Extra's Perfect Ending-Chapter 187: Punch through
Theia looks down from the building; she has to act fast before her power runs out.
"Break that!"
Jumping down from the roof, the wolf’s aim was clear. The mobile prison was situated in the middle of the road. Protecting the carriage were two priests having a conversation, slacking off on the job.
With the size of her wolf, Theia wasn’t aiming to sneak past the guards; she decided to incapacitate them directly. The wolf moved fast, its paw aimed directly at the priests, who could only stare in shock at the enormous creature.
They were squished into the ground, but just enough to incapacitate without killing them. She had the power, but she wasn’t comfortable getting blood on her hands, especially when they hadn’t done anything wrong.
The church wasn’t the best of institutions, but she acknowledged that without them, order wouldn’t be achieved so easily. Killing people of religion still left a bad taste in her mouth.
After receiving such a blow, the priest blacked out, leaving the mobile prison vulnerable. Theia ordered her trusty new companion to destroy the prison.
Inside, Hilda noticed the commotion and looked out the peephole. Seeing Theia with something massive by her side, she wasn’t sure what was happening.
"Miss Theia, what are you doing here?"
"Getting you guys out!" Theia quickly answered, not wanting to waste any more seconds.
The wolf obeyed her command, biting into the prison’s structure. Unlike the priest, who had used rope, Theia didn’t have the luxury of time or tools. The wolf had to rely on brute force.
Its fangs sank into the smooth stone, carving new grooves into the holy prison’s surface. The marble cracked under its powerful jaws as it tried to break it apart, each chomp bringing them closer to escape.
"What the hell are you doing!? It’s gonna break!"
Leon couldn’t help but scream, the prison was built from heavy stone and the moment that the wolf bites into it the stone began breaking apart. A piece of the white prison fell on the ground as the pattern inside the prison became unstable.
However, even with all this force, the prison didn’t break open. It was built to transport a mystic, with its thick wall and mystic bending property. If it could break from such an action there would be more prisoners trying to break out.
"Try a little harder miss!"
Leon changes his tune when he realizes what the girl is doing.
"I’m trying!"
Theia said, holding on to her consciousness trying harder to stay awake. The exhaustion started setting in and she could only hold for a bit longer. But that might just be enough. The wolf bites in harder, its purple eyes are ferocious and aggressive.
It claw on the thing trying to break the prison open.
Inside, Hilda noticed something, the pattern on the wall was shaking. It glows for a bit before the light dissipates. Gathering her thoughts it was likely the thing that holding her mystic power was now disappearing, she had the idea.
Her coldness reaches into the body and uses her power and surprisingly it worked
"You, could you use your power to cut this prison open?"
"I could use my power!?"
"Try it!"
Leon didn’t hesitate, this is once in a lifetime opportunity to escape from the church. Taking it is only the right choice. He rips out a piece of his cloth and freezes it. The thing instantly became a sharp weapon.

Leon put all of his effort into his swing,
Thing!
It was like an ice-hitting marble, the slash generated a bit of a cut but it was nowhere near enough to let them escape.
Theia wolf chomps on the prison harder, not only is her exhaustion but also the fact that what’s she doing is creating a big commotion.
Putting the whole thing in a time limit. Luckily something is on their side for once, one of the bites that her wolf makes has caused some serious damage. It cracks the stone could be seen from both sides.
"Cut it!"
Hilda yelled at Leon. He pulls his frozen piece of cloth and slashes at the crack, further widening it. They made leaps of progress, but Theia’s power is running out. The wolf got less and less ferocious as the power supporting it dwindled.
Hearing the commotion outside, Hilda could guess that Theia’s power must be nearing its end, and getting caught there would spell doom for her.
"Slash harder!"
"I’m trying! this thing is like cutting a brick but, ten times worse!"
However, despite his words, the cracks started widening more and more as he slashed it. Hilda wishes she had her knife but reality is not that convenient. So the only thing she could do was use her hand to punch the brick.
Leon would like to say something but he held back, he needed to get out of here after all. Her punch might not do much but every bit helps. Blood gushes out of her hands trying to break the prison but it does matter not. This pain is nothing.
The wall is soaked with red as the crack keeps widening. Leon also does his best, and seeing Hilda doing her best boosts his morale greatly.
Outside Theia couldn’t hold on any longer, she hated this about her power. Every time she used it she had to take a nap. It felt horrible, she tried to force her eyes open but he could do nothing about this. The price must be paid to ue the power.
Her body flops on the ground, and the wolf that she summons disappears. Hilda increased her frequency of punching, wanting to break out.
Finally, the crack is widened enough to change something, she can no longer feel her hand. So she changes the method to kicking. And the first time she kicks the crack to create a hole big enough for her to get through.
Without wasting a single second, she crawls through the hole that was made near the door. Arriving outside she could feel the cold of the winter immediately. But that matters not, at the moment, she rushed to check on Theia’s condition.
