The servant girl came over to Sima Long and presented the pills to him.

"Have you found lodging in the city yet? If you want to, we have guest rooms here in the Huo Clan Mansion." Huo Qi Nian leaned forwards and asked.

But Lin Xuan Qi wasn’t too keen on that and he shook his head, "It would be too much to trouble you."

He said and glanced over at Yue Xin and Liu Shi Shi.

"Oh. I understand." Huo Qi Nian said and gave out a chuckle.

A man wanting to spend time with his concubine or tong fang servant girl was understandable, he thought.

He nudged at Huo Fei Li and said, "Look at him, when will you be able to make your move."

Lu Ting nearly spat out the tea in her mouth but she calmed herself and sat there quietly. Pretending that she didn’t hear anything.

Huo Fei Li wanted to gasp but tried to pretend that he was calm and said, "I will focus on improving myself with the Huo Family Sword Cultivation first."

Huo Qi Nian frowned at what he heard but kept quiet.

In his mind, a man should settled down with a family first before thinking about other things.

She was also eager to see her father again.

Lu Ting bowed and cupped her hands at him.

She glanced over at Lin Xuan Qi and said, "My father would be very pleased to see you."

Huo Fei Li wanted to follow them but he had lots of catch up to do so with his father.

He stood up and said, "Let me know where you are staying when you find an inn, so that I can bring you around tomorrow."

Sima Long patted on his chest and said, "Don’t worry about that, I will make sure of it."

Lin Xuan Qi rolled his eyes at Sima Long and said, "Let’s go."

They stood up and left the Huo Clan Mansion with Lu Ting.

Along the way, Yue Xin was happily checking out the jewelry that Huo Qi Nian had gifted to Lin Xuan Qi.

Liu Shi Shi on the other hand, wasn’t too interested in it.

"Wow, look at this." She held a necklace with a huge pearl to her neck.

"Take it if you like it so much." Lin Xuan Qi smiled at her and said.

Yue Xin shook her head, put it down and said, "I think it’s better for Sister Xue Cong and Yue Jie to choose first before I get any of it..."

Lin Xuan Qi thought that she was right and he nodded his head.

He wasn’t too particular with minute details like this but if the four of them could agreed upon something, he was more than happy to let them be.

The whip of the coachman cracked and the horse carriage stopped.

"We are here." Lu Ting’s voice sounded from outside the carriage.
