"Ruyin is here, why aren’t you coming in?" Li Xinyue tilted her head and said as if she just noticed Fan Ruyin.
Since she was called out, Fan Ruyin has no choice but to walk forward.
"Fan Ruyin greets the patriarch and everyone." Fan Ruyin said calmly. Her knees was slightly weaken, but she try her best to remain calm.
"Ah, it’s you Ruyin. We didn’t know that you went to see how Jain and your children were doing. If we’d known, we would’ve given you some stuff to carry with you. You young children these days are so secretive." Patriarch Li said with a smile.
Not only did Fan Ruyin’s expression shift, some people at the table, faces also darkened.
Patriarch Li paused, eyes narrowing slightly: "That kid is also stubborn, but it’s good that he’s doing well. Come and sit." He wave at Fan Ruyin, while rubbing his temple.
Fan Ruyin felt her feet glue to the ground, no matter how hard she tried, she was too scared to move.
The old patriarch didn’t seems angry but his presence was too intimidating.
"Grandpa said you should sit, why aren’t you sitting?" Li Xinyue kindly reminded Fan Ruyin.
"Oh, ok." Fan Ruyin sat in the only empty seat at the table.
Soon after, the dishes were served. The aroma filled the room and after the old patriarch took the first bite, everyone began to eat.
Fan Ruyin nervousness also ease a bit and she ate. After all, she doesn’t know when she’ll eat such good food again. Her eyes widened as she chewed. Although the food was slightly worse than Li Jain’s, it was still top quality and not food she’ll normally eat.
After the dinner, the interrogation finally started. Fan Ruyin told them everything she saw and knew. Not daring to leave behind the slightest details.

Now that her third brother had finally come to his senses, and got his children back she is very happy for them. They even raise up on their own, and are living better.
She heard the news about Li Jain being the owner of the Spiritual Tavern, but she kept it to herself.
But since Fan Ruyin has already spared the news, she has no choice but to let the whole family know.
