Forever Destined to the Silver Shadow-Chapter 214: I will tame your wrath
Theo’s POV:
I smiled to myself when I saw Oberon in a depressed state. He thought of using innocent Celestia as his shield—but that has backfired to him. He should have known better than to use Celestia as bait every time.
Now that Celestia herself has confessed that she doesn’t need the crown, Oberon can’t force it on her.
Oberon concealed the disappointment from his face and smiled at Celestia. "My child, if that is what you want, then I am not going to stand in your way—"
Then he faced his subjects and said, "I hereby call off the coronation! The Dawn will continue serving the people of the Celestial realm as a warrior—"
Oberon looked at Celestia again and instructed her, "Before you leave the Chapel, you should apologize to Samuel’s son for terrorizing him."
This is completely unnecessary. I don’t need an apology from my love.
"Yes, Father! I will apologize to him," she said and turned to me.
Her face and hair were still greasy. The bloodstains on her golden gown have dried up now. Still, she was elegant, and I wasn’t able to stop admiring her.
’I know that it is you, Silver Shadow,’ she thought in her head. ’I know that you can hear what I am thinking.’
Oh my! My love has caught me. But she could be bluffing too. So I blankly stared at her and acted as if I didn’t hear her thoughts.
’You can quit the act now, trickster! I know it is you. You are in disguise—still, I caught you the moment I kissed you.’
I was frozen. Perhaps she really found me! Still, I maintained my act and stood casually before her.
Everyone in the Capel was quietly watching us both and wondered why the Dawn took this much time to apologize to me. Only Ivory knows that a telepathic conversation is going on between her and me!
’Come on, trickster! You and I have kissed a thousand times before. Do you think that I will not know it when I kiss you?’
For that, I grinned at her like an idiot. Only after I reacted did I realize my mistake. I have exposed myself to Celestia!
’I caught you again, trickster,’ she smirked while she had that thought. ’To be honest, I was in a dilemma before—but now you blew up your cover by reacting to my thoughts.’
My love has become wise! She tricked me into exposing myself.
’Well, played, my love,’ I whispered in her head. ’You tricked a trickster today—’
’Just wait until I get back my Angel powers. Then you will know my wrath!’
I smiled at her and whispered, ’I can’t wait to see your wrath, Celestia! I promise that I will tame your wrath all day and night until you are alleviated. You will definitely get the salvation that you desperately need through my love—"
She winced slightly and looked away from me. She tried to keep a mean face—but I know that she is shy!
’Just confess that you want me! You desire me just like I desire you.’
Now she bit her blood-stained lips and tried to keep her mind free from thoughts. She is suppressing her desires! I love it when she does that. It makes me want to tempt her even more until she gives in to me.
"Celestia, why are you taking this long to give out an apology?" Oberon shouted suddenly and interrupted our streamy telepathic conversion.
Celestia came back to her senses and turned to Oberon. "I am sorry, father! I don’t think that it is necessary for me to apologize to him; I did that under the influence of thirst."
"It doesn’t matter," he snapped at her. "You attacked him, and you should apologize. This is my order!"
She then frowned and said to me in a low tone, "I am sorry that..... I tried to attack you—"
But in her mind, she thought, ’This is not over yet, trickster! I will definitely find a way to expose your cover to everyone else and destroy you—’
’And I will be waiting for you, my love-’
After that, she turned on her heels and walked away from me. My first quest is accomplished!

Lilin was waiting for us to arrive at the fort of the Northern mountains. I don’t understand why she is still here. She could leave now and come back when it is needed.
It is really uncomfortable to have your deadly enemy around you all the time. This is like having a snake closer to you, and it is waiting for an opportunity to bite you when you are weak—still, you can’t do anything about it.
My head hurt when I saw Lilin in my room. She was wearing a purple gown like every other woman here. Probably she wants to blend in among the Perspicacious Faes!
"So I believe that you succeeded in your first quest," she asked me.
"Yes, I did! And I would very much appreciate it if you leave now. Your presence here might expose my cover."
"Fine," she sighed. "I will be out of your hair once you give me the moonstone—"
Then it hit me that I left the moonstone back in the Chapel. But I searched for it on the stage. It wasn’t there.
"Silver Shadow, give the stone back to me! I gave it as a loan to you, remember?"
"Well, I am afraid that I don’t have it. It is still concealed inside the golden orb of the Crown’s Jewel."
"Are you serious?" she shouted. "How can you leave that in there? It belongs to me! And without that, I can’t go back to my realm—"
I shuddered when I realized the seriousness of my ignorance. Shadow creatures can’t enter the realm of light. If they do, then the light creatures can sense it.
The moonstone acts as a free gateway to enter and exit the light realm without getting caught by the light creatures.
"I will retrieve the stone as soon as possible," I said to her. "Until then, you should hide out in this fort. No one can know that the Demon princess is here—"
