Crabs approaching him at high speed.
He smirked.
(Finally, they found me.)
He glanced at Alina, who was still stunned by his absolute power.
He said,
"Get ready. You want to earn some points?"
