Yue Phaelo chuckled at the eruption of her voice. It sounded like a heavenly thunder in his mind, but he had grown used to her.

"You dare laugh at this god insolent brat!" Lady Tianxu sounded angry at this time, but Yue Phaelo didn’t seem to take her seriously, he observed the yin core with interest burning in his eyes.

"Once... Once a god, Lady Tianxu," Yue Phaelo corrected her before putting the container away.

"Brat, are you forgetting that my spirit is still that of a god!" The young man, on the other hand, heard that he couldn’t help but give an exaggerated bow to her.

"Oh, great ancient god, have mercy on this insignificant soul!" It was comical, yet it seemed to have worked magic. 𝘧𝓇ℯℯ𝑤ℯ𝘣𝓃ℴ𝓋𝑒𝑙.𝑐𝘰𝑚

"Hmmph! That’s more like it, you’re lucky I didn’t get angry! The wrath of a god is not something you can handle mortal!" Yue Phaelo’s eyes twitched slightly.

"Are you not exaggerating? I mean, you have seen me naked before; I bet you even saw me and Yue Liqin doing it!" Wasn’t Lady Tianxu putting on so much of a show?

"Exaggeration! Exaggeration my foot! I have seen you, yes, but the thoughts of you playing with that thing..." Her voice trailed off.

Yue Phaelo laughed before she could finish, "Blames on you guys, you refused to help me out!"

"Yue Phaelo, if I don’t teach you a lesson today, my name is not Tianxu!"

What followed was a beating as she called him into the Ladoga forcefully to "impart" some knowledge to the ancient Dao of respect.

When Phaelo was thrown out of the pagoda, he was seriously bruised and tired.

"Damn! Lady Tianxu is like a feisty girl, deny her attention and she will turn wild like a wounded Crimson Scorpion!" Yue Phaelo cussed inwardly before keeping himself off the ground.

Miari flew back to the cave; she laughed at his dismantled face, not holding back at all.

Yue Phaelo looked at her with feigned cold eyes before he walked out of the cave. With the drop in his cultivation, he had to start being serious; he couldn’t go on like this.

"I can’t wait to see Long Zhen cleaning the floor with you,hahahaa!" Miari laughed again. For some reason, the way he was being treated made him regret ever accepting the Eternal Devouring Physique.

"Dangerous thought!" Yes, the things he could do with the physique outweighed the drop in cultivation. Imagine commanding more than one powerful physique!

"Just wait until I reach the Spirit Realm, Spirit Ascension Stage. Hmmph!" But the issue was, he couldn’t do that while in the sect, at least not with his real identity!

"Luckily for me, I can use another identity!" With his woman, Yue Liqin, being an elder of the sect, getting him another identity was simple.

"Dear Lady Tianxu..." He said softly knowing only sweetness could save his soft skin.

"Hmmph!" Lady Tianxu snorted before suddenly his whole appearance changed. "You can between your two appearances like you want with the ring on your fingers. It will hide your cultivation too!" There was a jade mirror on his finger.

Yue Phaelo probed it and realized it was also a storage ring, "an artifact ring with three functions? What grade is it lady Tianxu?" Since he was no longer a Heavenly Realm expert but a mere mortal in the Foundation Stage of the Mortal Realm, he couldn’t deduce the rank of the ring by merely looking at it.

"You have fallen so low, master! That ring is a Divine Rank!" Miari exclaimed with greed flashing into her eyes, seeing that Yue Phaelo pulled his hand away from her immediately.

"Che! Stingy master!" Although Yue Phaelo wasn’t short of treasures and artifacts, the ring was something else, and he didn’t possess even an Immortal Rank item, let alone something of the Divine Rank.

"Back to the bottom, huh?" He wondered about his next steps, even considering joining another sect. Although his sect was the Heaven Secret Sect, and he was even a core court disciple here, he wasn’t a registered member, so he could join another sect if he wanted, thanks to his new identity.

"I mean, this is my home, and the new sect can be my real sect, right?" But after contemplating the possibilities he decided against it.

"Little Phaelo, you should indeed join another sect there. You will be more free and welcome development with open eyes than here. You will have to always be mindful of your actions and steps here and it might cripple the potential you have!" Lady Tianxu suddenly encouraged.

"Yes, master, you have two identities. That means you can change characters with no problems; nothing will be lost. The Heaven Secret Sect has little to offer, you have everything it can give you. Thanks to that, you have given a lot of resources for cultivation, and with Yue Liqin and Yue Linxi, you can get a great deal out of the sect!" Miaria added too.

"While your sect is the strongest, it’s your cage too, the bast world has so much to offer for an adventurous cultivator like yourself if you embrace that..."

"I’m hungry!" Before Lady Tianxu could finish, Yue Phaelo cried out with a yawn.

He looked around but found nothing he could start with. With the weakness of a Foundation Stage mortal, Yue Phaelo could no longer resist hunger like his previous Heavenly Realm.

Sigh! "How will get over this weakness of mine!" He sat on the nearby stone, letting Lady Tianxu and Miari carry on.

"But how will I handle those big forces now, the Demon Sect and all?" Surely his presence as a Heavenly Edge Stage expert was needed.

"Don’t overestimate yourself. Who told you the Sky Above Realm needed you to solve real problems, young man!" Lady Tianxu said sharply. "The Splitting Sword, Sky Above Goddess, your parents, the Sky Above Realm never lacked experts. You’re making yourself look so important in the grand scheme of everything!"

Realization drowned him, his life as Yue Phaelo was overshadowing his vision.

"You’re right, I should just be glad and welcome this change. This way I can change my path to my liking!" Yue Phaelo nodded in understanding.

"Master, how about you frame your death?"

Before he could reply, Yue Phaelo was awoken, shocked by his dream, by a booming voice in his head, "Yue Phaelo, wake up! You’re dying!!!"

Lady Tianxu? Yue Phaelo wondered but he forced his eyes only to widen them in alarm. And so Yue Phaelo up from his slumber, that he had been in for as long as he was five years old!
