Date a Witch: Reborn as the Witch of Lust! (GL)-Chapter 105: Just Bad Weather, So don’t freeze my Bottom!
Chapter 105: Just Bad Weather, So don’t freeze my Bottom!
Mel grasped her staff and twirled it idly, amusement flickering in her eyes.
Selaria held total control over the battlefield; knights contained the monsters, while the others scattered were dealt with by seniors and juniors alike.
’Partner’
She eyed the elf, who stretched her hand as a <Snow Lance> gathered, before piercing through a Lizardman. ’How is the investigation going?’
[ Don’t worry. I still entrusted some of my Knights to find the Headquarter of this land in particular. ]
"Then everything is going well."
Mel’s lips curled to an eased smile, before pointing her staff at the ground.
"<Summon: Doll Hound>." freeωebnovēl.c૦m
The staff thrummed, Mel’s connection with the realms strengthened as a magic circle spread from beneath her.
Then with a drink of MP potion, she chanted again. "<Summon: Eagle-eye>."
After five more drinks and four more chants, she finished her final chant. "<Summon: Blade Bug>."
Then, an army arose.
Fifteen doll hounds with cotton stuffed ears and teeth.
Thirteen eagle-eye with a bow as large as their forearms.
Ten blade-bug with sword-like limbs attached.
All eager gazes then turned to their Master, awaiting her order.
Mel held her stomach, her smile almost faltering at how stuffy her stomach felt.
Ignoring how Selaria’s breath hitched behind her, she scanned over her summons before putting on a teasing tone.
"Whoever killed the most monsters would have a kiss blown their way." She waved her hands. "So work hard everyone!"
Each summon roared at Mel’s promise, then scattered to tear through the monsters.
Doll Hounds tore into kobold throats, Eagle-Eyes picked off Lizardmen with deadly aim, and Blade Bugs paired up to bring down ogres.
Mel chuckled, shifting a teasing gaze at Selaria. "How was it? My commanding skills are not bad too, right?"
A wry smile spread out from the small girl towards Mel; while her hand tapped her sister’s back as she dragged the injured to the back line.
"How on earth did you summon that many..."
Almost losing her composure, the princess puffed out an exhausted sigh, before sharpening her stare back at the battlefield.
Mel hummed a little, yet her steps wobbled in exhaustion as they stumbled.
Yet a tap caressed Mel’s back, warmth enveloping her whole being like a spring breeze suddenly fluttering into her sickly body.
Meeting the elf’s worried eyes behind her, she breathed out. "Thanks."
"Two more potion." Maria scowled, her elven features marred by worries. "And you would have had mana poisoning."
"That’s why I save my <Echo Magic> that would have consumed more MP."
As Maria’s hand sneaked up on Mel’s shoulder, Mel eyed Lila and others now busied with the monsters.
Her voice, light with sickness and laced with teasing, drifted out softly.
"She also didn’t expect you summoning an entire army." The elf patted Mel. "Mage specialised in summons usually have an upward limit of ten to twelve, you know?"
"Thanks to my staff, of course." Mel tapped her lips. "A piece siphoned from Elven Erdtree has its advantages."
"That, however, gave you no excuse to exhaust your body."
The Saintess leaned onto Mel. "Bad girl. Your body belongs to me, and I forbid any harm inflicted, even by yourself."
"So-so that you’ll abuse me tonight?" Mel’s breath grew husky. "Kinky..."
The Witch of lust uttered out a tease, despite knowing full well it wouldn’t embarrass Maria.
"If you so desire." Maria’s hot breath tickled Mel’s neck. "I can arrange tools if you like."
A hiccup caught in Mel’s throat, as Maria’s palm smoothed over her thigh. "Not here..."
"Seducing me now with your submission when your flirt didn’t work, huh?"
As Mel timidly dodged Maria’s stare, the Elf pulled back and pointed forward.
"Mel!"
The Witch of Lust consciously adjusted her collar, even if Maria didn’t touch it, as she glanced at Lila running up to her.
Icicles flew as her steps sprinted towards Mel; kobolds and Lizardman’s crystals shattered against the cold hardness as she halted before Mel.
"Lila. You alright?" Her eyes flickered to Lila, hoping her heart bumped steadily.
"Mm! Just checking on you!" Lila nodded innocently, before blinking. "Why are your cheeks so red, Mel?"
Mel’s lips trembled as her embarrassed mind scrambled for an excuse, excitement and shame swirling where nausea once sat.
"J-just the weather..." She stammered.
Lila’s emerald eyes narrowed with confusion, before relaxing. "Need me to cool you down?"
"Nah I’m fine. But thanks Lila!"
Mel embraced Lila with a sigh of relief, the cheers of summoned allies and the cries of dying monsters echoing in the chaotic background.
Should Lila spread her cold magic now, her wet bottom would surely be frozen.
Mel shuddered at the thought as her thighs clenched together, tightening her embrace over Lila.

After Mel’s summons, the enemies were cleared out without any incident.
She examined her own condition; though her stomach was pained, there was a pool of mana remained for a few <Echo Magic> and more.
After sending a telepathic warning to a certain elf about her racing heart, Mel and Luna hurried toward Selaria, driven by equal parts curiosity and necessity.
"How’s everyone, Selaria?"
As a Royal Knight came to Selaria for report, Selaria briefly glimpsed at Mel, before deciding not to pursue the casual nickname.
"No injuries from either side." The Third Princess took a breath to refocus as she gestured for the knight to tend to the wounded.
"Professor Samantha is now chasing the culprit at its source, entrusting the Knights to clear the monster waves."
She watched the Seniors and Juniors gathering, their faces unbothered as if they just went through an amusing incident.
Selaria squinted, feeling that only she was worried about their safety in this uncertain situation.
"But judging how she’s yet to be back..." Mel frowned a little. "The opponent should be at archon ranked or above, right?"
"To control a bunch of adept ranked monsters and gathered them, I couldn’t think of any possibility unless it’s an at least expert ranker’s work either."
The princess held her chin. "Yet it doesn’t explain why only enchanted monsters came after us so far."
With a nod, Mel then grinned. "You think it is related to Pride’s <familiar>."
"There’s no other explanation."
Selaria’s brows knitted together, as she raised her head to meet Mel’s gaze.
She waved off her guards not to near, before whispering. "Remember the suspicious figures I mentioned back then? I believe those illegal monster materials were transported here."
"Them?" Lila scowled, gradually realising the depth of the situation. "Are they the ones that disrupted our trip?"
"A minor disruption if anything, but yes." Selaria observed the Knights moving the monster corpses onto a cart, unwearied.
Mel glanced around; catching the playful glint in Rosana’s eyes, Calina’s hardening expression, and Lila’s irritated frown.
All of them, like the contemplative Princess before her, also sensed something was wrong.
"Alright!" Mel clapped her hand. "Standing here wouldn’t resolve our doubts. How about we try and search for Miss Samantha?"
"I object." The third Princess flicked a glance at Mel. "Staying here garner the most safety. We just-"
"I agree to Mel!" Lila’s voice boomed. "Waiting here would only get us attacked more now!"
"But-but we have Mel’s summons and the Knights here...
"If stronger Monsters came, Mel’s summons couldn’t handle the strain of another mass summoning."
Rosana approached them, her face unusually calm. "Besides, I hate the feeling of waiting patiently to be hunted. I would rather cut the beasts down myself."
"Then all the more reasons for more to stay! We couldn’t have risked scattering if something stronger-"
"Ah, but we still had our wrist watches, correct?"
Maria tapped her wrist. "These are synced to our <Space Coordinates>. They allow group teleportation or trigger if we’re in danger. And yet, not a single one has activated..."
"You mean..." Selaria tilted her head, brows drawing together. "The other side didn’t register us as being in danger at all?"
"Something like that." The elf’s expression was relaxed, frighteningly so for the nervous princess.
The elf’s casual suggestion prompted a cheerful glee from Mel. "Then wouldn’t it mean there’s no worry here as long as we have the Knights? Then exploration time commence! Hooray!"
"Hooray! Uh... exploration!"
"Yep. Exploration, then exterminate." Lila desperately followed Mel’s banter, while Rosana played along with smiling eyes.
Selaria’s expression twisted as she turned to the Knights, silently pleading for support.
The adults, who were supposed to have authority, all turned their heads aside, focusing on settling on the students.
The Heiress aside, the Princess’s stern face was still too refreshing in their minds, made even more scarier in contrast to her usual cute demeanour.
"Ah..." The Princess’s lips parted helplessly, her previous brilliance in commanding perfectly backfired on her.
Her gaze met Mel’s sparkling eyes, then flicked to the others’ subtle glares, as if warning her to tread carefully.
Am I... perhaps the crazy one here?
"Just..." Selaria sighed again at the thought. "Make sure to bring a few knights with you."
With a nod to the ’search operation’, Mel’s little fun trip smoothly began once again.
