"You want to make my group stronger and turn me into a spy at the same time?" Hera asked, looking down at Azrail, who, still hiding behind his cloak, spoke.

"The first step to take would be to publicly announce my joining of your faction. That would rile up several feathers aiming for you. You should more than understand that to take you down, an internal traitor is needed."

Azrail’s words already rang true for Hera, but dealing with it wasn’t easy. Not to mention that a traitor might be in her own faction. There would be several other Gods, some powerful ones, that wouldn’t hesitate to strike her in the dark. Azrail’s words formed a certain meaning as she asked.

"You wish to act like you will serve them for their needs, while you will be serving mine?"

Azrail just nodded his head at her words.

"None of those people are stupid. It won’t be easy to fool them. Moreover, how would you trouble them all enough to get them all moving at the same time?"

To her question, Azrail, still looking up, spoke.

"Just the moment you announce my joining will release enough tension. My talents, even still raw, would be extremely dangerous in your hands. But we can take it a step further with some fun fight."

The words made Hera smile behind her veil, her eyes flashing with several hidden intents as she spoke.

"You wish to debut within the cosmic fighting association, right?"

Azrail once again nodded his head at it as he spoke.

"That’s right, and I would leave it to you to make it a fabulous one. The opponent I shall defeat will mark my first name, and it will rattle the rats hiding in the dark. They will either try to tame me or take me down, but it won’t be easy at all."

Hera’s smile widened at those words. She didn’t doubt his strength. To stand like this in front of her marks his highest mental form. And above that, with the secret of what he holds within his body, it would be no doubt that several powerful hidden cards lay in his hand, meaning it would be a glory that shall be hers.

"Not only will I get things going, but it would also raise your esteem within the Olympus. You just have to pick the right opponent for it."

"You don’t have to worry about that. I will make sure the resulting situation will be a grand one."

The confidence in her voice was very present, to which Azrail gave a light bow to Hera as she spoke.

"Then from there, we shall strike."

Shaking off the dizzying feeling, Azrail appeared back in reality, where Adria floated beside him, Ravenna stuck to him, taking up a bit of his comfort zone as he asked.

"So, what do you think?"

"I think you are crazy to even think of doing this," Adria replied, though Azrail could see the desire for conquest in her eyes, those eyes that had looked down on almost everything.

"Well, you must be a little mad to take everything you want," Azrail replied with a smile as he started to pat Ravenna’s hair. Adria felt a certain burn in her heart from his words as she floated in front of Azrail and started to speak.

"While the ones in Olympus exist with the highest level of infighting, it doesn’t mean you can easily take them from the inside. Many foolish ones with such thoughts only perished without even leaving their souls behind."

Azrail nodded his head at those words, feeling the soft changing structure of Ravenna’s hair as he focused his gaze on Adria.

"I know that. While they try to kill each other, when an external threat comes, they would try to kill us faster than any other. But if we play our cards right, it would be the best for us."

The subtle confidence in Azrail’s words brought a certain thought into Adria’s mind as she asked.

"What do you know?"

To this, Azrail replied with a question.

"Can’t you see it?"

His words confirmed the thoughts in Adria’s mind as she spoke.

"I can see the vortex of Olympus’ curse of prophecy in her. Her fall would come under the call of Olympus. I can also see the influence of a certain fate trying to put her down to raise another."

Her words made Azrail smile, as his mind flashed with the image of a certain chosen one, one that would grow from the fallen divinity of Hera to change and grow Olympus into something better, being the support for Heavenly Opposers, a power not to be messed with.

"I might know some things about Hera, maybe even the path to her fall."

His words brought a certain glow to Adria’s eyes, those stars shining brighter, her mind reeling with ideas as Azrail continued to speak.

"I know tricking Hera won’t be easy, but don’t I also have you too? With you, who almost manipulated the most powerful to get what you want, what can’t I do with you by my side?"

His confidence in Adria made her internally smile. She too, from the past, had a bone to pick with Hera. She could still remember the eyes of the ones that had looked down on her as they had cast everything away from her, those eyes that believed they had bested her, especially the instances she had seen from Hera.

It would, in a sense, be fun to help Azrail take down things from the inside, and perhaps with her by his side, it won’t be a complete defeat on his desire to get the fallen Hera into his hands.

While several ideas ran through Adria’s mind, Azrail internally smiled, looking at the thoughtful stunning face of Adria. Azrail isn’t fully arrogant enough to believe that he could on his own be able to complete his goals from within Olympus all on his own. Sure, he had broken down sects and organizations from the inside on his past quest for slaughter.

But with Olympus, it’s a whole other level, with skills, minds, and powers beyond comprehension. There would be a lot that won’t be easy to take down. Azrail is confident in playing his role, but to get what he wants fully done, it would be imperative to have Adria by his side. Her knowledge and abilities would be the best help for him.

To be able to see through shifts and desires that others can’t see, to help understand the sudden fall in fate between the ones he plans to manipulate—the one capable of doing all this is Adria. One day Valencia will be able to do more than her, but with the current strength of the ones that Azrail wants to face, Adria would be the best choice for him.
