Global Game: Developing a Knight Clan-Chapter 76: Thoughts on the VIP Launch

I started publishing this book on the 7th of last month, and now, on the 13th, after a little over a month in the new release period, it’s finally going premium.

It really hasn’t been easy.

But this is all thanks to the support of my readers. I want to thank you all again for helping my new book progress so quickly—from its first trial promotion at 100,000 characters, it skipped recommendation rounds and leaped all the way to the prestigious Sanjiang showcase. This has allowed me to bring the book to the premium shelves at just the right time.

After just three recommendation rounds, our total collection count has reached nearly 19,000. To be more precise, we managed this incredible surge after just a little over two weeks of being featured.

Although the highest it reached on the new book charts was 13th, I’m already really satisfied.

It’s incredibly difficult for a new author with a new account to make a name for themselves in the light novel category.

Next up, the book will officially go premium tonight at midnight, at the start of the 14th.

My active readership is just barely at the minimum required for the Sanjiang showcase, so I’m not aiming for any record-breaking numbers.

Writing a book really isn’t an easy task.

But I’m truly passionate about it and treat it as my profession.

I just want to keep my head down and write, to tell the story I want to tell, while also earning a little bit of money.

Therefore, going forward, I will guarantee a baseline of three Chapters per day, totaling at least 6,000 words.

On the launch day—tomorrow night—I will release four Chapters, for a total of at least 10,000 words.

I’m a pretty slow typer and have a busy life outside of writing, so this is already pushing my limits.

I hope everyone understands.

Additionally, I’ll release one bonus Chapter for every 1,000 first-day subscriptions we get, and another for every 1,000 monthly tickets.

Two thousand will get you two bonus Chapters, and so on.

Of course, as for donations, I’m tentatively planning on three bonus Chapters for every "Alliance Lord" supporter we get.
