Chapter 622: -Chapter 622-

The three Omegas were dressed in comfortable sweaters and pants. It was a sunny day, but it had started out much colder, and despite the sun, the temperature didn’t rise much.

Caspian turned to Lake with questions in his eyes, "What kind of dance class are we having?"

"A belly dancing class," Cora was the one to answer, in her element. "Some belly dancing moves are incredibly beneficial to pregnant Omegas, they can help to strengthen the pelvic, abdominal, and back muscles..."

Caspian had already gotten over his initial surprise, back to being excited again. He could understand now why Lake had been nervous.

Neither he nor Angelo was pregnant, so they were just here to have fun, the only one who had to take this seriously was Lake.

Angelo eyed the outfits the instructor brought out one after the other, as she waited for them to make their choices, his reluctance evident on his face.

Caspian was the first to step forward, having the most experience with women’s clothing. "I’ll take the blue," He decided, waiting patiently for her to hand it to him.

Cora shot him a grateful look, the atmosphere in the room had gotten awkward since she mentioned the outfits. She handed him a loose, matching dark blue top with sheer, flowy sleeves that were cut just under his chest as well, and a string cloth adorned with shimmery silver trinkets.

Cora could have gotten men’s belly dancing outfits, but male Omegas deserved to feel pretty too, and it was also completely optional.

Lake couldn’t let Caspian wear the brightly colored outfits alone after dragging them into this, so he reluctantly stepped forward, his smile tight as Cora’s smile brightened.

The instructor was eager to show off the outfits she had gotten in almost all sizes, there was little else than shimmery clothes in the spacious suitcase.

"Will this fit me?" He asked, pointing at a gold set that had caught his eye.

"Of course," Cora answered enthusiastically, taking out the full outfits. She had gone for all harem pants, already aware that her class would be full of male Omegas.

Caspian had already wandered off to find the changing rooms, the only person excited about the class to come.

Cora took a glance at Angelo, who still hung back, deciding by herself that the reserved Omega wouldn’t want to change his outfit. He was tall, but she certainly had something for him if he wanted.

She busied herself stuffing the rest of the outfits into a box, readying to zip it closed so she could get started on the preparations.

She didn’t hear Angelo approaching, so she startled when his long legs came into her line of vision.

"Do you have something in black that’ll fit me?" He asked calmly, not seeming like he had forced himself to step forward.

Cora’s smile was a bit shaky, but she managed one, quick to open her suitcase once more to rifle through it. She was grateful that she had thought to pile every color possible in the suitcase, handing him a hip belt with gold trinkets.

Angelo took it and equally walked off. There were several stalls in the changing room so he didn’t see Lake and Caspian, they were no doubt already in the stalls.

He walked to the end and got into the last changing room in the line, closing the door behind him. There were wooden rods on the walls for clothes to be hung, some shelves on the wall, and an ottoman built into the floor.

It was pretty spacious and despite how complex and details the outfits seemed, they were rather easy to put on. When he was halfway through with dressing, he heard Caspian’s and Lake’s voices from outside his stall, talking about their outfits.

Angelo stared down at himself when he was done dressing, he hadn’t bothered taking off his waist chain because the hip belt was far more eye-catching than the simple, thin diamond-studded jewelry.

For someone who wore hoodies and sweatpants most of his life, this was the least amount of clothing he had ever worn, he wasn’t exactly sure how it made him feel.

He gingerly stepped out of the bathroom, expecting to find them lingering in the changing room, but it was empty. There was large backlit mirror across the wall, right above a marble counter that had sinks in them.

Angelo caught his reflection, barely focusing on his face because he couldn’t look away from his flashy outfit. He patted his flat chest, noting that his toned stomach made him look thinner than he was.

He scowled at his reflection, disapproving of the mirror for a completely different reason than the usual. Too distracted by the clothes he wore to be unsettled by his reflection in the mirror.

The blue hairband was still in his hair as he started for the door, and for a moment, he considered braiding his hair and putting it up. He could feel his hair against his exposed back, it was a strange sensation.

As soon as he opened the door, he could hear upbeat Middle Eastern folk beats playing.

Cora waited until they were all out before taking a red set for herself, "Get comfortable with the atmosphere while I change," She said to them, "We’ll begin when I return."

Lake looked from Angelo’s thin waist to Caspian’s slender waist, making a tutting sound as he patted his rounded stomach. "I’m dying of jealously here."

Caspian gravitated closer, he had been patting Lake’s stomach as soon as it was revealed. He gently held his friend’s stomach, "That’s because you’re carrying a baby."

Lake didn’t correct him that prior to getting pregnant, his waist was far from slim. The skin of his stomach was stretched out, a small noticeable movement happening under Caspian’s small hands.

It made him smile brightly, his eyes wide. "The baby moved!"

Angelo drifted closer despite himself, curious pale eyes fixed on Lake’s mid-section. He was reminded of the conversation he had had with Nikolai about having a baby.

He couldn’t say if it was Lake’s hormones rubbing off on him but he was suddenly hit with a sad spell. It was jarring because not once before the past month had he ever thought about having a child.

Lake made a face, aware that Davian would be disappointed to hear that because he hadn’t gotten to see it.

Cora made an appearance then, her smile easy, "Alright, let’s get started."
