Ghost Exorciser: Is Loved By All-Chapter 739: Certificate
Chapter 739: Chapter 739: Certificate
"Medical skills? She has medical skills? But she is only 19 years old!"
"I don’t believe her. To become a proper, full-fledged doctor, one needs to study for more than 10 years! And even then, they all might not be as accurate as Yu Holea is."
"But isn’t this illegal? Prescribing medicine without studying medicine is illegal!"
Unfortunately, Yu Holea and Xu Tian couldn’t see the comments at all.
Just then, a middle-aged man walked in front of Yu Holea. With a suspicious face, he asked,
"Can you truly cure any of the body pain?"
Yu Holea smiled,
"Not all of them, sir, only those that can be cured."
The middle-aged man sat on the stool and stretched out his right hand.
"My hands hurt a lot, especially when I try to grip things. The pain has been there for years. Can you fix it?"
Yu Holea nodded and gently took his wrist, feeling his pulse. She then pressed lightly on certain points of his palm and fingers before asking,
"Do you often use your hands for heavy work? Maybe lifting or carrying things a lot?"
The man immediately shook his head.
"No, no, I don’t do anything like that. My job is easy."
Yu Holea raised an eyebrow but continued checking. She pressed another point on his wrist and asked,
"Do you often sleep in an awkward position? Maybe resting on your arm or curling your wrist while sleeping?"
Again, the man frowned and waved his hand.
"No way! I sleep perfectly fine. My sleeping posture is normal."
Yu Holea sighed inwardly. He kept denying everything.
She tried again.
"Have you ever suffered an old injury? Perhaps a fall or accident from years ago?"
The man scoffed.
"Young lady, you’re just guessing. I’ve never been in an accident. My body is perfectly fine except for this pain."
Xu Tian, who was watching from the side, glanced at Yu Holea with a look that said,
"What now?" The live chat was also buzzing.
"LMAO, this man won’t admit anything."
"She’s trying so hard, but he denies everything."
"Maybe he just likes arguing?"
"I think Yu Holea was faking till now, and the middle-aged man is exposing Yu Holea’s lies."
"+1"
"I think so too!"
Yu Holea smiled politely and said,
"Sir, let me ask one last question. Do you often eat a lot of cold food or drink too much iced tea?"
The man hesitated for a second before quickly replying,
"No! I eat normally, just like everyone else."
This time, Yu Holea chuckled lightly.
"Sir, then I have to ask, if everything is so normal, why do your hands hurt?"
"That is my question too! What don’t you try to treat me?" The man suggested.
Yu Holea smiled and nodded.
"Alright, I’ll treat you."
She gently held the man’s hand and pressed a few points on his palm and wrist. The man winced slightly.
"Does it hurt here?" she asked.
The man scoffed. "Of course! My hand hurts; that’s why I’m here!"
Yu Holea ignored his grumbling and continued pressing different spots on his arm. Finally, she stopped and looked at him.
"Sir, I think your pain is because of poor blood circulation and overuse of your hands. Even if you say you don’t do heavy work, your muscles are stiff, which means you use them a lot."
The middle-aged man’s face darkened. He pulled his hand away and scowled.
"What nonsense are you saying?" he snapped. "You’re just making things up! You’re not a real doctor at all!"
Xu Tian frowned. "Hey, old man, she never said she was a doctor."
But the man ignored him.
He stood up and pointed a finger at Yu Holea.
"I knew it! You’re just a fraud, tricking people for money—"
Before he could finish, his arm suddenly dropped limply to his side. His eyes widened in shock.
"Huh?" He tried to lift it again, but his arm wouldn’t move properly. His face twisted in panic.
"A-Ahh! My arm! What did you do to me?!" he shouted, stumbling backward.
The crowd gasped.
"What’s happening?"
"Did she really mess up his arm?"
The live chat exploded.
"Wait, wait, did she actually ruin his hand?"
Yu Holea’s eyes stayed calm. She crossed her arms and watched him coldly.
"Sir, are you saying I ruined your hand?" she asked.
The man clutched his arm dramatically, shaking his head.
"Yes! Before you touched me, I could move it fine! But now, it’s completely numb! I can’t feel anything!"
Some people in the crowd started whispering.
"This is bad. If it’s true, she’s in trouble."
"But her treatments worked on others before, right?"
"Maybe she finally made a mistake?"
Xu Tian stepped in front of Yu Holea.
"Hey, don’t talk nonsense! You’re trying to scam us, aren’t you?"
The man’s face twitched, but he quickly put on a pitiful expression.
"Scam? Why would I do that? I’m just a normal customer! I only wanted treatment, and now look at my hand!"
He waved his limp arm for everyone to see.
"She should pay for this!" he declared loudly. "Since she made my arm useless, she must compensate me!"
Now, the crowd was really buzzing.
"If his hand is truly injured, then this celebrity should pay him compensation."
"Indeed! I almost went to that celebrity for a checkup, and it turns out she was having beginner’s luck all along!"
"Pay! Pay him compensation! Pay!"
Xu Tian’s face darkened. He clenched his fists and stepped closer. "You old scammer! You were fine just now, and suddenly you can’t move your hand? Who do you think you’re fooling?"
Yu Holea, however, remained calm. She looked around at the buzzing crowd, then back at the middle-aged man. "Sir, you said your arm is completely numb, right?"
The man nodded quickly. "Yes! I can’t feel anything at all! You ruined my hand!"
Yu Holea let out a small smile. "Oh? Completely numb? No feeling at all?"
"None!" the man shouted.
"Then... let’s test it."
Before anyone could react, Yu Holea reached out and pinched the back of his hand—hard.
"AAAAH!" the man screamed and yanked his hand away. His whole body jerked in pain, his face twisting like he had been electrocuted.
The crowd fell silent.
Then—
"HAHAHAHA!"
"Wait... didn’t he say he couldn’t feel anything?"
"Bro just exposed himself!"
The live chat exploded:
"LMAO CAUGHT IN 4K!!"
"SCAMMER ALERT!!!"
"He just played himself! LOL"
Xu Tian burst out laughing. "Old man, didn’t you just say your arm was numb? Then why’d you scream?"
The man froze. His mouth opened and closed like a fish. Beads of sweat formed on his forehead as he looked around. The crowd was no longer on his side.
"Wait, maybe—maybe it just came back suddenly!" he stammered.
"Yeah! Maybe she did something bad, and now it’s slowly wearing off!"
But no one believed him anymore.
"Get lost, scammer!" someone shouted.
"You tried to ruin her reputation for money? Shameless!"
"People like you are why real doctors get doubted!"
The middle-aged man didn’t give up and pointed in Yu Holea’s direction,
"She doesn’t have a medical certificate! How can she prescribe anything to anyone? I will sue her for that!"
Xu Tian rolled his eyes. "Oh, now you wanna sue her? Weren’t you just trying to scam her a second ago?"
The crowd started murmuring again.
"Wait, he’s kinda right... Does she even have a license?"
"But she never said she was a doctor, did she?"
"She just helps people. That’s not the same as prescribing medicine."
Yu Holea sighed and crossed her arms. "Sir, I never gave you any medicine. I only did a simple massage to help your pain. How is that illegal?"
The man’s face twitched. "B-But you acted like a doctor! That’s still wrong!"
Xu Tian smirked. "So if I massage my grandma’s shoulders, does that make me a fake doctor too?"
The crowd burst into laughter.
The man turned red with embarrassment. "T-That’s different!"
"How?" Xu Tian asked, tilting his head.
The man had no answer. He looked around, realizing everyone was laughing at him now instead of believing him.
"And for your information, I am a certified TMC practitioner." Yu Holea said and turned toward the camera, "My dear manager, please post the proof."
The live chat went wild.
"WAIT WHAT?? SHE ACTUALLY HAS A CERTIFICATE??"
"HAHAHA SCAMMER GOT OWNED!"
"Post the proof! We wanna see!"
A few seconds later, a new message popped up on Yu Holea’s official account. It was a clear image of her Traditional Medicine Certificate, signed and stamped by the proper authorities.
The crowd gasped.
"She’s actually legit?"
"Wow, I didn’t expect that!"
"Then that guy was really lying the whole time?"
The middle-aged man’s face turned pale. His mouth opened and closed, but no words came out. He had completely lost.
Xu Tian grinned and crossed his arms. "Well, old man, got anything else to say?"
The man gulped and quickly turned away. "Tch! Whatever! I don’t have time for this!"
