They stopped at noon in an open clearing by the side of the official road for lunch.

Sima Long shrugged and said, "I tried but the fragrance of the food is too much for me."

After he rolled his eyes at Sima Long, he glanced over at Yue Xin and said, "Get some of the food and snacks for Master Sima Long and Master Huo Fei Li."

Yue Xin nodded her head and stuffed the meat bun into her mouth.

She quickly passed some of the food and snacks from the bundle to Sima Long and Huo Fei Li.

"Do you need some tea?" Yue Xin asked.

Huo Fei Li shook his head and said, "I have wine with me."

He glanced back at his guards some distance away.

One of them came running with a wine gourd and few wine cups immediately.
