Game's Extra: Starting With SSS-Ranked 1000-Death Talent-Chapter 63: Came Out in Pieces
Noa had almost no experience with girls.
Especially when they believed he liked them, and even more so when they thought he was a pervert.
’How do I get out of this situation?’ he pondered. ’Do I have to kill her?’
As Noa’s head was full of extreme thoughts, the girl sent the monster flying and said,
"Do-don’t come here, you creep. I can’t believe it. It’s our first time meeting, and y-you are already..."
Her wrong impression escalated.
Noa was stunned.
’How could Z’s daughter be so naïve? She is a virgin for sure, but to this extent?’
Then he saw an opportunity.
Understanding that clearing the misunderstanding would be a challenge, he decided to go with the flow and act just as surprised.
"No, no," he started with strong denial. "I want to help you take the beast down."
The girl lowered her brows, her cheeks flushing with shyness.
Nevertheless, when Noa tried to approach her, she yelled, pointing her axe at him,
"Stay there. I don’t remember permitting you to move."
Her voice was soft, yet commanding.
No matter how gullible she looked, it didn’t change the fact that she was a true powerhouse Noa wanted to cultivate.
So instead of hearing her command, Noa pressed on.
His body moved through the rumbles, crossing the distance with two quick steps.
One second later, he was behind the Orchidaceae, slashing with his new sword, but the only thing he cut was the air, his blade meeting something immovable.
"I told you to stay still!" the girl roared, glaring at him.
It was their first time meeting so close, her sweet scent and deep brown eyes calming him down.
Noa smiled and winked at her.
The reaction he got out of her was just as delightful.
"Let me help," he repeated, trying to attack again.
"I don’t need your help," she answered, swinging her axe in his direction.
Noa dodged her strike.
He was stubborn and hacked his sword once again.
Yet the girl was just as persistent, blocking his every attempt.
’Her attributes are unusually high. Let me push a bit more,’ Noa decided.
Then he lunged at the monster from two different angles, avoiding the girl and her angered chain of slashes.
Also, she quickened her pace and put everything on the line to finish the monster.
It gave Noa momentum to deliver attacks of his own, increasing their combined damage output.
Every time he cut the plant, the girl glared at him in anger, vowing to punish him with death.
Still, Noa continued his actions, acting like a boy who was tormenting his crush.
The girl had long since regained her composure.
"I warned you," she called out.
Suddenly, Noa saw a big-ass axe moving horizontally, aiming to cut his torso in half.
There was a slight gap, a moment given by his maxed-out agility for him to avoid the death threat.

As soon as the sharp blade made contact with his body, he lost his life, and an Echo in the process.
Aeris would definitely scold him for wasting the most important resource.
But Noa’s mentality differed from hers.
What was the point of having near-infinite lives if he never used them?
It was like owning every book in the universe and never actually reading any of them.
And most of all, Noa wanted to increase his grade soon anyway, so why even bother preserving them?
He was back inside the nothingness.
It felt like a calm, familiar home.
But it was a home that would kick him out on a moment’s notice.

Before his flesh was reconstructed, the mighty daughter of the government’s highest official slew the monster.
Her squishy cheeks pouted in anger.
The rumor that she was a cocky prodigy turned out to be true.
She was raised with a diamond spoon, her pride and honor towering above everyone else.
Z was the father who would never tolerate failure.
She was the heir of Velrox and a person who would control the world one day.
Emotions were a burden—the weakness only a flimsy human could afford.
Not her.
Not for someone who had to continue her father’s glory, as the only answer was power and nothing else.
This was the mentality Z put her in from a young age, influencing and controlling her every action.
Every time they met, which was quite a rare occasion, he would demand more from her.
Not once had she experienced a world of encouragement or heard an offer to receive help.
And when one weird guy showed up and tried to tear every wall she had built for years, her first natural and instinctual reaction was to get rid of him.
The monster was dead.
The system notified her of her successful hunt, giving her levels and attributes.
But as she was looting the dried-up plant, she felt uneasy, her mouth full of foul taste.
She sighed.
But she didn’t regret it.
Then something unexpected happened before her eyes.
The boy she sliced in half twitched.
Then, just as abruptly, his eyes snapped open, his mouth gasping for fresh air.
"W-what?" she exclaimed and took a step back.
Noa moved his head as if searching through the battlefield.
He trailed his eyes and stopped his gaze on her.
A smile formed on his face, lips quivering in happiness.
"You are one damn rough girl, aren’t you?" he asked, still smiling.
After that, he stood up.
The wound was nowhere to be seen as his torso and the upper half joined like nothing had happened.
"How are you still alive?" she asked, drawing her axe.
"Who knows? Maybe you didn’t try enough," he teased, nearing her.
The girl took one more step.
This time it was in his direction.
She wanted to finish what she started, and no hesitation was felt in her steps.
As for Noa, he tried to dodge.
He really wanted to fend off her axe, but her speed and strength caught him completely off guard.
The speed was something he could beat her at.
But when her axe snapped his sword like a wooden dagger, Noa dropped to the ground.
"Shit," he exclaimed with a grin.
