Heavenly Opposers-Chapter 349 - 348-Good Plan?

"I-I can really stay here?"

Huifen asked, hope building within her, to which Azrail nodded his head. 𝙛𝒓𝒆𝙚𝒘𝒆𝓫𝙣𝓸𝙫𝓮𝒍.𝒄𝒐𝓶

"Yes, you can, but note that staying here is all good, but it will come with tasks and actions that you will have to do."

To Azrail's words, Huifen nodded her head, her eyes lighting up with confidence as she replied.

"Of course, I won't be a worry for you!"

"We will see."

Azrail replied, as he too took a sip of the tea, his mind running around with what he could do with Huifen. He already has much of an idea about the total level of what future Huifen holds, and perhaps if she is trained well, she would become a good course of power holder within the lower realms, someone the family will be able to use for their own stuff.

'Someone talented, lost within the fate of being a little bit extra.'

Musing on that thought, Azrail replied.

"You can go ahead and rest and get settled. The maids will show the way."

Azrail spoke, pointing the way, to which Huifen, nodding, stood up from the chair, leaving. One of the maids went forward to lead the way, leaving Azrail with his thoughts. Xia had made her move, and she hoped a lot, and to Azrail, the woman as Xia, would be perhaps useful towards his plans and his mother's future actions too.

Azrail stood up from his seat and stretched, his mind surging forward with all the ideas he had, and right now, it was the perfect time to start moving on the stuff that Azrail had to do. The main idea that Azrail had in his mind was to first deal with the most important members of the Heavenly Opposers who would be growing out from here.

The best option will be to take them all under his wing, support them and become the best thing in their lives, such that in the future, they will all fall in line under his hands. And Azrail is indeed very tempted to do that, but he is holding himself back. Just like Valencia, the rest of them are born with ingrained greatness in them.

This comes with them having their own treasures, being extremely smart and having a huge will and pride. Plus, if Azrail is to set his hands on this, then that will mean holding them back, too. The problems, the paths they face, and the issues that fall onto them are the ones that push them to become what they are.

The hardships that broke them and the truth they found on their own are way more important. Plus, it's never too late to add them under him when the time is right, too. Even above all that, there are certain Heavenly Opposers members that Azrail has to hunt down to gain his evolution, so it's best to lie in the darkness, guiding them.

'My moves have to be very careful.'

Get close to them enough to leave a huge mark on their life and keep constant communication, while also not blocking the true path they all have to walk. It's not an easy line to walk, but it's a line that Azrail has to walk nonetheless.

It would indeed take some time to get all this done, too, so Azrail will have to move with careful steps every step of the way, each one more careful than the rest. And by now, Azrail had already settled on the people that will all be coming with him on this journey across the realm.

With the gifts Azrail has, travelling the long distance is a breeze. It will just take a few months, maybe close to a year, to get all this done. In the meantime, Meng Yao is already keeping an eye on Ruibo for me, his actions turning for the better, generating some waves here and there.

'His time will come too.'

Musing through it, Azrail thought of the company that would be coming with him, and he already felt a wave of headache filling him up. It will be quite the load of burden that he will have to deal with, and it won't be much fun either.

'Xuanyin, Raena, Valencia, and me.'

The gathering itself was already something that was causing him a headache. In fact, Valencia need not come, since she is busy, but she insisted on it since she didn't want to spend too much time apart from Azrail, not to mention that soon, she might be separated from him, as her father's family might soon be making a move to take her back.

Just day by day, the position and power Valencia's showing is already gaining her a lot of connections, not to mention she is ridiculously talented and very smart. All the qualities a good elder would love to see in a future successor, so things are going well on all fronts. Not to mention, Azrail knows who will take Valencia in as her "master."

That itself will give Valencia another level of backing, so overall, it will truly be a kickass time. Maybe in a year or two, she will be called back, which means that Valencia wants to spend as much time as she can with me while she is here, and Azrail wasn't going to reject such a gesture, either.

Just like with others, Azrail has also spent his fair share of time with Valencia, increasing their connections and forming a more robust emotion between the two of them.

The only worry Azrail has is just leaving his mother like that. She is one who would definitely feel all lonely if it were just her in the palace, though there are Azrail's grandparents and his uncles. Azrail knows, above all, how much his mother depends on them, too, so it would indeed be hard on her, too. The only good thing being the fact that it's not the complete end there.

Under his mother's eyes, Azrail had burned through some larger reserves to build a single always existing teleportation node between one of the doors in the chariot to a single door that Azrail's mother wanted, meaning that at any point in time, she could just walk through the door and be within the chariot that Azrail is travelling in.

So, it feels like there won't be much difference.

So then came the question, why the hell is Valencia coming with him then?

Can't she also just use the door to come and meet Azrail whenever she is feeling like it?

And the answer was more towards the fact that she just wants to do it. Valencia wants to experience travelling around, experiencing new things all around the realms with Azrail. She just wants to be with him, and Azrail had no refusal to that. If she wanted it, then there was no issue with having her come along with Azrail.

Raena jumped in because she thought it was fun. All she does is just train, drink, and play around. She was playing around being teasing Azrail a lot, disturbing Azrail, messing around with Azrail, or having heart-to-heart crazy talk with Azrail. Two broken souls seemingly understood each other very well, so they quickly got along very well.

Plus, new and crazy stuff was what Raena signed up for, so she jumped in with the whole travel thing. Plus, Azrail also has to mention the ghost Adria attached to Valencia, who is also coming along on the trip, so...
