Travis wasn't sure if Shane would pay him more but he knew that he could only negotiate if he really defeated this Vampire Lord.

"Ha!"

Travis gave his all as he slammed into Statham!

Boom!

Their collision then sent shockwaves through the battlefield, momentarily disrupting the fight of the other survivors.

"So, this is the strength of a pure-blooded Dragon…"

Statham said as he blocked Travis' attack with an armored forearm. Nonetheless, the force sent him skidding back.

"Impressive. But not enough."

The Vampire Lord then retaliated with a wave of his Blood Swords, tearing through Travis' scales.

Blood splattered the ground, but Travis laughed through the pain, his Dragon's Blood accelerated his healing.

"You're not the only one with strong healing ability… And you hit like a dying bat by the way…" Travis taunted, before grabbing Statham and hurling him into a crumbling wall.

Boom!

Before Statham could recover, Chaloem was already upon him. At this time, his palms are already glowing with sacred energy.

"By the light of the ancients—be purged!" Chaloem shouted as he poured most of his energy in this attack. He knew very well that a battle of attrition wasn't something that would favor them when fighting against a Vampire.

If possible, they had to end this as quickly as possible.

Boom!

Just like that, another explosion detonated against Statham's chest, sending him crashing through stone. The Vampire Lord felt the pain as his flesh started smoking from the holy damage, but his regeneration was already stitching him back together.

If any other Vampire was hit by that strike, they would've surely exploded and died from that attack. However, Statham was still a high-level Survivor! His current Vitality and Strength were on a completely different level.

It had certainly injured him but his regeneration was still able to keep up.

"Your faith is meaningless against eternity, old monk…" Statham said, before vanishing in a burst of blood mist.

Statham wanted to reposition himself as he didn't like how he was surrounded.

However, before that could happen, a silver flash cut through the mist!

Whoosh~

Lady Seraph's sword nearly took Statham's heart, forcing him to rematerialize mid-air.

"You cannot escape…" Lady Seraph said as her blade was suddenly ignited by blue fire.

Statham felt humiliated by that surprise attack and glared at her... "You DARE—?!"

He then shifted his focus on the woman as his Blood Swords met her sword in a series of sword strikes...

In just a few seconds, the two of them already exchanged attacks more than twenty times.

The force of their clash sent shockwaves all over the place, but Lady Seraph held her ground. It was, of course, thanks to her Epic-Grade armor resisting his dark energy.

Whooshh~ Whoosh~

Suddenly Travis and Chaloem joined in.

Realizing he was being cornered, Statham let out a roar. Soon, his body grew larger like it was expanding… As this happened, his vampiric power also became a lot stronger...

During this time, his skin darkened, his Blood Sword also grew longer, and lastly, there was a red miasma emitting around him.

"This is enough, mortals."

A shockwave of crimson energy blasted outward, throwing Travis, Chaloem, and Lady Seraph back.

It was so strong that the ground split open, and from the fissures, rivers of blood surged, forming monstrous tendrils before they all started lashing at them.

Travis barely dodged as he rolled to his feet. "Okay, now he's pissed. This is worse than a Zombie Lord I've killed."

Chaloem then struck his palm in the air and erected a golden barrier in front of him…

Boom! Boom! Boom!

The blood tendrils slammed against it with crushing force, cracks immediately spread on the barrier.

Lady Seraph then dug her sword into the earth as she started to gather her energy.

Aside from the Skill Potions she received from Shane, she had four other level 10 Skills and one of the was Guardian's Vigiliance. This ability including her level 10 Sword Mastery would ensure that she wouldn't lose a sword battle to anyone so easily.

However, it takes more than any Sword Technique to defeat Statham. They needed something else.

"Ha!"

Suddenly, a wave of force erupted. There was even an image of a golden shield that appeared in front of her… Furthermore, the force that spread out immediately ignited everyone's spirits…

It was Lady Seraph's Loyalty Shield that boosted defense, status resistance, and morale, and it affected a huge area, wider than Shane's monument!

Just like that, all the defenders started killing the remaining Vampires… Her plan was simple, she wanted everyone to finish off the remaining enemies and focus on Statham!

Statham noticed this as he realized that there were only a couple of hundred Vampires and dozens of Vampire Knights left… The True Blood Knights were even reduced to three at this point!

"So that's was it…" Statham was disappointed as he lashed out with his blood tendrils once again, however, Travis finally recovered and used his Dragon's Breath to destroy these tendrils!

Rooaaar!

Statham didn't feel disappointed at this as he raised his hand and a sphere of condensed blood magic formed above him, growing larger, darker, and more volatile.

Travis and everyone else knew that the final attack was coming.

Travis spat blood as he looked at Statham.

Statham's miasma was slowly affecting him and he was surprised about it. After all, he had a legendary Dragon Blood on him.

'I'm slowly being corrupted?' He thought.

Thankfully, Chaloem noticed this and used his mysterious sacred energy to purify his body.

"Ahhh… Thanks, Sir Monk." Travis said as he felt refreshed once again.

"Let's focus on this incoming attack."

Chaloem said as he closed his eyes, gathering his remaining energy. "On my signal."

Lady Seraph gripped her sword tighter and nodded. "Let's win this..."

As Statham threw the 'sphere of annihilation' toward them, the three warriors moved together.

Travis unleashed another Dragon's Breath this time. It was a blast containing a scorching fire that immediately clashed against the blood magic.

Chaloem's barrier, on the other hand, expanded and started purifying the corruption.

Finally, Lady Seraph moved and used all of her movement techniques to appear behind Statham…

Then, Lady Seraph saw as her Starlight Silver Sword sliced through Statham's body…

Boom!

It was then followed by an explosion with Statham at the very center…

Seraph was thrown away because of it but she didn't suffer major injuries. However, it shattered two of her life-saving tokens or Aura Sentinels.

"That must've killed him, right?" Seraph muttered as she looked at her sword made of Starlight Silver. This should be a great weapon that could kill Vampires.

At this time, Travis and Chaloem were also in a bad condition after getting struck by that sphere… At this time, all their life-saving tokens had already been used up.

Perhaps, if they weren't fighting within the Eclipse Domain where the monument's effect was active, they would already be dead by now.

Crash…

Suddenly, they heard from crunching of stones.

When the smoke cleared—

They saw Statham still standing but wounded…

They immediately noticed that his regeneration had actually slowed down by a huge degree.

However, it was difficult to continue the battle right now with their condition. None of the turrets, or flamethrowers, are working. The bullets of the snipers had been used up. The defenders were also shaken by that explosion.

"This is really bad." Travis was on one knee and many of his scales had already cracked.

Chaloem's aura was also barely present at this point.

Seeing this, the Vampire Lord laughed.

"You cannot kill me. I am eternal. Hahaha---"

But then—a deep voice stopped his tracks.

"Then let's test that theory."

From the shadows, Shinja emerged, his twin swords were also filled with freshly applied silver venom.

Statham's mocking laughter died in his throat as Shinja stepped forward.

The Warlord's eyes burned with bloodlust as his Warlord's Fury was already active and amplifying his aura.

"Ha… So you're still alive. Very well… These three are no fun." Statham said as he also used this time to recover.

"You talk too much for a corpse." Shinja said before rushing at him and spinning his blades.

Statham smiled as saw this."Another fool to crush."

However, before the Vampire Lord could react, a blinding streak of yellow lightning shot down from the sky—CRACK!

BOOM!

A thunderous explosion detonated at Statham's feet. It made him stumble as he showered in sparks and smoke.

He didn't notice this attack coming at all. There were no traces of energy or killing intent aimed at him! He was confused by this sudden attack.

However, he soon realized what was going on.

From the storm clouds above, a radiant golden bird descended, its wings were filled with electricity.

Sparky, the Thunderbird—one of Shane's powerful pets, had finally arrived!

The creature let out a piercing shriek from the sky like it was threatening the Vampire Lord...

Statham was immediately infuriated by the sight of the culprit. His body was still smoking from the sudden attack and his frustration was evident.

"A damned bird?!"
