Chapter 180: Chapter 180 Chaos night...

Xylander descended the staircase accompanied by Draven, who looked exhausted after managing to put the twins back to sleep.

Xylander walked down in a shaggy top and sagging jeans that ultimately revealed his boxers—a look that was undeniably sexy. Draven, on the other hand, was dressed in heavy nightwear and moved drowsily, heavy with sleep.

"I wish I could sleep. I don’t have the strength for any night party," Draven sighed, his eyes baggy and tired.

"Xylander, can’t we skip this event and just have fun together?" Draven sulked, but Xylander nudged his shoulder.

"Just this night. Let’s get this over with. You know how important this is to him and how angry he gets with his family. Let’s just work through it," Xylander reminded him, and Draven smiled.

Of course, he would move mountains for his sweetheart, Daniel. He wouldn’t have gone otherwise—he despised that gold-digger Alessandro Lancaster—but he was putting up with it because Daniel asked. Otherwise, why attend such a sick event? It was a blatant lie for elites to flaunt their luxury and make others feel inferior.

All the fuss about the New Year was just a pretext; that was the real deal. Stepping to the dining table, Xylander dropped three invitations on the glass surface before noticing the latter eating in a corner, shivering like a drenched chicken.

"Okay, what is he doing at my dining table?" Xylander asked, standing upright in rage. He might have seemed calm, but he hadn’t forgotten what that monster—now eating at his table—did to his poor, stubborn baby sister.

"I told him to sit and eat so he’d have the strength to help me at the event," Daniel explained, arriving with a plate of salad that he placed near Adrian’s corner.

Adrian, eating quickly despite Xylander’s glare from across the table, reached for the salad and bowed in thanks to Daniel.

Xylander frowned, unhappy with the turn of events.

"So you’re feeding him now? This isn’t right in our matrimonial home. Send him back to his room—that’s where an animal like him belongs," Xylander thundered.

Yikes. Draven shuddered. What a cranky man—like someone old with a terrible temper.

"Just chill, Xyle. Don’t tell me you’re feeling insecure over that walking corpse. Come on, you’re better than that. You’re married to him—what more are you expecting?" Draven asked, perplexed by his jealousy.

Xylander pouted. He still hadn’t talked things through properly with Daniel, and neither had Draven or Alexander. None of them had had a deep conversation with him after their escapades, and it felt like their normal bond wasn’t the same as before.

He wanted to sit him down, talk to him, kiss him, and tell him he was his light and life—that no one would separate them again like months ago. That was the plan, but as usual, something stood in the way: both his wretched family and the miserable man sitting opposite them.

"Draven, things don’t feel as sweet as before. I feel like I’m not connecting to Daniel—and Dan, you can feel it too. Let’s leave all this behind, run away, and start that new life we wanted. This is the last time I’m begging you," Xylander pleaded, trying to convince Daniel to let the past go.

Let them enjoy the future and keep things as sweet, passionate, and steamy as before. But Daniel wasn’t keen on that. He had come too far to stop now and couldn’t let his family go scot-free. He had repeated it often—leaving Alessandro behind was something he’d only do over his dead body.

And he wasn’t dying anytime soon, so that wasn’t happening.

"Draven, darling, and Xylander, hubby... I love you all, but you can’t say our connection is weak. That will never happen in this lifetime. Don’t you believe in love? I know I haven’t been completely open, but with the New Year coming, I’m promising a new me. Isn’t that perfect?" He smiled at the two.

"Normal might not be possible anymore because we aren’t some boring couple. Look—I have two boyfriends and one husband. Soon, all will be married to me. Who else does that?" Daniel asked before turning to Adrian.

He walked over sexily, massaging Adrian’s shoulders as he sat in the dining chair sipping juice.

"This is just one night. I want it to end wonderfully—not just normally, but with a booming scandal that will shake all of New York again. That’s when I’ll announce my presence. Isn’t that fantastic?" He grinned, and the two men before him smiled in return. Even Adrian smiled—not because he wanted to, but because Daniel looked at him, and to avoid ending up in that terrifying room again, he flashed a perfect smile, making Daniel giggle.

Daniel stamped his foot in playful frustration.

"I’ve been talking about this for almost an hour, and we still haven’t dressed or gone over the plan properly. I don’t want everything ruined," Daniel said, now marred with fear.

Maybe this plan wouldn’t come to pass after all. But Xylander took his hands and kissed his fingertips.

"Go up and put on that killer outfit. This is our night. Don’t keep us waiting too long." Xylander kissed his hands tenderly, and Daniel blushed, flipping his hands in a feminine way while winking at Draven, who immediately grew hard. Daniel noticed the bulge, but out of embarrassment, Draven grabbed a large tray from the table to cover himself, shifting back in shame.

"I think I’ll go ahead and dress up too. See you all at the driver’s lot. Look hot, everyone," Draven said before dashing out.

Then Xylander pushed Daniel back toward his room as the latter tried to argue.

"What about Alexander? Is he ready for the big night?" Xylander shrugged, and before Daniel could speak again, he silenced him with a kiss, nibbling his upper lip before swallowing his whole mouth.

Daniel’s back pressed against the wall as Xylander’s hands trailed down his jaw, neck, and chest.

"Fuck, I’ve missed the sweet taste of your mouth, Hubby," Xylander moaned, taking another kiss as Daniel was thoroughly claimed.

He wasn’t complaining, though he would’ve preferred the comfort of the bed.

"A quick ride before the party?" Xylander demanded, but Daniel, being a naughty baddie, chuckled.

Oh, he wasn’t going to get what he wanted—not tonight.

"I need to dress. Move out now," Daniel pushed Xylander back slowly before slamming the door in his face and staying on the other side in his room.

Whew! That was close. If I’d stayed, I might have cummed really fast—that was hot.

Now he remembered the dress he’d picked, so he jumped in joy, freshened up in the bathroom, and sat before the mirror to style his hair. It would’ve been easier to call a hairstylist, but he concluded he was better than those quacks anyway. Slowly brushing through his purple hair, he began a simple cornrow braid, watching himself in the mirror.

Within fifteen minutes, he was done with the braid. He applied a touch of blush and light cosmetics—Daniel wasn’t a drag queen (no homophobic meaning intended), but he didn’t identify as one. He supported the LGBT community, but for himself, too much makeup felt unnatural. With a face as cute as his, just lip tint and blush were enough.

While lost in thought, he glanced at the clock and realized he’d already spent an hour getting ready and wasn’t finished. Not wanting to cause delay, he hurried into the dress and scrambled for his handbag.

Finally, he stepped down the staircase in a new pair of Prada boots. Immediately, he was taken in by the two men, who admired his stunning outfit—full of grace, charm, and seduction.

At once, Xylander held his right hand and Draven his left, with Draven’s other hand resting on Daniel’s back—which was backless. Xylander’s hand soon joined there too.

"You both sure want me to undress in public. Please be gentlemen and don’t let your baby get horny in the middle of the party," he giggled naughtily, sipping wine handed to him by their maid before they all walked out.

When they reached the park, they saw Alexander.

"Alessandro’s life is about to crumble before us. Watch the drama unfold. Meanwhile, I’ll meet you all at the Lancaster mansion... Enjoy the night," Alexander winked and entered a car, driving away from the hotel.

The trio entered a large Ferrari, joining the line of cars on the road headed to the Lancaster mansion.
