Entering Apocalypse in Easy-Mode-Chapter 450: Three Gods
Chapter 450: Three Gods
Meanwhile, in another corner of the cosmos that not too far from the ruins of the storm and the shattered moon domain, two figures emerged from the portal.
Clyde glided forward without sound. His body now always cloaked in liquid shadows that dripped across the air behind him like ink.
Beside him Asqa who still cloaked in flowing white robe. Her expression looks calm but also ready for anything. Her every step left behind cracks of light in the ground after she gain Tsukuyomi’s Celestial power.
They had arrived in the new domain.
Their target was the next of the Celestials. The god known as Amaterasu the Goddess of the Sun. Her domain was once a shining expanse of golden sky and crystalline towers. But now the brilliance had dimmed, the clouds had thickened and the air carried the taste of death.
"Let’s go," Clyde said. frёewebnoѵel.ƈo๓
Asqa nodded.
The two of them fly through the domain while expecting another attack to come soon.
---
Right now, Amaterasu was no longer alone but Clyde and Asqa didn’t know it.
She had felt the death of her brothers, Tsukuyomi and Susanoo. The threads between them had been severed. The void of sorrow they left behind was undeniable.
Because of that she called her other kin here after realizing that they can’t win alone. Now, Hachiman, God of War, and Fūjin, the Wind God, stood beside her.
Amaterasu cloaked in robe that emiting sunlight. She sat atop her radiant throne of fireglass. Her eyes no longer held their usual serene wisdom but narrowed focus and pain.
Her golden hair floated as if caught in an unseen tide. She already whispered incantations to the sky to weave protective barriers throughout the domain. Knowing that Clyde and Asqa will come.
Hachiman who always wearing armor stood at the foot of the throne. His hand never left the hilt of his blade. His jaw clenched with fury.
"Let them come here," he muttered. "I will kill them."
Fūjin floated lazily above the palace courtyard. His green cloak of swirling air snapping in every direction. But behind the grin on his face was grim anticipation. He felt the unnatural wind that hit the barriers. This is the scent of rot and corruption.
The scent of something wrong. The two anomalies who he had seen in recording is really foul and he hates them. Now after they killed his kin his hatred burning even more.
"They’re close," Amaterasu said quietly, her voice trembling not with fear but clarity.
"They already killed two of us," Hachiman added. "And now they immediately come after us without rest. They must be underestimating us."
Fūjin let out a dry laugh, though his eyes never stopped scanning the area in front of the domain entrance.
"We will show them what happens when you corner the children of Izanagi!" Fujin said.
Below, countless warriors and guardians assembled. The domain had transformed from a peaceful empire of light into a fortress and battlefield.
But neither Amaterasu, Hachiman, nor Fūjin knew that Clyde and Asqa had already pierced the edge of the realmveil. They can only sense that they were close.
Then it happened.
From the edge of the golden clouds Fūjin’s sharp eyes caught movement. He was two figures draped in black flying through the sky like ghosts, trailing a mist that corroded the air behind them.
His pupils widened, not in fear but in burning anticipation.
"They’re already here," Fūjin snarled, his voice booming across the sunlit fortress. "AND THEY’RE COMING TO US!"
Without waiting for permission or a single word of strategy, the Wind God surged forward.
The sky cracked open as he launched himself from the palace with a deafening sound. His body became a blur of green light. He spun violently through the clouds with winds howling around him.
"I will greet them myself!"
From the ground, Hachiman looked up, eyes narrowing at the streak of wind rocketing into the sky. He didn’t hesitate.
"Damn it, Fūjin, wait for formation!"
But the God of War don’t like to be the one left behind. In a thunderous pulse of magic power Hachiman leapt skyward. The force of his launch fracturing the marble beneath his feet.
With a war cry, he followed the green wind with his his sword already drawn and blazing with flame.
Far ahead, Clyde and Asqa saw the spiral of wind forming into a monstrous spear. The attacak was already almost upon them.
Clyde and Asqa frowned. He said, "That is not Amaterasu. In the database I have Amaterasu is a god of sun. That is wind power, right?"
"Right. That’s definitely the god of wind," Asqa said.
"They must be already realizing the danger so they are gathered to fight us," Clyde said, a little troubled.
"What we do then?" Asqa asked.
"Lets stick to the plan. Fight and kill them and if we can’t do it we retreat to another realm."
Hearing that, Asqa nodded. "Alright."
Asqa’s eyes glowed and she raised a hand to shield them with a veil of barrier but before she could say a word, Clyde had already moved.
"I got this one," Clyde said.
His hand crackled with a pure focused magic power. He activated [Pure Lightning].
A massive pillar of white-blue lightning erupted from Clyde’s palm. It tore through the clouds with a roar that shattered the sky, aimed directly at the oncoming god.
The energy was strong and merciless. A pure devastation shaped into lightning. It surged toward Fūjin.
But Fūjin didn’t stop or slowing his advance.
He screamed in exhilaration as the lightning struck him. His wind barrier clashing against Clyde’s thunder attack. The sky exploded in a brilliant collision of wind and lightning, sending shockwaves across the entire domain.
Down below, Amaterasu stood from her throne, eyes locked on the storm above. Her radiant aura flared, casting golden light across the battlefield.
"They’ve begun," she whispered. Without waiting to take a chance, Amaterasu also moved but slower than Fujin or Hachiman.
