The remaining twenty-some Black Dog Void Demons seized the opportunity, charging fearlessly toward the Goblin Shaman.

"Spider Web Technique!"

The Goblin Shaman’s expression changed as he pointed his Magic Staff.

A giant spider web materialized out of thin air, instantly ensnaring four Black Dog Void Demons. The web was incredibly tough; even the four Spirit Warrior-level Black Dog Void Demons struggled to break free.

"No!!"

The next moment, a Black Dog Void Demon lunged forward and sank its teeth viciously into the Goblin Shaman’s thigh, threatening to tear it clean off.

Another Black Dog Void Demon pounced, biting through the Goblin Shaman’s throat.

Yet another Black Dog Void Demon leaped up and crushed the Parasitic Spider Demon on the Goblin Shaman’s back with a single bite.

With the Goblin Shaman dead, the remaining ten Dark Elves controlled by Parasitic Spider Demons were all tackled to the ground by the Black Dog Void Demons and had their throats torn out.

"Retreat!"

A Goblin Leader roared, sending a Black Dog Void Demon flying with a swing of its club, and began to flee frantically. It had only taken a few steps when its eyes filled with Despair.

Thirty Black Dog Void Demons swarmed in like a tide, pouncing on the five Goblin Leaders.

After knocking away two Black Dog Void Demons with its wooden club, one Goblin Leader screamed as another Void Demon’s claw tore apart the Parasitic Spider Demon on its back, and it collapsed to the ground.

Three Goblin Leaders tried to escape, but they were all overtaken by the Black Dog Void Demons, which ripped the Parasitic Spider Demons from their backs.

The last Goblin Leader held out for a moment longer before it too was overwhelmed by the Black Dog Void Demons, and the Parasitic Spider Demon on its back was torn to shreds.

Once the Goblin Leaders were dead, the Black Dog Void Demons quickly fanned out into the village, searching for any remaining enemies.

Throughout Qingsen Village, the dried, mummy-like corpses of Dark Elves were scattered everywhere. A surge of fury welled up inside Shu Feng as he looked at the bodies. ’These Dark Elves welcomed me so warmly just yesterday, and now they’re all dried-up husks.’ The sight filled his still-passionate heart with rage.

"Found them!"

Inside a wooden house, Camilla was bound by strands of spider silk, her limbs splayed out. Her beautiful eyes were filled with fury. Next to her, five young Dark Elf girls, between the ages of eight and twelve, were tied up as well.

Shu Feng stepped into the house and waved his hand. A Black Dog Void Demon immediately went forward and bit through the spider silk binding Camilla.

The moment the silk snapped, Camilla bolted out of the house as if possessed.

Shu Feng sighed softly. With another wave of his hand, more Black Dog Void Demons lunged forward and chewed through the silk restraining the other young Dark Elf girls.

"Waaah! Big Brother Shu Feng, my mom... she was killed by those monsters!!"

"Big Brother Shu Feng, you have to get revenge for us!!"

"..."

As soon as they were freed, the young Dark Elf girls rushed to Shu Feng and began to cry loudly. They were all very clever and knew that only a powerful Beast Tamer like Shu Feng could possibly avenge them.

Shu Feng’s brow furrowed, and he barked, "Stop crying! I’ll consider getting revenge. For now, all of you, with me!!"

’Something might have already happened to Ding Xiaoxue.’ Shu Feng had no time to comfort these cute little Dark Elf girls.

Startled by Shu Feng’s sharp tone, the young Dark Elf girls quieted down immediately.

When Shu Feng walked out of the wooden house, he saw Camilla holding a green warbow. A mysterious, moon-shaped Curse Seal had appeared on her forehead, and bloody tears streamed from her eyes. A terrifying aura was emanating from her body.

Camilla’s face was calm, but it was as if two flames were burning in her beautiful eyes. "Shu Feng, thank you for saving us! I have something I need to ask of you!"

Shu Feng said, "What is it?"

Camilla said slowly, "I’m leaving them in your care. Please take good care of them until they turn eighteen. There’s a jar of honey from the Seven-Colored Bees in the village. Consider it payment for looking after them."

Shu Feng’s brow furrowed slightly. "You’re going for revenge?"

Camilla gritted her teeth, her pretty face contorted with hatred. "Yes! Those damned Demons destroyed my village and killed my mother. I will slaughter every last one of them, even if it means burning away my own life."

Shu Feng said, "Alright! I promise. But I hope you’ll travel with me, because our goals are the same. I also need to eliminate those Demons to open a path to the Human Realm. If you come with me, we’ll be that much stronger, and our chances of killing those Demons will be that much greater."

Camilla pondered for a moment before saying decisively, "Alright!"

「Near the Demonized Giant Rat Valley.」

Five Spirit Warrior-level Black Dog Void Demons were patrolling the area.

Inside the valley, a few teachers were organizing the students to cure various kinds of jerky and reinforce the crude treehouses to make them sturdier and more presentable. They were already preparing to live here long-term.

A Black Dog Void Demon suddenly tensed up, staring toward a patch of grass and letting out a series of frantic barks.

"Enemy attack! Follow me!!"

Ding Xiaoxue’s fine eyebrows shot up, a grave look flashing in her eyes. She gripped the Long Sword at her side and shouted the order.

The Celestial Favorers who had awakened Skills, along with about twenty able-bodied male students, all grabbed their weapons and followed Ding Xiaoxue out.

When she reached the valley entrance, Ding Xiaoxue saw a dense horde of Big Goblins, each with a Parasitic Spider Demon on its back, pouring out of the nearby forest.

The five Spirit Warrior-level Black Dog Void Demons were weaving through the Big Goblin horde, having already torn out the throats of five of them. They then retreated to the perimeter of the horde, watching predatorily for another opening.

SWISH! SWISH! SWISH!

Suddenly, thirty Dark Elves emerged from the woods. A volley of Arrows shot toward the five Black Dog Void Demons like meteors.

After the shower of arrows, each of the five Black Dog Void Demons had one or two Arrows sticking out of them. They quickly retreated as drops of blood fell to the ground.

"Lord Bagu, why don’t you use Magic? With your Magic, you could easily finish off those five black dogs."

Behind the two hundred Big Goblins, a Goblin Leader asked a Goblin Shaman who had a large spider clinging to his back.

The Goblin Shaman stared intently at Ding Xiaoxue, a greedy glint in his eyes. "Those five black dogs are nothing but ants! They aren’t worthy of my Magic! That woman, on the other hand, she is worthy. If we capture her alive and offer her as a sacrifice to His Majesty the Demon King, we’ll be rewarded and can all become nobles!!"
