Extra's Perfect Ending-Chapter 326: Lunto
Nena leaped into the air. There wasn’t much else she could do; being slow meant she couldn’t guarantee the safety of the apostle and the two others with her. However, falling from such a height while carrying ordinary people would be a death sentence for them. To slow their descent, she skillfully used the golden cloth, latching onto nearby surfaces to reduce their speed as they fell.

The descent was long and grueling, and eventually, Nena encountered a serious problem. Below her, the clouds swirled violently, spiraling back into the mountain. If they passed through, they would almost certainly be swept away by the raging storm below.
She glanced back toward the path she had taken, checking for any signs of pursuit. To her surprise, she spotted a lone figure plummeting freely through the sky above, falling straight toward her.
"Hold on tight!"
Before anyone could respond, she plunged headfirst into the storm. The violent wind greeted her with the same ferocity as before, followed by rocks hurtling through the air. At that moment, her body was completely swept by the gale, leaving her with little to no control over where things might go from there.
On both of her shoulders, Reeva and Hilda were hanging on and on her back Theia closed her eyes shut when faced with three risky jumps.
Theia’s heart felt like it was about to burst from her chest. Hilda remained vigilant, her eyes fixed on the area where the pursuers might appear, while Reeva’s expression darkened with frustration. The skeleton wasn’t just a random threat—it was a late-game adversary from the book, a terrifying entity that only emerged in the later stages of the novel as one of the invaders from another dimension.
From that, he knew that the emperor was at least a 9th-circle mystic being, just one step away from gaining godhood. Reeva never knew he would encounter such a monster here. Moreover, his minion that he could summon from the death scepter was also a big problem.
In Athan’s hand, the death scepter only gains power when he manages to raise a big-shot mystic being of the Sun church. However the emperor didn’t need time to set anything up, he already had his minion inside the scepter.
The way it works is simple, you could raise the would of a person that you killed from the dead using their own life force. Two of the users of this scetor, Atahn and the emperor basically cheat this condition by having infinite amounts of lifeforce. The scepter then becomes one of the most powerful items in their hands.
Reeva needed power now more than ever. To gain it, he had to spread his faith, to make others believe in him. But that would have to wait—survival came first. He needed to make it out of this place alive, though his chances seemed to grow slimmer with every passing moment.
Nena tried to travel down but the wind was too violent, The gale swept her higher and higher and pulled her closer and closer to the mountain at the center of the storm.
"He came"
Hilda shouted for everyone to hear her, The violet wind was clocking their communication with each other from how loud it was. She needed to shout for one more time to get Nean looking. The girl priest felt a bottle panic when she saw that her pursuer was still chasing after them
"Shit"
The priest cursed under her breath as she eyed the man. Her mind raced, desperately searching for a way to escape the violent winds. There was nothing solid to grab onto except the floating rocks drifting by. Some were stable enough to cling to, and others might even support her weight. But none of them were close enough for her golden cloth to reach.
Do I have to ue my Gnosis here?...
She began to ponder the possibilities rock after rocks floated by just out of her reach. On the other hand, Lunto was also struggling with the storm. His body was not immune to getting blown away by the wind. He could wrap himself with a mystic aura but that would just be falling down to the ground first and not catching Nena.
If he lost them here, it would be hard to find her and others again. Nena looks to the side, trying to find the best way to exit the storm. The wind was strong enough to keep them afloat but she knew she couldn’t be here forever. Three of them were floating aimlessly through the wind.
Eventually, a big rock passed by that she could grab onto with her clothes, and then she pulled the four of them to it settling down on the floating rock that was circling the center of the storm. By now she didn’t even know where she would be if she exited the storm.
Lunto enveloped himself in a mystic aura, halting his movement against the raging wind. As the emperor’s right-hand man, such control was well within his abilities. The wind could no longer toss him around, but gravity still took hold, pulling his body downward. Despite the chaotic descent, he remained steady, no longer at the mercy of the swirling winds.
Nena saw Lunto’s maneuver and realized she needed to act quickly, but it was already too late. A rock had drifted close enough to Lunto for him to seize the opportunity. Using his mystic aura, he grabbed the rock and hurled it toward the center of the storm, where a patch of flat land lay waiting.
"Hold on tight!"
Nena spoke with a confident voice, her golden cloth wrapping tightly around the entire party as they descended at a terrifying speed. Reeva raised his arms to shield himself from the impact, while Hilda braced herself with quiet resolve. Theia, too frightened to face what was coming, buried her face into Nena’s back, refusing to look. Moments later, the golden cloth expanded, enveloping everyone completely as they hurtled downward through the storm.
The rock shatter on the flat top making the previous jump crack even more uglier than before. The ball of golden cloth absorbed all the impact and rolled out of the shattered rock.
